01/11/2025: We had dinner at this agriturismo, which we found by chance. The food was excellent, and the portions were generous. Excellent value, and the ingredients were either homegrown or sourced locally. But what I really want to highlight is Elia's impeccable service. If I could, I'd give him more than 5 stars for his kindness and dedication. Thank you so much. Definitely recommended.
26/10/2025: Beautiful location, very close to the sea, convenient for exploring the entire island. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Recommended for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

31/08/2025: Very nice location. Excellent service. But we were disappointed with the food. We had a few appetizers and the fish soup, but none of the four of us liked it. One of us even had stomach problems right after dinner. Too bad.

29/07/2025: The restaurant is located on the terrace of a 5-star hotel.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The view isn't great because the hotel is in a less than ideal location.
The interior is very well-kept, with a lovely pool on the terrace, but for what we ate, it's decidedly expensive.
I understand it's a 5-star hotel, but given its location and the dishes served, it's not worth the price.

Bar, sandwiches, restaurant, umbrellas, deck chairs, hot and cold showers with or without shower gel, disabled bathroom and even water games for the little ones.
The staff is courteous and always smiling, the restaurant is excellent and fast even when full, the dishes are plentiful and the prices are in line with the area.
Recommended for the whole family.
Also accessible for people with motor disabilities.
I recommend it wholeheartedly and for those who write negative comments, I have found myself in some situations, in my opinion the stress of work or family should be left at home instead of taking it to the beach ...
02/07/2025: Without taking anything away from the beach resort, which is very simple but complete, the restaurant is the real gem. Impeccable staff and truly exceptional food!

08/11/2025: Having moved from Porto Ercole to downtown Orbetello, I finally managed to eat there again today... A little more inconvenient for us, as we're always in a rush, compared to Porto Ercole, but the quality of the food (superb pizza and super crunchy), and today, given the rotisserie, an excellent lasagna and a delicate and delicious roast with potatoes, the friendliness and hospitality of the owners has not only remained the same but even increased. Now a second home for those who work away from home and are forced to eat out, I assure you in Argentario that's no small feat... Especially in the winter... I wish you the best of luck, you deserve it, and of course I recommend everyone to go to Squalo Charlie!

Ugo’s Pub

15/10/2025: Ugo’s pub is tucked in a corner across the street from Hotel Conchiglia and near the marina. they have a pub menu (sandwiches and appetizers) as well as a dinner menu and a selection of beer and wine.
i ordered the Frittura Di Paraza (Fried Calamari, Shrimp and small fish) from the dinner menu (€20) along with a Leffe Belgian Red Ale (€6)
The dish was served with a basket or warm bread which appreciated because the main dish was not pleasant to eat. 😔 The bite sized fish were edible but the calamari was rubbery and the shrimp tiny! All of it was extremely salty! I wish i hadn’t gone there for my last meal in Porto Ercole.
It’s important to note that they also charge each person an additional €2 to sit and eat.
10/09/2025: Very good quality home-made food, excellent fish, amazing place. I've been coming to Porto Ercole for 25 years but I've never been here. What a shame!

21/10/2025: The food was questionable, the price was too high. Furthermore, in a public place, you shouldn't allow your friends to smoke while other diners are eating. A lack of politeness and respect. The more I think about it, the more I'm convinced it was a terrible experience.
20/10/2025: Excellent food, cosy atmosphere and very friendly, authentic hosts! Can highly recommend.
