15/01/2025: Very nice atmosphere, impeccable service. The fish dishes we took were not convincing. - Linguine with lupins: sufficient flavor but too garlicky and linguine too al dente. Rice with crustacean basquet: seafood risotto at the base of the dish, not very tasty in itself, the flavor was given by the raw shellfish pulp placed on top of the risotto as a topping. BUT, cold risotto underneath, with its risotto consistency, above the cold shellfish pulp and of a different consistency which collides with that of the risotto. Very unpleasant result on the palate. Second courses: 2 baked sea bass, served already cleaned and filleted on a bed of potato slices (too undercooked, I left them), standard sea bass. For the little girl, a plate of white penne (€12!!). Total €150. Very dissatisfied, at this price you can really find better.

06/02/2025: Efficient and quick service, we had the tasting of seafood crudités and two hot seafood appetizers. The plinths and lamb were all excellent and the presentation of the dish was well prepared. The desserts were good even if a little cloying, in particular the chocolate ingot.

06/01/2025: Al Merlo la qualità della materia prima è eccezionale, gentilissimo lo staff, locale bello anche in inverno circondato dalla curatissima vegetazione e sullo sfondo il mare. Del cibo, che dire! Catalana da urlo, l’uovo fritto strepitoso, per non parlare del crudo come antipasto, sparnocchi al top… e poi gli spaghetti al meglio del tirreno, paccheri al sugo di cernia. E i dolci? Solo il millefoglie vale il viaggio. È senza dubbio al pari delle migliori pasticcerie di Parigi. Lo chef Angelo è bravissimo anche con i piatti di carne e cacciagione.

An attentive and thoughtful welcome (long before having the room available) confirmed what would accompany us throughout our stay: full attention to the customer's needs. Extremely helpful staff in a very elegant, clean, refined environment where tranquility is basic. Despite the capacity of the structure we were always calm and were able to fully enjoy the swimming pool, spa and gym. Not to mention the catering service always available: next to the swimming pool, and on the roof top. The service was so satisfying that we didn't feel the need to leave the facility. 18/08/2024: Our family of four came here for a leisure vacation from August 14th to 16th. We booked a suite with a kitchen. It felt very good. There were kitchen utensils, an oven, and a washing machine and dryer, which brought a lot of convenience to our few days. When you go out and cross the highway, you will find the beach🏖️. You can reach the supermarket within a few minutes' drive on the right. We chose to buy our own food and cook our own food. It was very good. The hotel is very clean. Daniele è l’incarnazione dell’OSTE…ma non un semplice oste, è la persona che tutti dovrebbero trovare in un luogo aperto al pubblico. Sempre allegro…attento e premuroso…grande conoscitore di vini…cibo e barzellette degne di un premio dedicato. La cucina è casalinga ma i prodotti sono all’altezza di un grande ristorante. C’è molta attenzione alla qualità e in cucina un team di giovin donzelle capeggiate dalla moglie di Daniele….un cuoca che ha la magia nelle mani. Potrei essere di parte facendo questa recensione…e in effetti lo sono! Io quando vengo qui a mangiare tocco il cielo con un dito. Il Soggiorno…..è CASAMIA.

I'm going to immediately say a few words about this good place full of delicacies: the dinner started super well with an unexpected small plate of bread with black cabbage, very good and healthy. Ideal for opening the stomach for the continuation of dinner. Let's say that the digestive system came into operation as soon as the tongue came into contact with the sweet leaf of the black cabbage. After the entré comes the moment of deciding on the wine, but we will stop there immediately, since the choice falls on fresh water. Thanks to the latter we rinsed our mouths and we now approached the gates of Dante's hell: we were in the middle of the first, that is tagliolini with egg and truffle which, for the occasion, was black and more refined. The other first course consisted of a plate of tasty tordelli with ragù, which, given my unquestionable opinion and low expectations, were assessed as very appetizing but as you all know, unfortunately not very healthy. For the sport people, the restaurant offers many choices about vegan life style, for you, green people (like shrek). I would call this dinner "Majin Buu's super Saiyan dinner" because we came out fat, full of eggs and meat sauce, like him. The cost was 52 euros for two, the choice to leave a 3 euro tip was not difficult at all: thinking back to her, that beautiful waitress with whom I had the burden of exchanging a pair of eyes contact and with whom I had a contact of the third kind that I will hardly forget, I must then also offer my most sincere flattery even to the glassy, ​​blue eyes of the waiter who as soon as he saw those three extra euros seemed to blossom from that toxic cloud that had enveloped it since I chose to make the reservation. Finally, I would like to thank all the people who will read this review and who will have the pleasure of discovering the Osteria Il Vignaccio, for me it was, I repeat, an immense pleasure, moving to say the least and I hope it was the same for those who have crossed the threshold of this enchanted place and for those who will do so.
