15/06/2025: We returned with great pleasure to Osteria Il Bivio after a first visit that had won us over. And this time too the experience was superb. Welcoming atmosphere with very original mise en place and a cuisine that confirms its excellence. The carefully selected cold cuts and cheeses are a perfect start, but the real star is always her: the tartare. Sliced ​​and beaten on the spot directly at the table by very skilled hands, with very soft and tasty meat, enhanced by ingredients chosen with balance and mastery. The sautéed vegetables, reinterpreted in an original way by the chef, and the crispy baked potatoes are side dishes that deserve a standing ovation. All accompanied by a wine selected from their cellar, truly interesting and well-stocked. A true gourmet experience, in a place that combines taste, quality and passion. Absolutely recommended!

I guess the owner interrupted the conversation between the staff and me and was very rude, although I just stated that next time I will have to bring cash. Because of this unpleasant experience, I will not come next time.

01/05/2025: Ci ero già stato e ci avevo mangiato meglio. Abbiamo preso un antipasto misto di mare: nella media, con acciuga e polenta fritta fredda, il resto era ok. Come primo delle mezza maniche con pesce ed erano veramente buone. Abbiamo preso anche del fritto di paranza per assaggiarlo: niente di speciale, nella norma. Lo staff abbastanza attento. Un po' troppo caro il conto per la qualità del cibo.

09/06/2025: We rarely give 5 stars, but everything here is just right. The food is incredibly delicious. We were there for two days and were particularly impressed by the pasta. Even when the restaurant is empty, it takes a while for the food to arrive, but after all, you want freshly cooked food, and we're sure you will! Authentic and very tasty cuisine at extremely fair prices with no "nasty surprises." Table charges are clearly stated on the menu (€1.50) for everyone, and there is no charge for children. That's fair and definitely not the case everywhere. The house wine on the tourist menu was also great. If we had discovered the restaurant earlier, we would have come every day and avoided one or two disappointments elsewhere. A little tip: The restaurant's opening hours are nowhere to be found. As the owner, I would change this.

25/05/2025: Cuidado, ya que nos sirvieron una cesta de pan rancio que no pedimos y que devolvimos. Pero nos cobraron por . Y el camarero dijo que no, pero se aprovechaba de que fuéramos visitantes. ¡Entiendo suficiente italiano para reconocer el pan y el agua!

18/05/2025: I am a regular customer of the pub. After a day of work I sit on a corner of the counter to sip a beer. A little chat with Diego and Rubin. My thoughts go their own way but my eyes are attentive. I observe the customers and their ways, I catch snippets of conversation. The staff is attentive, very friendly, they go out of their way to please everyone. Many are friends or regular customers like me. I know Milan like the back of my hand but this is my favorite pub. The beers? Magda is my favorite. It is a sensory experience. The kitchen is managed by an English man of few words but with an exquisite kindness like his dishes. I highly recommend it without reservations.
