28/04/2025: L'esperienza mia e della mia amica alla Trattoria Sant'Omobono è stata a dir poco superlativa. Siamo stati trattati benissimo dal cameriere Nicolò che si è preso cura di noi durante tutta la serata. Il cibo era squisito e la vista sulla cucina da una finestrella era qualcosa di poetico e caratteristico. È stato un piacere per gli occhi vedere i nostri piatti preparati con così tanto amore. Il posto non sarà molto capiente ma mangiare in un ambiente così intimo è solo che positivo a mio parere. Da provare assolutamente se si visita Pisa. Grazie ancora a chi ci lavora, in particolare a Nicolò🫶🏻 Ps cucina ovviamente tradizionale

18/04/2025: Este restaurante aparece en varias listas de 'los mejores restaurantes de Pisa', pero es difícil ver por qué. Es tradicional pero también muy básico. Esto no quiere decir que sea malo, pero si usted está buscando algo más que una comida barata, 'satisfactoria', yo buscaría en otro lugar. No hay carta de vinos, hay un menú corto para la comida, y la comida en sí está "bien", pero nada especial. El precio sin embargo es muy bueno, así que si usted está buscando una cena asequible, este es el lugar!

09/05/2025: We had dinner here last night, we were welcomed very warmly and the staff were helpful. good value for money. It's not the place to eat if you're looking for typical Pisan dishes or delicate flavours, however you can still eat well and the pinsa is also good.

30/07/2025: Very good food, fast food, of course, but enjoyed after a week of eating pasta. :) We were a family of four who stumbled upon this place by chance after a long day, and we all left happy because we finally had something to eat at a reasonable price. The service was very friendly and smiling, and it was clean. We highly recommend it!

21/08/2025: I've never had such a bad experience in a restaurant of this caliber, with the owner feeding his dog from the table. I find it humiliating for me, sitting at the table next to him, and I almost felt like vomiting. I told the waiter, and he told the owner, and the only answer he could give me was that he's already fed his dog from the table in starred restaurants. I seriously doubt this is true. I felt extremely humiliated and will never return. This was my second visit. In fact, the place was 70% empty. Who knows why?

28/08/2025: I ordered pizza from this restaurant for the first time using Just Eat. Although the delivery was on time and the pizza arrived hot, overall it didn't go as expected (I had high expectations). I spent a whopping €16 for a pizza ("La Saporita") that was far too small and missing even a few ingredients: among the mozzarella, pumpkin, sausage, truffled pecorino cheese, and pepper, the truffled pecorino cheese would justify the steep price. Too bad there was no pepper or pecorino cheese, and it was truly a mini pizza! A real shame, because the pizza was actually good overall...

28/08/2025: Maybe we made the wrong choice with our pizza, but it was so thickly topped with cheese and mozzarella that the rest of the flavors were lost, and it was almost impossible to chew. Mozzarella becomes a stringy slab when you heat it up. It's a shame. After a few bites, I'd had enough and only ate the vegetables. The server did politely ask why I hadn't finished my pizza. My partner felt the same way, and we politely explained it to her. The woman who was "in charge" (in our opinion) was quite loud with her staff. €3 per person for the extras. That's how they charge in Italy.

10/08/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect pasta & authentic flavor – completely unfairly negative! Before eating here, I read some of the negative reviews – and honestly, I can't relate to them at all. From appetizer to dessert, every dish was a delight! The pasta was perfectly al dente, the sauces intense and full of character – you can immediately taste the fresh ingredients and love that go into the cooking. The tagliatelle with truffle and the carbonara were particularly tasty highlights. The black ravioli with sun-dried tomatoes, capers, and olives were also simply fantastic! The portions are generous, and the presentation in small copper pots makes the whole thing even more charming. And the desserts are a must, too – whether it's tiramisu with fresh strawberry sauce or the classic pastry dusted with powdered sugar. The service was friendly and attentive, without any rush – you have time to enjoy. For me, this is an authentic piece of Italian pasta art in the heart of Pisa. Bottom line: Don't let the occasional bad reviews put you off – if you love pasta, you'll be happy here!

03/08/2025: I went with two of my friends a few weeks ago, delicious! (Unfortunately I didn't take photos) TOP quality/price ratio, very kind staff. We had the €25 each menu, the pasta and desserts were delicious! Highly recommended!!!

13/08/2025: Zero stars, it's horrible, and what happened to me was horrifying. We ordered 7 pizzas and some cecina, I received 4 pizzas, and the courier told me another order would arrive later. Later, I received an email saying the pizzas wouldn't arrive, and I was refunded. All this while waiting an hour. Terrifying.

04/08/2025: I ordered 8 pizzas on Deliveroo and they were delivered in two orders, one at 8:00 PM and the other at 8:18 PM. Obviously the quality of the food suffered, and I don't know if it's Deliveroo's fault or the restaurant's.
