04/05/2025: Bel ristorante, con un pranzo non si può certo conoscerlo a fondo, ma merita il Max per gentilezza, per disponibilità e simpatia , oltre per le alcune pietanze assaggiate. Bravi.

19/03/2025: Sono stata in questo ristorante in occasione del viaggio d'istruzione organizzato dalla mia scuola insieme a colleghi ed alunni. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Posto pulito, accogliente e cibo buono. Ovviamente il nostro menù era rivolto ad una scolaresca ma comunque era tutto ottimo e cucinato con accuratezza. Un complimento speciale alle patatine/ Chips e al meraviglioso tiramisù. Il proprietario e il servizio è impeccabile.

08/05/2025: Siamo tornati in queste zone e abbiamo subito scelto di tornare a cenare qui. Il cibo come sempre buonissimo, scelta varia anche se solo uno o due piatti sono vegetariani. Abbiamo provato le costatelle cotte a bassa temperatura, ottime!!

11/04/2025: Posto impeccabile. Servizio rapido, personale simpatico e preparato. Galletto e tagliata da leccarsi i baffi per non parlare delle patate superlative. Tagliere e tartare sublimi. Dolci spettacolari. Il mio posto preferito 🧡

22/04/2025: We booked last minute... they found us a table even though the room was full, being a Saturday evening. Congratulations for the pizza... good and plentiful. The special pizzas are definitely spot on, great for not always getting the same classic pizzas. At the end of the evening the owner entertained us with a mini magic show... very good!!! 16/05/2025: Clean place and friendly staff. I took a kebab sandwich with chips and a drink, the meat was very good and plentiful, as were the rest of the condiments. The wait was almost non-existent, recommended!

20/05/2025: If you've come to Pisa to have a piece of pizza, then this is the place. Well away from the tourist areas, so mainly frequented by the locals. The food is amazing and genuinely the best pizza I've ever had. Reasonably priced and excellent service. Bravo.

02/06/2025: Starting from the assumption that the management of this place has changed a few months ago, instead of making the usual subjective review that can then be a waste of time, I would like to try to make a constructive criticism dictated by my professional backround and therefore not an end in itself: 1 - the nice location has great potential but there is still a lot to do especially in the external part. 2 - The brand "Il Cacciatore di Sapori" questionable from a corporate brand profile, but which could be fitting if applied to real culinary research in proposing unconventional dishes, otherwise there is the risk of creating misleading expectations for customers. 3 - The prices applied must be proportional to the quality of the raw materials offered and how they are cooked (eg fried fish at € 18.00). When you order a fried food at this price, it should be at least decent and not soaked in oil and without salt (as happened to me) ... These mistakes should never happen ... In favor of this thing, however, I must say that in any case of two terrible fried foods, one was taken off my bill. 4 - the service was good but not in line with the positioning to which the restaurant wants to aspire (e.g. when you bring wine to the table, before placing the bottle on the table, it is good practice to have it tasted first, which did not happen to me) ... Having said that, I hope for the owners that this review of mine serves above all as an incentive to progress and do better in the future ... The road to success is always uphill and full of obstacles and depends only on the decisions you will make along the way ... In any case, good luck with everything.

14/05/2025: This restaurant is 4.5 stars for me. I've added to 5 to show that they have great potential. Suggestions to the owner/management: * Add the English menu to all you can eat. Seriously, it's AI-century. This is almost 0€ cost * shrimp dumpling should be full shrimp, not the processed shrimp What we liked: + The waiter guy was amazing. He was caring and attentive + All-you-can eat offer: nice marketing 👌 + The fruit tea was amazing 👏 + Overall food we enjoyed, especially Soba, meat on the Skewers, and the rest + Great interior

12/05/2025: The place is very nice and relaxing, the problem is the staff who don't bring the food you ordered and also the price is too high. Ah, obviously the food that is not brought will still be included in the final bill. Lower the prices!!

11/05/2025: Pietanze curate ben prepararle e molto gustose prodotti di qualità. Locale molto carino ben arredato. Manca un po’ di brio nel servizio ma che è professionale ma poco caloroso.

25/05/2025: Ho trovato un locale molto bello e curato, estremamente cortese il personale di sala, attento e punuale, pronto ad illustrare i piatti a disaposizione e a consigliarti per il meglio, solo per un cameriere così vale la pena tornarci altre volte

06/05/2025: My partner and I wanted to try this restaurant with a complete fish-only menu: we booked even though early May is still low season and in fact we caught the evening where we were alone... Nonetheless, the service was excellent, there was no desire to send us away to close quickly, in fact the waiter explained to us in detail all the details of the menu and what extras the kitchen allowed, furthermore we were offered a glass of rosé prosecco and a very refined entrée. The two first courses were excellent and the fried prawns, squid and calamari were amazing, dry, crunchy and plentiful (luckily we had two of them), and the dessert was also different from the usual ones. All of this, including a bottle of Vermentino Toscano, at 55 each, not even exaggerated considering the refined environment, refined cuisine and seafront location.... We'll be back!

The wine was incredible, huge shelf to choose from, meat and cheese board was perfect Can add small sharing bites with crisps for €1 per person The staff were so lovely Located on a busy square full of restaurants and bars, perfect Pisa evening
