03/04/2025: Non è adatto per una serata informale. Locale semplice. I proprietari sono gentili, il cibo è buono ma il chiasso notevolissimo frapposto ad urla, dovuto ad alcuni avventori, anche alticci, non proprio educati, è stato assordante. Occorre in questi casi prendere provvedimenti ed iniziativa a tutela degli altri clienti! abbiamo mangiato in tutta fretta e via alla svelta.

18/09/2024: The place is certainly beautiful and the apartments decent! I would have been happy to be notified of the presence of the large group of fans! They have monopolized the residence with a great desire to have fun. Among other things, they were polite and polite. But hearing drums and singing on a Saturday morning and not being able to go down to the pool on a splendid day... you understand for yourself. Being told that there is a band of silence, like in a condominium, didn't seem great to me! 07/01/2025: Group of 16 people stayed 3 nights last year 2024. We were well received, all the staff very helpful and nice. Clean, well heated rooms. Excellent breakfasts, good food. Excellent New Year's Eve dinner. I recommend it.

19/11/2024: Friendly host & very nice welcome. The room was very small and there was no air conditioning, this made sure we didn't sleep for 3 nights.

18/09/2024: E' stato un fine settimana di brutto tempo e quindi anche il pesce disponibile era limitato, rispetto al menù ma di ottima qualità. Locale molto particolare, ambiente piacevole e informale. Oltre all'ottimo pesce anche una notevole varietà di vini.

07/09/2024: Location carina, ma niente di speciale, ma la gentilezza della cameriera ci ha messo a ns agio. come antipasto abbiamo preso 1 Salmone marinato agli agrumi (veramente buono), Paccheri neri (buoni), Ravioli con sugo di cernia (ottimi), dolce della casa, acqua vino caffe corretto, ed abbiamo speso 85€. LO CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE, visto il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

22/03/2025: El 8 de febrero de 2024, en una visita relampago a Cecina, para visitar una amigo que no veia desde hace mas de 50 años, paramos a almorzar a ultima hora, en Bibbona en un restaurante que ademas es un hotel y tiene viñas. Jamas hubiera imaginado encontrar una exquisitez digna de estrellas michelin. El vino de la zona de Bolgheri fue un descubrimiento muy especial. Pedimos un botella de Le Difese Toscana, de la tenuta San Guido, 50% Cabernet y 50% Sangiovese. Extraordinario, maridó perfectamente con los platos que pedimos. Como primer plato pedimos Fettucine all'uovo con succo e petto d'anatra cotto a bassa temperatura y Salmí di cinghiale, pure di castagne e mele cotte. Maridaron extraordinariamente con el vino escogido. De postre pedimos Creme brulée ai mirtilli con gelato al fior di latte y Zabbaione al Calvados con cialda croccante. Una explosión de sabores. Ambos platos muy buenos y originales. Terminamos con un buen café (en Italia es el unico sitio donde se puede tomar un buen café en cualquier lado) El ambiente unico, muy cuidado y muy bueno, el servicio extraordinario. Si bien estaban por cerrar cocina nos atendieron a cuerpos de rey. Lamentablemente copromisos adquiridos previamente nos impidieron volver. Hoy en dia el menu cambió y viendo la carta puedo decir que mejoró en un 90% mas de lo que yo viví. No vemos la hora de volver y quedarnos un ar de dias alojados alli solo para probar mucho mas de sus propuestas gastronómicas y sus vinos de la zona de Bolgheri.

24/02/2025: El pasado sábado 23 de febrero en la plaza de aparcamiento del restaurante se rompió la ventanilla trasera de mi coche y me robaron 3 bolsas de viaje de mi maletero. El aparcamiento no está vigilado por nadie y no hay cámaras. También me informaron que su seguro no cubre ninguno de mis daños. Pero bueno, por favor, esperad la mejor parte del día... también tuve que pagar por nuestro almuerzo 😂😂😂 Simplemente describo esta experiencia como el peor fin de semana posible que he tenido. Cuídate antes de ir aquí y no dejes nada en Tus autos.
