Everything went well. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms deserve more attention to the details that make the difference (more careful maintenance). Damaged silicone in the bathroom, missing glass from the bathroom spotlights, water leak behind the toilet, marks on the walls, and a loose air vent in the bathroom. All of this could be easily fixed if the inspection were carried out more carefully. Overall, a good experience.

5★ Hidden Gem in Camaiore: Modern Beach Hotel with Top-Notch Service! Overall Impression: (5 out of 5 stars) We spent a week at the Versilia Experience in Camaiore in June 2026. Compared to other hotels in Tuscany in this price range, this hotel is an absolute highlight. The design is bright and modern. Yes, the salty sea air leaves a few minor marks here and there – but that's perfectly normal for a beach hotel and not at all bothersome. There's currently no comparable, modernized accommodation in Camaiore! Service & Dining (The Absolute Highlight): * Staff: Extremely warm and attentive. A huge compliment to the fantastic lifeguard, the rooftop terrace team, the breakfast service, the reception, the spa area, and the hardworking cleaning staff. * Breakfast: Huge selection, fresh and delicious. The perfect start to the day. * Rooftop Restaurant: An absolute must-do when the weather is nice! Great food and a fantastic view. * Live Music: There are some really cool live music events here on weekends. Amenities & Parking: * Parking: Huge, right next to the hotel, and completely free (a huge plus in Tuscany!). * Facilities: The hotel is superbly equipped with a pool, gym, and spa. The paths to them are a bit winding at first, but you get used to it quickly. Suggestions for Hotel Management (Constructive Feedback): * Bathrooms: In future renovations, replacing the shower trays with modern, walk-in showers would be fantastic (offering more space and comfort). * Beverage Service: With the hot temperatures in June, a complimentary bottle of water in the room every day would be a great upgrade for guests.

Overall rating is good. Strengths: - The park - The pool area - The spa area is very nice and well-kept - The possibility of using bicycles There are some points of improvement to keep the price in line with the rather high price: - More attention to bathroom maintenance - I would definitely remove the tub and replace it with a shower tray. The bathtub is no longer in line with today's trends, besides being very uncomfortable and dangerous. - Be careful with the teapot socket; to plug it in, you have to put it on the floor. This oversight absolutely needs to be corrected! - The bicycles require more attention; the lights didn't work, for example. - The greenery requires more attention; for example, the jasmine had many dead branches that needed to be better maintained.

Good hotel with a specious areas. Clean and quite rooms with white interior which is so calming relaxing.beds and pillows are comfortable. Our room had a kitchen with a big fridge. We can consider this hotel for our holiday stay for future

Amazing hotel. Thank you for our 2 days stay. Really enjoyed. But the Sea is dirty in thus area. Hotel made our short trip as perfect. Pls only improve the kitchen at roof too restaurant

Excellent, very nice. Despite its size, the amenities are excellent. Very clean, soundproofed rooms. The breakfast is good with plenty of choice. The value for money is slightly high.

Breakfast is generous but fairly standard, while staff throughout the hotel are consistently friendly, professional, and efficient. The spa and massage services are a real highlight, although the indoor pool gets overcrowded and noisy fast, and the gym’s location is less than ideal. With attractive outdoor spaces, solid amenities, and excellent service, UNA Hotel Versilia provides a very enjoyable stay. A few practical improvements and aesthetic updates could easily elevate it from very good to truly outstanding.
