27/04/2026: We had a wonderful lunch here. A very good and attractive menu. Something different for a change from the other restaurants on the square. Carefully selected meals. Highly recommended. Take the time to eat here. (If you are in a hurry, go to McDonald's.) And enjoy the atmosphere, both outside and inside. The lunch was fantastic. Prepared with love.
If we ever return to the village, we will definitely eat here.

Definitely recommended, whether you're looking for an alternative to Tuscan cuisine or simply want to go somewhere different.

28/06/2026: The pub was nice, and it was great to find somewhere in Milan showing the England game. The only thing I could fault was that it was very hot inside and the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough, although to be fair, it was during a heatwave.

20/04/2026: I periodically stop by this pastry shop for breakfast, always ordering the ginseng and cream croissant. I love their products; I find their croissants beautifully buttery and flaky. On Saturday morning, I decided to try the renowned "Cubo" and was pleasantly surprised. I had company, and I must say that this uniquely shaped croissant filled us both up! Congratulations! I'll definitely be back. The pastry shop staff is always very helpful and kind, even at peak times when customers are crowded!
17/04/2026: Overall, it's a very nice place, with a wide variety both for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif with friends.

16/01/2026: A relaxing weekend, although we found the indoor pool colder than other times. Breakfast was always top-notch, the rooms were clean this time, and our neighbors were noisy late at night, but that's due to the rudeness of the guests.
12/01/2026: Unfortunately, this hotel isn't up to its 4-star rating. At reception, the staff had to consult the manager to learn that a nine-year-old child, if accompanied by his or her parents, doesn't need identification: a waste of time that immediately created discontent.
Upon arriving in our room, which initially appeared spacious and clean, we later discovered that the bathroom floor was covered in stains, which had never been removed and had already been reported by other guests, as confirmed by several previous reviews. It's shameful to sell a room in these conditions, and this speaks volumes about a management clearly "on the cheap," despite the advertised 4-star rating.
Breakfast consists of low-quality supermarket products: packaged cakes and pies, definitely not up to the standard of a hotel of this caliber (and I repeat, we're talking 4 stars).
The location is certainly very convenient for getting around, but everything else is paid for: the spa and pool are excluded from the price, when in many similar hotels they are included.
In conclusion, I don't recommend it, especially considering the price paid.

17/05/2026: I ordered the cake for my birthday about three weeks in advance, going to the pastry shop in person to arrange all the details, the date, and the pickup time. On this occasion, I noticed that the clerk had written everything down in a calendar, but on a random date, not the one I would actually need the cake on. I assumed, however, that it was their way of managing the organization.
Unfortunately, I was wrong.
In fact, when I showed up to pick up the cake, the girl clearly didn't know what I was talking about and walked away, talking on the phone without offering any explanation.
During all this, I had to wait for forty minutes, so I assume my cake was freshly made in the shop and they had completely forgotten about it.
Of course, I had to wait without anyone telling me anything about the situation or even apologizing for the mix-up. Mistakes happen to everyone, but to be professional, you have to be able to admit them.
It was my first time using their services, and certainly my last.
It must be said that the cake, despite being clearly cobbled together with what was available at the time, was nice (not identical to the photo sent, but that's fair enough) and also very good, so if you don't mind the disrespect, go ahead.
12/05/2026: A WONDERFUL BAR for breakfast, BUT NOT ONLY... They also sell cakes, bread, and freshly made sandwiches. They also have a deli and cheese shop, a tea room, and a pastry shop. The atmosphere is small but BEAUTIFUL and RELAXING. I highly recommend it for both the inside and outside. The croissants are excellent, especially the pistachio one. The baked cakes are also excellent, especially the ricotta ones. I always love coming back when I'm having breakfast away from home.
