21/04/2026: For years now, this has been my go-to place for takeout pizza. The dough is fabulous and easy to digest (the specialty doughs are extraordinary), thin and crispy, and delicious. The takeout service is excellent...always on time, even with the limited space available for Saturday reservations. The app you download to your phone allows you to manage your order and customize your pizza. Daniele is quick, attentive, and you can tell he's passionate about what he does. I highly recommend it.

11/04/2026: It's only been nine years since I voted, and I still eat this pizza because it's so good, top-notch. The owner is incredibly friendly.

11/10/2025: Today we happened to pass by a small but well-kept shop. The very kind lady immediately served us various flavours. I recommend it.

02/12/2025: I've been frequenting this place since the previous management, and even today, I've never left dissatisfied. It's one of the few places where you can find true research and innovation in dough and leavening: pizzas, peels, schiacciate... all with different and interesting textures. Some combinations work better than others, but the real musts remain the pan pizza, the round pizza, and their tiramisu. You absolutely must try the Tuscan pan pizza with chicken liver pâté and chocolate: surprising and delicious. I wasn't so impressed with the pizza escarole with ciauscolo, which was a bit heavy due to the amount of ciauscolo and the lack of a real contrast that cuts through the fat, and the Ligurian Nomaki. Anyway, it's always a pleasure to return!

19/11/2025: I had a whole-wheat pizza with chickpea hummus, tuna in porchetta, and sweet and sour onions. What can I say? Delicious. Reading the menu, I was pleasantly surprised by the focus on "modern" pizza shapes, not only in terms of composition, but also the perfect balance of flavors. I'll be back to try Tuscany. Congratulations, excellent work, truly fair value.

25/10/2025: Bar in front of the Collodi Elementary School on Via del Purgatorio. Completely renovated and modernized in August 2025. Warm and modern atmosphere. Tobacco, betting, breakfast, coffee, and snacks are their specialties. Open from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Recommended

03/09/2025: One of the best bars in Prato. I've been a regular for a while now and have always felt at ease. The staff is incredibly friendly. The new renovation is very well done and looks great.

11/03/2026: The place has been renovated, but the quality has slightly deteriorated... Are they starting to skimp on quality ingredients?! Let's hope it's just a feeling.

18/02/2026: Excellent bar and pastry shop! The entrance is a bit narrow, meaning if there are a lot of people, it can be difficult to get through!

08/11/2025: The perfect place to spend the pre-evening! The venue exudes a slightly unconventional yet intimate charm, typical of a lounge bar. You can also enjoy dinner or a tasty aperitif, thanks to the chef's delicious dishes. The staff is courteous and friendly. The drinks are also excellent.

21/03/2026: It's my absolute favorite pizza....I've been going there for 20 years and recommending it for 20. The place is larger and more renovated than the previous one, and the food is divine. If you want Neapolitan pizza, this is the place. I recommend the Trianon pizza with raw buffalo mozzarella, and for dessert, the homemade sfogliatina. They're the best! Bravo Gianni & Company

09/05/2026: Very well-kept place, attentive to customers, excellent pizza and slippers, the fillet could be improved, mine was raw. The outdoor garden is very beautiful, I will definitely return.

25/04/2026: A shameful experience. A birthday dinner with a €35 fixed menu (appetizer and Margherita pizza only), already expensive for what you get. Absurd: even a 3-year-old girl who hadn't eaten anything was charged €35, using the cover charge as an excuse. Plus, the price was raised from €30 to €35 for a few coffees that weren't clearly stated. Lack of seriousness and zero honesty. I won't be returning.

06/03/2026: The best Italian gelato, especially the fruit flavor, is highly recommended; it's incredibly delicious. Unlike other gelato shops that use technology to make their fruit flavors.
