11/03/2025: Ambiente informale, avevamo parecchie aspettative ma siamo stati delusi alquanto. Focaccine troppo unte, un fritto appena sufficiente e soprattutto un pesce al forno che gridava vendetta….piccolo e asciutto.

20/03/2025: I love this place, very nice with very kind and fast staff. Pizza in 3 variations: superfine called alla romana even if in Rome I don't know, anyway I'm Roman, then tall and finally with cereals. Honestly this very thin one that is so popular in Tuscany I don't like, so I took the normal/tall one, and I liked it a lot, crunchy and soft, overall very light; I took the Martello, super spicy, and I cured my flu with it 😋😋😋😋 many other variations, from focaccia, to calzone, from traditional ones to those with the name of tools, super seasoned with everything. We know that they make desserts, good, unfortunately we are not into desserts, we didn't see any mention of appetizers or similar, even if we saw cecina going around, next time we'll investigate. It's the season and we also saw some beautiful doves, but we preferred the loaf of bread to take home, and we tasted it right away, it's delicious, it says it lasts 4 days, tzé, it should last 4 days, but you'll see tomorrow it's finished. We'll be back!

01/04/2025: I only gave one star to the place not so much for the decor, which is a welcoming place, but for the cold you suffer inside, I recommend choosing the tables further inside because the ones next to the windows make you die and we don't even enjoy dinner, which is a shame because the food isn't bad.

20/03/2025: Really good food😃 There are many restaurants here in Tirrenia. Lo Squalo stands out in a positive way. The service is dedicated and they take their time with the guests. The menu is varied. The dishes are of high quality and lovingly prepared. A modern, playful atmosphere that makes you feel good. An insider tip 👍

16/03/2025: We started ordering it at home, very good service!! The pizza is excellent, it's Pisan but not too greasy, just how I like it, it doesn't leaven in my stomach and doesn't bloat me. I'm really happy to have found this pizzeria recommended by friends. And very good prices.

02/03/2025: Lugar perfecto para degustar la verdadera Toscana. Gran ambiente. Nos sentimos muy bienvenidos. Los propietarios eran muy agradables y cálidos con nosotros. Sentarse y comer afuera y mirar este entorno histórico es impresionante. La comida era genial. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar.

01/03/2025: Ottimo,,anzi eccellente locale dove pranzare a prezzi super convenienti con ottimi primi, gustosi e che rispecchiano la tradizione della cucina italiana. Con politica green eccezionale e porzioni abbondanti. Abbiamo preso cacio e pepe carbonara e pesto...ottimi e pasta cotta al punto giusto.Molto buono il tiramisù. Personale gentilissimo simpatico e cordiale, la signora con gli occhi azzurri molto simpatica e accogliente con cui ho scambiato due parole ..insomma ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Locale super pulito.Insomma se andate a Pisa ve lo consiglio vivamente. Complimenti!

31/03/2025: Gorgeous is an understatement! The quality of the pastries is excellent. The cappuccino is very well made. I was impressed by the bomboloni with chocolate cream. Amazing. Chocolate cream made in an exceptional way!

28/03/2025: La qualità è decisamente buona, sia della colazione che della pasticceria che ho comprato altre volte. Quello che manca del tutto è la cortesia, anzi: tutto il personale ti tratta come un intruso che deve stare al suo posto, come un subordinato, e che comunque ha sempre torto.

02/01/2025: Siamo venuti per pranzo il 31 dicembre, prima di recarci alla mostra Hokusai, e abbiamo preso un misto di bruschette lardo di Colonnata con rosmarino, salsiccia di Cinta con stracchino, pecorino pisano al forno, più pappardelle toscane al ragù di Chianina e trippa alla pisana. Tutto molto buono, accompagnato da un calice di ottimo rosso locale. Da ritornare per assaggiare altre specialità.

05/04/2025: Captivating location with green bushes all around you, giving some shadow on a hot day. The moka misu is absolutely amazing!!! The best version of tiramisu I ever had.
