Hospitality, elegance in the details, and exceptional professionalism. We stayed with our three children in the Versilia Suite: a spacious three-room apartment, meticulously designed and fully equipped. The beds were incredibly comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The en suite bathroom is truly a bathroom! The indoor pool is wonderful, and the hydromassage tubs on either side were a significant added value, as were the sauna, Turkish bath, and sensory showers. The breakfast was varied, with a wealth of quality products that exceeded our expectations. Your fruit and vegetable juices recharged us from day one. Dinner at your unique restaurant was delicious. We couldn't have asked for anything better! We are grateful!

For Italian standards, the resort is spacious and modern. The rooms are clean but a bit dated. The indoor pool is essentially a large bathtub and far too small for its size, especially in the shoulder seasons when the outdoor pool (unheated) is still too cold. The number of sun loungers also seems insufficient during peak summer season. Breakfast appears varied on the surface, but a closer look reveals a mixed bag. Cheap cold cuts and sliced ​​cheese. Three types of fruit (again, the cheapest being pineapple, melon, and kiwi), cakes, and pastries (if you like them...). The only bright spot was the smoothie bar. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there's ample free parking. Okay for a stopover, but not for a longer holiday.

A highly recommended hotel with a pool and spa in northern Tuscany. Excellent breakfast, large and bright rooms, and free parking at a reasonable price. We will definitely return.

The hotel is functional and practical, but I wouldn't go any further. It's a holiday hotel that gets very crowded when it's busy. It's a perfect hotel for families, but it lacks that little something extra that makes all the difference and elevates it to a higher standard. Breakfast is the hotel's strong point, as it offers a wide variety of choices. The rooms are functional but lack charm.

Very nice convention hotel across the road from the beach. Room was a suite, very comfortable. Spa and gym are amazing. Dry and wet saunas, excellent massage. Full breakfast buffet with eggs to order.

We were fortunate enough to stay in a magnificent sea-view suite, perfectly equipped for our stay. The hotel's location is ideal, and the setting is absolutely delightful. We had access to the spa, which was truly sumptuous and very peaceful (jacuzzi, gym, heated pool, sauna, sensory shower, massages upon request...). Breakfast also lived up to our expectations, with a very wide selection to suit all tastes. We wanted for nothing, and the staff was incredibly attentive. We would like to personally thank Younes, the receptionist, for his excellent French and his kindness towards us. We will definitely be back!

I spent 4 hours in the spa in total relaxation using a gift voucher together with a friend. I have been to the facility several times and I am really satisfied with the welcome for all the services offered. The spa has been recently set up and is very comfortable. The staff is very kind, helpful and professional. Everything is taken care of in detail. I will return as soon as possible. Congratulations and thank you for the wonderful experience.

I've only been to the spa. The atmosphere is nice, clean, comfortable, and quiet (children aren't allowed after 5 p.m.). The prices are reasonable. The water isn't sulfurous like at the spa, but it's fine for those who want to relax. They also offer massages.
