The location is excellent. You can take a single train to Florence. The train station is a 10-minute walk away. It's an older hotel, but the rooms are okay. I liked the breakfast.

20/10/2025: We made the journey from Montecatini Terme to Montecatini Alto twice and ate at this restaurant, which boasts a lovely atmosphere on the lively main square of the small village. Everything we enjoyed during these visits was exceptionally good. Therefore, we definitely recommend this restaurant. A special recommendation is the "Tagliere di affetati," a snack with sausage, cheese, bread, and various sauces for two people – definitely worth trying.

01/01/2026: Excellent family-run trattoria, I felt right at home. The menu features all the typical local dishes, from crostoni and platters as appetizers, to tagliatelle with venison or wild boar as first courses, and polenta as second courses. The wait staff was very courteous and helpful. Average prices. Highly recommended!
