17/08/2025: As for the pizza, let's leave it at that; it's unsightly and inedible. They should still be starting from the base. It arrived very thin, almost transparent, and burned all around. As for the meat, I ate it the day before. Excellent, very good, and perfectly cooked.

15/08/2025: I recently visited Pizzeria Trattoria Il Vicolo, and unfortunately, I have to say that the experience was disappointing in many ways. The portion sizes were rather small. What made the evening even worse was the attitude of the staff, especially the lady in the dining room, who was anything but friendly and polite. When it came time to pay, she even rudely and surlyly refused to accept two separate card payments, behavior I find unacceptable in 2025. A place that, in my opinion, doesn't put the customer first and leaves a less than pleasant impression. I absolutely do not recommend it.

26/08/2025: Very pleasant place, shame about the presence of annoying children. If we wanted to be in the noise, there were plenty of other places. A little more selection wouldn't hurt.

31/07/2025: Yesterday, upon arriving in Montecatini Terme, we had lunch here and enjoyed it so much that we immediately made a reservation for the evening. The food was good, the price was right, and the staff were friendly. We will definitely go back. We had ravioli, pizza diavolo, and spaghetti bolognese.

20/08/2025: My stay was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was perfect, and the staff was friendly. I want to give special mention to one of the receptionists who brought water to each room. Her service was definitely unbeatable. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the breakfast. It's good, but it's quite limited, with not much variety. Otherwise, it was great!

17/07/2025: A really great place for a variety of beer options. The IPA’s in particular were fantastic. Busy, lively and friendly (on a Thursday night). Chicken wings weee a great snack, tasty and well priced.

15/07/2025: Fantastic food and staff, excellent quality British cuisine. As winter approaches, I highly recommend the haggis, done just right. Fantastic!

26/06/2025: The first waiter slammed the menu on the table without eye contact, another waiter was a lot more polite, and took our order properly. Cosy terrace, a bit of a parade street, so plenty to look at, unfortunately on the other side the thermal baths that this city is so proud of, but which are all badly dilapidated, and which are fenced off.

21/06/2025: Negative experience in every sense, slow service, unprofessional and not even qualified staff, poor and old food, limited wine availability, prices not balanced to what they offer you, not recommended.

20/08/2025: The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and attentive. The place has a warm and cozy atmosphere, we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

15/08/2025: I ate really well on my only day here in Montecatini. The restaurant is always open at the times indicated, and the food is truly divine, with traditional dishes as well as everyday favorites found everywhere. The flavor and quality of the dishes are top-notch, and I must say, it's truly delicious. I had the Chianti-style pici with local sausage and Tuscan pecorino cheese, and they were out of this world. If you have to choose from the entire menu, these will definitely not disappoint.

25/08/2025: Great place for food, drinks, or just a quick bite. No fancy dishes, but good value for money. Downside: the Milanese schnitzel is thinner than a napkin. More breadcrumbs than meat! Otherwise, excellent food.

22/08/2025: This is a cool spot. I have had sushi here in the past and it is good. My mistake recent visit was for cocktails only.

18/05/2025: It had been more than twenty years since we went there, unfortunately the disappointment was huge!... The food was tasteless and not up to the price, the place very dated.. and the service a bit awkward. Too bad, because once upon a time going to eat at Polveriera meant going to a top place and you came away satisfied and happy. It would have been better to leave it in our memories...!!

14/05/2025: We were here with a tour group this evening and had an excellent meal! This restaurant has an amazing view of the city. Service was fast and efficient. Every course was excellent. I would especially call out the farro soup. It is new to me and I really enjoyed it. Could not be more pleased with this establishment!

08/06/2025: Che dire se non consigliarlo.Location davvero suggestiva,ben curata ed assolutamente di buon gusto.Sia il titolare che i camerieri davvero gentili.Menù tipico toscano con qualche eccezione.Ho preso gli spaghetti al vino rosso dal gusto particolare ma ottimi,il tagliere di salumi veramente buoni e non dozzinali, tagliolini al tartufo ben conditi e saporiti.Che dire ritornerò senz'altro magari di sera per godere a pieno dell' atmosfera suggestiva.
