01/07/2026: We visited this restaurant with our four children and our dog and felt completely at ease from the very first moment. As vegetarians and pescatarians, we were particularly curious about the menu – and were absolutely delighted. The service was exceptionally attentive, warm, and professional. You can immediately tell that a well-coordinated team works here with great passion. The cuisine also completely won us over: every dish was outstanding – whether fish, vegetables, pasta, or the desserts to finish. Everything was wonderfully balanced in flavor, freshly prepared, and expertly presented. A huge compliment to the entire team, who together create the exceptional quality of this restaurant. 17/08/2026: A somewhat chic place in the center of Piombino. My family (wife and two children) and I went for dinner. Unfortunately, it was more show than substance. The fish was fresh but (in my opinion) underwhelming. The shrimp tartare was good, but it must have been 100g... maybe less. The seafood salad was more of a soup (cold!). Two first courses with overcooked pasta. The Catalan-style shellfish was good, but the vegetables were nonexistent, and the portions were frankly small. We had asked for a 375cl rosé from the menu (my wife doesn't drink much). It was listed on the menu, but they didn't have it. On their own initiative, they brought us a bottle of another rosé. Slow service, friendly staff, good (except for the wine!), nice place. The bill was steep, €208 (they could have charged us the same as the wine we ordered), but for what we ate, in my opinion, it was too much! Not worth it. I definitely won't be back.

19/08/2026: We had a delightful dinner. Arancini carbonara, a buffalo mozzarella, and a truffle pizza... all delicious!! Excellent value, very friendly staff, and fast service. Highly recommended if you're looking for authentic Neapolitan pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven.

We had lunch with paella, a seafood salad, and a sandwich: well-prepared, tasty dishes made with quality ingredients. Completing the experience were the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, always attentive and welcoming. A positive experience, made even more enjoyable by the beauty and unique atmosphere of Baratti. Recommended for those seeking relaxation, good food, and a chance to truly unwind.

03/05/2026: The Aperiveg platter is spectacular! A feast for the eyes and a constant surprise with the various morsels that make up this culinary masterpiece. The octopus and pasta with shellfish are worthy of an Oscar. The chef is very young (but already very experienced) and her eyes radiate passion. The freshest ingredients, everything handmade, including the pasta, and meticulous attention to detail goes into the choice of table accessories. Well done!

06/08/2026: This morning, I planned a five-kilometer round-trip walk with my dog... Considering the pit stop at Nano Verde, as on other past occasions, where they were much nicer than today... Already "five" employees practically ready, since everything was already open, standing in front of the bar chatting, chatting, reveling. I can't find the right word to justify their refusal to serve me breakfast!!! There were only five minutes left!!!!!! It's not like I was going further and going to another bar, that's taking advantage! The welcome, service, and customer service are zero. SHAME ON YOU!

26/07/2026: A super cute café in Piombino. We went there for coffee at lunchtime. The espresso was delicious for €1.30. In Germany, you wouldn't even get a decent espresso for that price. The sandwich and cheesecake were also very tasty. Unfortunately, the lady behind the counter didn't speak English. But I would never have expected her to; after all, we were the tourists and should probably learn some Italian for our vacation. Ordering and paying still worked out perfectly, even with a lot of gestures. Highly recommended. I'd also like to mention that the restroom was very modern and, above all, very, very clean.

Ideal for lunches and dinners with family or friends. Reservations are always recommended if you want to be sure of finding a table!

22/08/2026: I think it was one of the best dinners of my life! Gorgeous place, wonderful staff, and excellent food. The meat was high-quality, the prices were fair for the quality, and the staff was friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. The bread was homemade, with a variety of flavors. They welcomed us with a small cup of their special cream, delicious. I was delighted by the beautifully presented dish, the cooked vegetables, and the delicious potatoes. I would return to Piombino just to eat at your restaurant again! I highly recommend meat lovers to try a fireside dinner at the tower. Thank you for your hospitality, see you soon.

17/08/2026: A truly incredible lunch, enjoyed with my family, my partner, and my two children. ❤️ In a landscape filled with countless restaurants, finding a place that truly stands out is no easy feat. There are many that offer good food, but it's much more difficult to find a restaurant capable of creating a complete experience, where the cuisine, ambiance, and quality of the ingredients leave a lasting impression. And that's exactly what we found here. The food absolutely deserves 5 stars. What impressed me most was the meat: simply exceptional. From a culinary standpoint, it was cooked to perfection, incredibly tender, juicy, and with a texture that literally melted in your mouth. You could sense all the care taken in cooking and preparation, without the meat losing its personality and flavor. It was undoubtedly the real surprise of the evening. The ambiance also deserves 5 stars! Pleasant, refined, and perfect for a lovely family dinner or lunch. I'm giving the service 4 stars, but I'm not saying that as a criticism, but rather as encouragement. The waiter was alone, and considering the situation, he really did his best. I simply believe that, with more support, the service could be even more effective and commendable to the excellent cuisine. Overall, however, the experience was incredible. We complimented the owner and chatted a bit. Obviously, we didn't focus solely on the meat, but I see that's one of this restaurant's strong points, so I absolutely recommend eating here! We left feeling truly satisfied and will gladly return. When a restaurant can make you want to return before you've even left, it means they've hit the mark. Congratulations! 👏
