10/05/2025: BOUNCE LUGGAGE VERO BISTRO *DONT USE*! Luggage returned SOAKED! Wheeled to us leaving a trail of water on the floor. Nothing said until we questioned… Their response, ‘cellar is wet, maybe mop’ smiling. No offer to help dry or process refund, disgusting. Left with soaked clothes and bag to deal with. Regret using this place!

30/05/2025: We were visiting Pisa. One evening we ate at Al Veccio Braciere. The restaurant was busy; there were no tourists; everyone was local except for us. The service was quick, friendly, and attentive. The food was very good. We ordered a variety of dishes, all of which arrived at the same time. (Pizza, meat, and pasta with seafood.) Reserving a table is recommended. When we're back in Pisa, we'll visit this restaurant, which is located just outside of Pisa, again.

20/05/2025: I ordered take-out for 9 people, between first and second courses, the first courses were decent but nothing exceptional, the second courses terrible, out of two grilled meats, a fillet and a pork steak, everything was thrown away, pork steak rare (never seen pork rare) a fillet cooked rare, which I doubt was a badly cut fillet (nut or rump), it was full of tendons, tough and inedible, all the meats tasted old and smoked, I will never go back there again, even if the very polite boy who I called back to inform him of the facts apologized and offered me a free dinner.

24/04/2025: Nicht unweit vom schiefen Turm von Pisa entfernt versteckt sich dieses kleine Bistro. Es gib eine Auswahl von 10 unterschiedlichen Pasta-Gerichten, gekocht wird frisch a la minute. Gerichte werden zu fairen Preisen angeboten, der Service ist sehr freundlich. Auch Salate, Dessert und einen guten Espresso bekommt man hier.

05/05/2025: I went to this restaurant in 2019, and I kept the business card till now, as it was the best lobster pasta and dessert in my life! I wish I could come back but live in England now, hopefully one day!

02/05/2025: Last night my friends and I booked to have dinner at this place, given the excellent photos and reviews. We were very disappointed by the waiting times, the set time was 9pm (given that the place is divided into two time slots) but according to the owner the tables before ours had not yet finished consuming. He also assured us that within 15-20 minutes maximum 30' he would have us seated. We had to wait outside the venue until 9.45pm without anyone giving us further updates or explanations. The location is very nice and tidy, the pizza I ordered wasn't the best... raw dough and sour tomato. I advise those who manage the restaurant to organize reservation times differently.

19/03/2025: Ieri sera abbiamo festeggiato una collega che è andata in pensione. Ottimo apericena a buffet. Siamo stati BENISSIMO.Eravamo tanti, una quarantina. Marco il responsabile, gentilissimo e disponibile a tutte le nostre richieste. Il cuoco del Bangladesh simpatico e sorridente e poi Ambra, bellissima ragazza fuori e dentro che ci ha coccolato tutta la sera. Un bel posto che ho segnato nel mio cuore ❤️. Sicuramente torneremo!!!

30/04/2025: I already came years ago, I come back with fond memories of the products and the place. I probably caught a bad moment. There must have been 8-9 customers in the room managed by two girls from the staff, one in a clear hurry to serve everyone as soon as possible. Which is understandable but at the same time chaotic and the result was a "gourmet coffee" that was visibly "drained" and incomplete when reading the menu, in addition to the fact that, for the price, I was disappointed. For the rest, the pastries have a really excellent dough, but the filling, especially the cruffin, was almost inedible due to its consistency, while the cream in the croissant on the other hand I expected better in both quality and quantity. Unfortunately I wouldn't take anything I got today again, I wouldn't go back.

19/05/2025: We have only been once but we will definitely be back. It is self service but the food is excellent and the owner is very kind. Fair prices and excellent and fresh food. We will be back

12/05/2025: A Sunday lunch with the family! Two first courses of the day: treats with clams and spectacular paccheri alla trabaccolara. Fried cod meatballs as an appetizer for our daughter very good! Followed by a nice rich fry of squid and prawns and two excellent grilled prawns! Normal prices, comfortable environment and slightly slow service given the fact that everything is delivered. We will be back!

07/05/2025: Vengo da Perugia (3:30h) per godermi il ramen di questo fantastico locale. Dai japas, ai dolci, tutto il menú è piú che strepitoso. Odori e sapori autentici della cucina giapponese senza polverine magiche o solventi chimici: puro umami estratto da ingredienti di primissima qualità e composti in maniera eccelsa. Menzione d'onore agli olii e le componenti piccanti che veramente danno un bel calore al piatto senza trasformarsi in torture di capsaicina.

15/04/2025: Erano diversi mesi che io e la mia fidanzata volevamo provare questo locale, abbiamo sempre cercato un Ramen di qualità che ci facesse apprezzare la veridicità del piatto senza il solito retrogusto chimico, confezionato tipico dei locali etnici. Questo posto dall'atmosfera pacata, minimale e comunque ricca di rimandi alla cultura nipponica ci ha conquistato ancora prima di provare le pietanze. L'odore delle spezie e del brodo pervade la sala stimolando l'appetito; i ravioli estremamente buoni così come il ramen. Ho provato gusti nuovi per il mio palato che mi hanno piacevolmente sorpreso, inoltre anche nella presentazione i piatti sono impeccabili. Il personale estremamente cordiale e soprattutto molto capace nel consigliare il ramen in base ai gusti che gli vengono comunicati dal cliente. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
