30/05/2025: A beautifully located hotel—great for both passing through and a short trip. The rooms are clean and spacious, the spa is amazing, and the breakfast is perfect! But there's one thing I find outstanding, especially in these times! There was a small discrepancy at check-out that was resolved so perfectly by the manager herself! That was perfect service, and nothing but praise is in order. Thank you.

06/04/2025: The location is truly surrounded by greenery with a beautiful view of the valley. Equipped with ample easy parking. As soon as you arrive you are greeted by the innkeeper, a true old-time innkeeper like you can't find anymore... which is much appreciated. It immediately illustrates what the cuisine of the day offers. You may or may not like the interior decor, I personally liked it, it catapulted back dozens of years but maintaining the love for art (lots of paintings). I ate the tripe and they were really good and tasty... Even the bread was excellent, made by them. The dessert is also excellent. I would say the price is more than honest. Absolutely worth returning especially when the weather is good allows the shade of a beautiful pergola all on the southern slopes of the Brenta Dolomites mountain range. Advised

03/06/2025: My last day of vacation, nice hotel 3km from Trento..small quiet village..very close to hiking trails.. Comfortable room, and bed👍👌even with a balcony with a view of the mountains😇. Large bathroom with a lovely shower🤗... Very friendly reception..thanks for that. The only minus point, was the breakfast buffet..really too bad😢. I also told the owner..I hope he will do something about it👊🤞

17/06/2025: De lunch in dit restaurant was een mooie ervaring: de Zuid-Tiroler keuken op een hoger niveau dan je meestal langs de weg treft. Zeer verzorgd restaurant met hotelkamers. De bediening was goed. De menukaart is gevarieerd (niet vooral vis zoals je op basis van de beschrijving zou verwachten) met enkele vegetarische gerechten. Van amuse tot en met dessert allemaal mooi gepresenteerd en erg smakelijk. Zeer goede prijs-kwaliteit.

19/04/2025: E così questo locale Ci ha visto tornare, ci ha visto tornare talmente volentieri che torneremo ancora quest'estate e torneremo ancora per il mio compleanno, perché quando entri in un posto e la magia ti avvolge allora vuol dire che sei nel posto giusto!! la cucina è impeccabile : la carne che ho mangiato oggi si tagliava solo guardandola, gli antipasti che ti portano prima che arrivino i piatti sono squisiti e il cestino del pane? Vogliamo parlare del cestino del pane ? Pochi ristoratori secondo me hanno capito che e' una delle cose più importanti su un tavolo... Tutto vorresti che non finisse mai ... e poi il dolce e poi quei divanetti comodi e poi la mise en place così elegante E poi i calici di vino e le chiacchiere. ..... il tempo che passa e tu vorresti rimanere lì !! Ecco , io credo che la ristorazione sia questo: un misto di professionalità di sorrisi di cibo di qualità delle materie prime di sacrifici di un rapporto qualità prezzo corretta ma anche di quella sensazione quando arrivi al dolce di aver voglia di ricominciare !! non posso che dire complimenti ! 02/04/2025: Ci vado sempre quando passo per Merano, ottimo chioschetto! Fanno principalmente panini, würstel, patatine, hamburger, ma si può trovare anche la zuppa di gulash e la pasta. Io consiglio di provare i meraner wurst che sono lunghissimi, molto buona anche l’insalata di patate! Bravi torneremo sempre!❤️

24/06/2025: During a transit in these beautiful mountain places on board our motorcycles, we stopped at Simone Maccani's Isola dei Sapori for a lunch break. A wonderful place, delighted with every delicacy, we savored excellent food sitting at the tables outside the place. A heartfelt thanks to Simone and his family for the welcome and kindness received. I recommend everyone, especially bikers to stop by, it's really worth the opportunity. Ciao Simone from Roberto

06/07/2025: Truly don’t understand how people give 4 or 5 stars to this. Maybe they got the room that are on the Google profile. Our room was small, dirty (walls were dirty - linens were dirty) - the door of the bathroom was not locking / closing. Room temperature is very very high with an AC that shoots almost directly at the bed (then again with the size of the room there is no choice). Bathroom really not up to standard. Breakfast lacks options and quality. Very low quality products (the juices are artificial industrial nectar - I doubt there is real fruit in there) - service was not good (hotel employee laughing when we asked if there was scrambled eggs - spoiler alert - no there is no scrambled eggs) Anyway, the reception area is renovated and looks modern - I wish the rooms were too. Not a good price/quality value

10/06/2025: A short trip to Folgaria on the way home after a short stay in Lavarone. We stopped for lunch. Slightly off the main road but with clearly visible signs, it struck us precisely because it is there in a slightly quieter location. Outside there are a few tables outdoors but inside there are plenty of seats. We stayed outside because the temperatures were ideal. We had a pizza and a puccia. The puccia was delicious, excellent dough cooked well, nice crunch. The filling was also excellent. The pizza was good, dough well cooked, thin but not burnt especially the edge. The internal environment was tidy and clean, even the bathrooms. Overall a nice, simple place but where I would return without any problems.
