Exceptionally sweet pastries. Very delicious. The cappuccino was also excellent.

I saw good reviews, but unfortunately, the food wasn't that great. The place is nice, new, and spacious, and the service was average.

Breakfast is always a real mess! The counter service is often chaotic (there's no table service) and the staff's attitude is generally terrible! I'll make one exception and commend Tommaso (whom I don't know, but they have his name on their t-shirts), who truly saves the colleagues' service. Four-star food, not just for the sweet and savory breakfast items, but also for the panettone and cakes we've tried in various places. The pastries are top-notch, but the coffee is less so.

I recommend the panettone, it's hard to find a panettone of this quality in Tuscany.
