25/08/2025: Their ragu is divine. Two types of meat, which have been stewed for a long time with vegetables.... This dish can fill you up for the whole day and it will definitely improve your mood. Cozy interior, quiet music and impeccable service.

31/08/2025: I've been here several times, always trying different specialties. Their "out of the ordinary" pastries are very appealing, but I've often found them dry, lacking in garnishes or flavor, always leaving me a bit disappointed. They look good in the window, but they're not always the best, especially considering the price. I've also often found the tables dirty and the place generally unkempt, which is a shame, because there's potential.

26/03/2025: Ottimo ristorante, all’interno dell’Hotel Ranieri di Pisa. Piatti di qualità, gustosi, con ingredienti di prim’ordine e ben impiattati. Porzioni giuste.
Servizio molto professionale e gentile. Tempi di servizio assolutamente adeguati: rapidi ma non pressanti. In estate bello anche il dehors (sia per ristorante sia per il bar, che prepara ottimi cocktail). Sicuramente ritornerò quando mi troverò di nuovo a Pisa. ❤️

26/08/2025: Who's supposed to understand all these reviews? These were the worst pizza slices we've ever eaten. Extremely dry and lukewarm. Some of the toppings, no matter what they were on, were still raw. That's what fast food looks like to me, tourists. I wouldn't recommend it.

03/07/2025: A small restaurant in the center of Bientina where you can eat fish. They have a fixed menu that varies depending on the evening, so you can't order what you want. We ate seafood risotto, spicy for my taste; linguine with razor clams and mixed fried food with chips. Overall not bad, just right for the asking price of €25 considering that water and wine are included. The dishes are plentiful and it can be a good idea for a dinner with friends or colleagues.
27/06/2025: I went there for dinner with my partner for the first time and we were very surprised by the generous portions of pasta. The fried fish (squid, shrimp and mixed seafood) was very good. We will definitely be back.

03/09/2025: The best pastry shop in Pisa! Excellent, fresh, and delicious products, from the coffee to the desserts. Quality is guaranteed every time. It's just a shame the staff isn't always the same, but overall it remains a must-visit in the city.

A girl sat us at a table and never served us again. We raised our hands to two more waiters, but they didn't serve us either. We finally left. It was a 15-minute wait for nothing.
