20/04/2025: Dal Ristorante "La Bussola", sono stato trattato come un cliente inaffidabile, ovvero un cliente di serie "B". Ho prenotato il pranzo di Pasqua 40 giorni in anticipo, ma solo 6 giorni prima della data prevista, tramite l'invio di un messaggio whatsapp, il ristorante ha preteso un anticipo e mi ha informato di una penale in caso di mancata presenza (no show) senza che questo fosse stato comunicato al momento della prenotazione, nonché regolarizzato come vuole la norma. Questa mancanza di trasparenza e rispetto per i clienti è inaccettabile. Non è possibile pretendere soldi in anticipo senza averlo comunicato chiaramente al momento della prenotazione, togliendo così al cliente la possibilità di scelta. Consiglio: cercate un altro ristorante che sappia trattare i clienti con rispetto e trasparenza. *Non raccomandato.*

25/03/2025: Sono ritornato in questo ristorante dopo qualche anno e devo constatare (purtroppo) che la qualità non è più quella di un tempo. La famosa pasta col cavolo nero mi è stata servita scotta, cosa non accettabile se consideriamo i 16€ di costo. Alla fine in 2 abbiamo pagato 112€ per un tagliere di prosciutto, un insalata, un primo e 1/2, 1 coniglio e un piattino di erbette. 2 calici di vino, 1 di prosecco e 2 bottiglie di acqua. Prezzi folli per una qualità non eccezionale. Non ci ritorneremo.

03/03/2025: Dinner with friends, there were 6 of us and we ate very well, simple but good dishes. Honorable mention for the fireplace with excellent draft and stocked with wood to enjoy during the meal, a negative note was the owner who railed against me shouting "AVELE LOTTO I COGLxxx BURST THE VETLO" because the flames were a little high.

05/01/2025: Siamo capitati in questo ristorante per caso perché eravamo a Collodi col camper per un weekend fuori porta con le bimbe. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti di questo ristorante perché il cibo era buono abbiamo mangiato tagliatelle ai funghi buonissime,tortelloni buonissimi e scaloppine ai funghi. Inoltre sono stati molto carini e gentili nel servizio, vivamente consigliato 💯.

15/11/2024: Una sorpresa trovare così tanta cura e gentilezza .. ci siamo sentiti coccolati dalla cameriera carinissima in ogni dettaglio. Premurosa e accogliente ci ha saputo consigliare ottimi primi di pesce e lo strepitoso tiramisù della nonna, freschissimo e soffice. Da non perdere il tris dei baba'... locale semplice dove l unica pretesa è il sorriso!!! Bravi e sinceri anche col the fork al 50%.. una bella esperienza.

16/01/2025: Very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Tirolo.. The rooms are cozy and warm. Very suitable for staying with children. I arrived by bus with my children, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The owner of the hotel kindly agreed to take us closer to the slope with his car (1.5 km, but it is not possible to walk that far with 2 children) He took us to the slope, left us there and when we finished having fun, we called him and he came to pick us up.. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast was very tasty (jam and some homemade cakes) In case of a lot of snow, there is a large space (slope) for sledding next to the hotel.. I highly recommend visiting this hotel.

05/01/2025: We chose this hotel to stay one night near Abetone. We stayed like this for a while. As soon as we arrived, we asked if there was parking and the owner accompanied us to it He counts the parking spaces left at his disposal, in a very annoyed way and leaves swearing. The place had been described as intended for children, but I found nothing related. Small room and even smaller bathrooms. Uncomfortable. In itself it's not a bad place, but it's not ideal for families. But for couples who want to retire without children. As a position I don't find it comfortable, even if it says otherwise in the description. There are no sidewalks to reach the chairlifts and cable cars. Furthermore, I noticed that on Booking it said "dogs allowed on request, an additional fee is possible" and when I arrive at the entrance door there is a beautiful sticker depicting a dog and a beautiful cross above... meaning I cannot enter...

01/06/2025: Probablement le restaurant le moins qualitatif de la place touristique. Service par des stagiaires et nourriture à l'avenant (nous avons reçu autre chose de ce qui a été commandé). Beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité des plats.

27/05/2025: I had a typical local dinner, and the best thing on the menu was the meat in sauce or with a touch of rosemary (I think). Everything was perfect!

07/04/2025: In un posto così, un circolo datato, non si può fare pagare una margherita € 7,5 e una funghi champignons € 9. Pizze buone ma con quei prezzi, di cui peraltro non si può prendere visione perché manca il menù, non vale il viaggio. Grossi problemi di parcheggio.
