Madrigali pasticceria In Pisa

A delightfully discovered excellent pastry shop recommended by friends for their vegan options. I ordered a fruit tart over the phone for my birthday: We received a cake with a beautiful presentation, but also exceptionally delicious, both from the shortcrust pastry (crumbly and flavorful, not "heavy"), the vegan Chantilly cream, and the quality of the fresh fruit. I'll try the rest of their vegan options too! Kindness, helpfulness, and expertise complete the picture of their sweet treats. Recommended.

Exceptional! Tried several pastries for breakfast: plain croissant, croissant with jam, sfoglia mela, sfoglia riso, croissant chocolate. Favourite by far sfoglia riso e sfoglia mela, followed by jam croissant. Also tried there special mango inspired fruit like dessert. Very tasty but recommend for a fancy after lunch (not for breakfast). Easy to park, fast service. Takes credit cards. Very reasonable price for exceptional quality.

I'm crossing the city just to have breakfast at Madrigali, because I consider it the best pastry shop in Pisa for croissants. Yesterday morning, I returned after a while, and given the beautiful day, I was able to appreciate the outdoor setting. Unlike previous visits, I have to point out one thing: the croissant dough is as good as always, but this time the croissants were particularly "light." In other words, they were thinly filled, an opinion shared by the other people at the table. I hope it was just a fluke and that it hasn't become the norm.

I found this pastry shop based on the excellent reviews, and it lived up to my expectations. The croissants are very good, and the cappuccino is excellent. The atmosphere is simple and quiet, nestled in a small green area. I highly recommend it.

The croissants and desserts are truly exceptional, always fresh and delicious. You can taste the quality and enjoy eating. I find it a truly welcoming and pleasant place. Precisely for this reason, I'd like to point out one aspect of the service that, especially in the morning when it's very busy, is a bit inconvenient. With a plate in hand and a croissant on top, you have to wait in line to pay, then wait in another line to order a coffee, and in the meantime, look for a free seat, hoping it won't be taken by someone else. I know I'm not the only one who feels this way, so I'd suggest rethinking the organization a bit. Otherwise, everything is excellent: the girls are always kind, smiling, and helpful. With a few small improvements, it would really be perfect.

What can you say about this pastry shop? Everything was excellent! The quality was top notch. The staff was incredibly kind. In short, one of the best pastry shops I've ever seen.

The rice puff pastry is the best. There's absolutely no comparison: excellent coffee, high-quality pastry shop with sophisticated desserts, and reasonable prices.
