13/05/2026: Everything was fantastic!!! I went back after two years. The quality remained top-notch. Always gluten-free. Fried zucchini flowers and biscotti: a dream!!!! FANTASTIC!!!
07/05/2026: A new discovery despite several years in the area. The food was wonderful, the quality of the ingredients truly excellent. The menu is almost entirely gluten-free, with great attention to this and other intolerances. Alessandro and Erika were incredibly kind! Highly recommended. Well done, well done!

21/04/2026: We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday at Tenuta la Borriana, where they used Carta Zucchero for the cake. Gaia chose a different cake, two tiers, with a riot of flowers. I must say they exceeded all expectations. The cake was wonderful and delicious. Thanks to Salvatore for the cake. Highly recommended for their professionalism and kindness.
04/01/2026: We chose Carta Zucchero for Matilde's birthday cake, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The cake was beautiful, with attention to every detail, but above all, it was truly delicious, which isn't always a given when a cake is also so spectacular. You can see the love and passion they put into their work. We're extremely satisfied, and I absolutely recommend them!
