26/05/2025: Everything was delicious as always, the staff was helpful and friendly. The only flaw this time was that I found the shrimp ravioli too greasy compared to other times.

19/05/2025: Overall positive experience! The food is really excellent, with fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes, especially the sushi which was of high quality. You can see the attention to the raw material and the presentation. It's a shame that the service was a bit slow in collecting the dishes: at the end of the meal we found ourselves with a real mountain of dishes on the table, which ruined the atmosphere a bit.

02/06/2025: Starting from the assumption that the management of this place has changed a few months ago, instead of making the usual subjective review that can then be a waste of time, I would like to try to make a constructive criticism dictated by my professional backround and therefore not an end in itself: 1 - the nice location has great potential but there is still a lot to do especially in the external part. 2 - The brand "Il Cacciatore di Sapori" questionable from a corporate brand profile, but which could be fitting if applied to real culinary research in proposing unconventional dishes, otherwise there is the risk of creating misleading expectations for customers. 3 - The prices applied must be proportional to the quality of the raw materials offered and how they are cooked (eg fried fish at € 18.00). When you order a fried food at this price, it should be at least decent and not soaked in oil and without salt (as happened to me) ... These mistakes should never happen ... In favor of this thing, however, I must say that in any case of two terrible fried foods, one was taken off my bill. 4 - the service was good but not in line with the positioning to which the restaurant wants to aspire (e.g. when you bring wine to the table, before placing the bottle on the table, it is good practice to have it tasted first, which did not happen to me) ... Having said that, I hope for the owners that this review of mine serves above all as an incentive to progress and do better in the future ... The road to success is always uphill and full of obstacles and depends only on the decisions you will make along the way ... In any case, good luck with everything.

08/06/2025: If you are on your way to the Leaning Tower, be sure to stop at Paninando. Here you can drink delicious coffee and eat the best croissants with pistachio cream in the world. We have not found such anywhere else in Pisa. You can also eat delicious lunch and dessert here. A large selection of Italian flavors on the menu😊

07/06/2025: A wonderful place with a view of the leaning tower, and very nice service. The best croussants we have ever eaten. With different fillings, they melt in your mouth. Add coffee and every morning is successful. We highly recommend it
