28/12/2024: Excellent food and outstanding service We had the great pleasure of dining at Ristorante Il Tiramestoli Di Vannini Stefano and can highly recommend this place. We were already impressed by the starter, a selection of regional specialties - a successful introduction to local cuisine. For “primi” I chose ravioli with a salmon cream sauce that was simply phenomenal. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the freshness of the ingredients was noticeable. My “Secondi” was grilled squid, which was presented to me before preparation – a great touch that highlighted the outstanding quality and freshness of the fish. We also had a second ravioli variant with a leek, nut and cheese filling, which was also an absolute highlight. Every ingredient was perfectly chosen and prepared. The wine list offers a large selection at fair prices, and we were given a suitable wine recommendation for the meal, which complemented our dishes perfectly. Finally, we enjoyed a cheesecake and a pistachio cake for dessert - both irresistible and highly recommended. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and we would like to thank you again for the excellent food and great service. We'll definitely be back!

06/11/2024: Went on the evening of Saturday 2 November, beautiful place on an aesthetic level, very attentive and present staff, but always discreet. Let's move on to the menu proposal, we opted for 1 starter, 2 second courses and a fresh grilled fish. High quality of raw materials, I'm sorry because the little one in the house ordered a grilled fish, it was wonderful because it was his first time choosing what he wanted to be treated. The lady who cleaned the fish was courteous and perfect! As I was saying, to appreciate the quality of a product you have to taste it in purity, without anything and wow, the sea bream was spectacular!! The appetizer was a grilled octopus, tender and juicy, the devilled sea bream was very good according to the chef, the husband had the tuna and this dish was no exception. I recommend booking in advance. Well done and see you again soon!!

02/01/2025: Abbiamo scoperto questo meraviglioso ristorante consultando la guida Michelin, cercavamo un posto intimo, raffinato e con un'ottima cucina per poter trascorrere la cena di capodanno. Così è stato, abbiamo trascorso una serata veramente piacevole sotto ogni punto di vista, locale intimo e molto accogliente, personale gentile, molta cura nei dettagli sia nell' ambiente che nei piatti. Cucina creativa e di alta qualità, panificazione eccellente, dall'entrèe al dolce tutto veramente eccezionale, piatti di carattere e gustosi. La nostra cena è stata servita con abbinamenti di bollicine e vini veramente ottimi. Qualità prezzo assolutamente adeguato. Il luogo ideale per chi cerca un'esperienza culinaria di alto livello. Che si tratti di una cena romantica, un pranzo d'affari o una celebrazione speciale, questo ristorante saprà conquistare ogni ospite con la sua eccellenza. Consigliatissimo!

01/01/2025: Una piacevole scoperta, siamo usciti con il proposito di tornarci quanto prima. Accoglienza molto cortese e attenta. Una portata di benvenuto gradita e molto particolare, come molto particolare sono state sia le successive portate. Vini a calice all’altezza del territorio .

20/11/2024: Sono stata più volte per una cena sul presto in questo chiosco con vista mare e con il tempo abbiamo assaggiato gran parte dei piatti presenti e quasi tutti ci hanno lasciato soddisfattissimi. Molto buono il vino rosato, che si abbina bene ai piatti offerti. Il personale è gentile, soprattutto la signora che solitamente è alla cassa. Le recensioni negative che ho letto sono abbastanza ridicole e mi fanno pensare che ci sia gente che va ad un chiosco pensando di trovare la scelta o il servizio di un ristorante, pagando però meno che al ristorante. Se non hai pretese assurde questo posto va benissimo per una cena informale o per un aperitivo.

02/01/2025: We ate at this place a while ago. Nothing to say about the quality of the food, it's excellent. But the service is non-existent, terrible is an understatement. More than an hour of waiting to take the order without even a piece of bread, at least bring appetizers so people wait more willingly. The place is small inside and there is a veranda outside. In the cold the waiters insisted on keeping the door open. I understand that it is convenient for them to take the dishes out onto the veranda but people had to stay dressed and there were also elderly people. Change the waiters or hire more staff, or at least a more experienced one who knows how to organize the work, it doesn't take much. This way you lose customers, at least us for sure
