The food quality is average, but made worse by the conveyor belt, as the small plates containing the food are placed on this belt, uncovered, and thus, without any protection, pass through the room multiple times. Besides making the food cold, it seems truly unhygienic to me.

10/07/2025: It's a sure thing! I've been ordering takeout for years, and I can say it's excellent value: cheap and very good. If you eat in, there are only a few tables and an intimate atmosphere with oriental music playing in the background, perfect for a cheap, traditional dinner in a relaxed atmosphere.

The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, always ready to explain each preparation and offer professional advice. A place that caters not only to celiacs, but to anyone who loves authentic, healthy, and authentic artisanal pastries.

10/07/2025: Excellent burgers in the center of Pisa. Let's start with the menu: there are all sorts of options, from vegan and dairy-free to meat burgers and a few fish options. The menu changes occasionally, but the quality and deliciousness remain the same. The beers are also excellent, craft, and there's something for everyone. In addition to the classics, some are seasonal. My recommendation is Gorgona. The place is charming, nestled between two of Pisa's main squares, and the service is excellent.

28/08/2025: Potato on a pizza was pretty good and an interesting experience, the server was incredibly rude however, even though I tried to speak Italian. Only quarter slices left no option for a whole pizza when we went.

14/06/2025: É la terza volta che ci vado e ogni volta usciamo molto soddisfatti. La cuoca giapponese cucina un ottimo ramen con ingredienti selezionati e continue varietà. Aperto solo la sera perché la preparazione del brodo richiede mezza giornata, pochi tavoli ed atmosfera raccolta. Il personale, molto gentile, spiega accuratamente i piatti e da buoni consigli. Locale piccolo e richiesto, si consiglia di prenotare con anticipo.

07/05/2025: Vengo da Perugia (3:30h) per godermi il ramen di questo fantastico locale. Dai japas, ai dolci, tutto il menú è piú che strepitoso. Odori e sapori autentici della cucina giapponese senza polverine magiche o solventi chimici: puro umami estratto da ingredienti di primissima qualità e composti in maniera eccelsa. Menzione d'onore agli olii e le componenti piccanti che veramente danno un bel calore al piatto senza trasformarsi in torture di capsaicina.

16/06/2025: The Le Scuderie restaurant was a real highlight of our stay! From the moment you enter, you sense the special atmosphere – stylish, charming, and yet pleasantly relaxed. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive, without being intrusive. You immediately feel welcome and well looked after. The menu is a wonderful blend of traditional Italian dishes and creative modern interpretations. Each dish was exquisitely flavorful, prepared with fresh ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. If you value quality, atmosphere, and authentic cuisine, Le Scuderie is the place for you. We will definitely be back – we highly recommend it!

28/08/2025: I ordered pizza from this restaurant for the first time using Just Eat. Although the delivery was on time and the pizza arrived hot, overall it didn't go as expected (I had high expectations). I spent a whopping €16 for a pizza ("La Saporita") that was far too small and missing even a few ingredients: among the mozzarella, pumpkin, sausage, truffled pecorino cheese, and pepper, the truffled pecorino cheese would justify the steep price. Too bad there was no pepper or pecorino cheese, and it was truly a mini pizza! A real shame, because the pizza was actually good overall...

08/07/2025: The atmosphere is typically non-touristy, and the menu is quite limited, but fresh and tasty. The older lady serving is very friendly, and although she only speaks Italian, you'll manage somehow ;)

16/03/2025: I had graduation dinner with my friends. The food was very good, the starters were really plentiful and varied, and the first courses especially the lasagna, delicious. Their sangria is also very good. The intimate and welcoming environment, there were 11 of us but it can accommodate many more people, and you have the entire room at your disposal. Finally the lady who served us from start to finish, very nice. Very good value for money, I really recommend this place for events such as graduations, birthdays or other events.
