30/03/2025: Esta cena fue sobre uno de los mejores lugares en Montecatini Terme. El aperitivo y el plato principal eran realmente algo fuera de este mundo. Para no olvidar el postre que estaba súper delicioso. Tendrá que traer tiempo ya que todas las comidas están recién preparadas.

16/03/2025: Locale molto piccolo con 5/6 piccoli tavoli all’ interno e un piccolo deore esterno. La stanza principale ha una cucina a vista dove si apprezza la nonna Maria (instancabile) che prepara ottimi piatti per tutti. Il locale e’ molto piccolo e raccolto, ma molto carino e intimo.(ideale x coppie). Piatti per la maggior parte legati alla cucina tradizionale toscana. Salumi, formaggi, bistecca e vini di ottima qualità. Prezzo per € 75 in 2 giusto per quanto consumato (tra cui bistecca e vino bolgheri) Locale dunque promosso, Piacevole la cameriera. Consigliatissimo.

24/03/2025: I really don't think we'll be back! Very bitter beer even though I specifically asked for a fruity one, aperitif for 6 euros per person with two fried croquettes and a piece of bread with a little tuna and gherkins on top. Call it an aperitif!!!!! A freezing cold..... a trip to the bathroom.... bathroom????? God, how DISGUSTING: I hope I haven't caught any diseases, the bathrooms on trains are much cleaner and more comfortable. Disappointment.... shame, it wasn't like this once upon a time.........

23/03/2025: We hadn't been back to the Old Fox since the (alas remote) days of university in Cattolica, and I have to say that I was very very happy with the experience. Even though it was the Irish night of Saint Patrick, and the place was packed inside and out with very cheerful young people, with the obvious consequences on the service times, the guys on the staff were simply delightful and attentive. The food is absolutely excellent, with quality ingredients carefully prepared. The beer is only local, but with an assortment able to satisfy all palates, and the cider was excellent, as well as explained in detail in its origin and characteristics. In short, well done!

18/01/2025: Unfortunately, despite the kindness of the staff, the pizza did not live up to expectations. Gummy, sticky dough.. perhaps leavened badly? However, I was able to try it both on site and a couple of times at home and unfortunately I always encountered the same problem. Even though they are "small" and "thin", they are the only pizzas in my life that I can't finish because the dough is really heavy...
