We'll be back. And there's a reason we return. Excellent traditional dishes. The stuffed mussels are sublime. Superb cod trio. The rice cake is top-notch. Honest, family-style service: nothing artificial. At Ometto, you can feel the essential Carrara character, carved in marble. Our dog was welcomed with affection.

After taking the marble tour, I booked a table at this restaurant because it was close by for a bite to eat. It was a lovely surprise; everything was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful, with a lovely terrace overlooking the Carrara marble. Dogs are welcome. I recommend booking.

I was there last Sunday. We were a group of adults and children.
We ordered their typical dishes. And we loved everything. I found the stuffed mussels very good. I gave it 4 stars because I found the place a bit noisy.

Good charcuterie platter and delicious pizza. Beautiful view of the marble quarries. Not easy to get to, narrow roads and lots of quarry trucks. Parking difficult.

A few years ago, the food was better. I had the pasta with beans and it was good, but those who had the fried pasta and the mussels alla carrarina said they weren't up to par. The pizza was good.
Nowadays, it's hard to find a table at restaurants if you call on Friday, but if you call on Saturday and find a table for 11, that's something.

Pizzeria and restaurant in Bedizzano (MS), a beautiful location with a spectacular view of the Carrara marble quarries.
Here you can enjoy excellent pizza (the pizza chef is a world champion) and delicious local dishes (the pasta dishes are made with homemade pasta).
They offer various menus.
The portions are generous.
The staff is friendly and courteous.
We ordered:
an appetizer with warm focaccia and Colonnata lard, ravioli with meat sauce, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, tagliatelle with wild boar ragù, and a sliced steak with porcini mushrooms and parmesan.
The price is fair, considering the beautiful location and the excellent local products.
I recommend it.
