31/05/2026: I gave three stars to the food because the portions were really small. I had a starter where the other courses were really microscopic, and for the main course, cod which was barely visible on the plate.

16/04/2026: Beautiful town and village restaurant with a priceless view, good homemade dishes and generous portions. Positive experience.
12/04/2026: A comfortable place to watch spectacular sunsets. Kindness and friendliness are complemented by a menu dedicated to meat lovers; cured meats and cheeses make all the difference. The 1.2kg steak was the star.
Recommended.

04/06/2026: I'd call this place a "war machine," meaning they have so many seats but are incredibly organized!
I think their strong point is also their meat; I saw some nice pieces of meat being cut...
We had the Pieve appetizer, which I must say featured one of the best prosciuttos I've ever eaten, but the rest of the menu was also excellent, as were the panzanella, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, a little undercooked but still flavorful, and a rooster, which was also very good.
Fair prices!

A very warm and welcoming rustic location. Friendly staff.
They welcomed us with bruschetta with wild tomatoes. We ordered/ate: very good appetizers (farmer's cheese, pickles, olives, cold cuts, cheeses, flan and panzanella/fried coccoli) and a truly fragrant, flavorful, and well-topped pizza.
All accompanied by beer (carafe/artisanal bottles), water, coffee, limoncello/amaro, also offered by the staff.
A truly wonderful discovery. Excellent value.
We will definitely be back to try the main courses.
Reservations recommended.
22/12/2025: The location is really lovely and charming. I only had takeout pizza, which was good and had a wide variety of ingredients. The staff, all of them, were kind and helpful. I made a reservation, and they were very punctual and attentive.

13/09/2025: Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere surrounded by greenery, and upon entry, the inviting yet unobtrusive smell of grilled meat fills the air. The cellar is well-stocked, and during this time of year, mushrooms galore, beautifully pan-fried and grilled caps.

31/05/2026: It was May 17th, and after a lovely walk, we arrived at Cerù. Forty or fifty years ago, if I remember correctly, it was owned by the same company as the eponymous cured meat factory. It was a restaurant and offered rooms for rent. The current management doesn't rent rooms, and the actual restaurant is closed, but they serve cold dishes and also high-quality frozen products from a renowned Camaiore brand that are heated in the microwave... others do, but don't mention it. The bar has a large panoramic terrace and is an almost obligatory stop for hikers and mountain bikers. I remember we had a selection of hot and cold appetizers, and to follow, I had an excellent eggplant parmigiana... yes, sure, frozen and heated in the microwave, but truly excellent. The service wasn't restaurant-like, but it was friendly, not formal, just right for a bar that also offers food. I wouldn't call the price "cheap," but for the quality, quantity, and location, I'd say it was just right.
I don't give it five stars on principle: the perfect place probably doesn't exist.
