Not even lying down in St. Mark's Square in Venice... Highly discouraged... and the grumpy manager... never again!

Poor value for money. Disappointing experience, but with room for improvement given the venue's potential.
21/02/2026: We were a table of 14 people, and they brought us a menu we hadn't requested, the same for everyone, but it was poor quality, and the fish was subpar for the price. I don't recommend it because it's too expensive (€80 per person) for the very low quality.

08/12/2025: They gave us a smartbox, and after much research, we chose the Hotel Ambrosiano, located in the center of Montecatini Terme, on the main street. We have to say it worked out very well, and we're happy with it. The rooms were clean, the staff very kind and helpful. The reception staff were fantastic, and always available. If we really had to criticize them, it would be the breakfast. It was delicious, with fantastic donuts. We would have added something more savory, like some more cold cuts or maybe some hard-boiled eggs, for example. Let's not forget the pool. It was fantastic, the temperature was perfect, and we soaked in it for quite a while. Overall, I'd say it was a truly excellent stay. Thank you. Lino and Linda
18/11/2025: Unfortunately, the shower wasn't clean and there was still a lot of hair stuck to the walls, hence only two stars. Otherwise, the room was fine and had everything needed. Dinner was okay.

27/07/2025: Moeder en dochter doen dit puur uit liefde voor het vak. Moeder als kok en dochter als bediende, op persoonlijk niveau. De pasta carbonara was buitengewoon lekker, terwijl ik een regelmatiger carbonara-eter ben. Nog nooit zo lekker gegeten en heel authentieke ervaring zonder toeristische focus. Ook veel locals komen hier eten als vaste klanten. Warme sfeer, echte aanrader!
25/07/2025: Si quieres una experiencia gastronómica Italiano tradicional en la Toscana entonces ven aquí. Sí IT es un servicio lento, ya que solo hay nonna cocina en el ITchen y un servidor (la hija), pero es fabuloso. Tómate tu tiempo y disfruta del ambiente, nos encantó IT. La pasta gf estaba genial, el filete estaba tan tierno y el vino precioso, la crema de caramelo era la mejor que he probado. Disfruta del ritmo, IT es más lento pero relájate y sigue la corriente. Nos encantó IT y hemos reservado para volver!

01/05/2025: La comida no era la mejor y el personal no era muy amable. No elijas la polenta, no tiene sabor. No recomiendo este lugar.
20/04/2025: Virkelig dårlig mad. Stol ikke på billederne. Vi bestilte Brucheti misti. Den ene lignede tør leverpostej, en var ferske fedt strimler og en tredie var slappe svampe strimler, der ikke smagte af noget. Der spiser vi ikke igen.

08/06/2025: Che dire se non consigliarlo.Location davvero suggestiva,ben curata ed assolutamente di buon gusto.Sia il titolare che i camerieri davvero gentili.Menù tipico toscano con qualche eccezione.Ho preso gli spaghetti al vino rosso dal gusto particolare ma ottimi,il tagliere di salumi veramente buoni e non dozzinali, tagliolini al tartufo ben conditi e saporiti.Che dire ritornerò senz'altro magari di sera per godere a pieno dell' atmosfera suggestiva.

04/04/2025: Frequento questa felice isola enogastronomico da quando ero una bambina. Per me è il massimo di quello che si può chiedere per un ristorante pizzeria: ottimo cibo, servizio perfetto, ambiente informale e curato al tempo stesso. Tutto buono, dalla pizza alla bistecca, dai dolci all’antipasto toscano, dal pesce al fritto di verdure. Sconvolgente la velocità nonostante i piatti siano davvero tutti espressi.
24/03/2025: Cibo buono, pizze se ti piacciono quelle sottili sei nel posto giusto. Locale informale ma nei weekend c’è veramente tanta gente… troppa.
