Simple, Refined, Empathetic, Unmissable. Not dull and pointless gastronomic daring, but authentic cooking and ingenious appetizers. Authentic fresh fish without mannerisms or unnecessary sweeteners, fair wine markups, and attentive and friendly wait staff, along with the ever-present and attentive owners. A rare oasis of authentic gastronomy in Port'Ercole. Hats off!

22/11/2025: A beautiful spot right by the small harbor for dinner. The black spaghetti was an explosion of flavor. The fried seafood, on the other hand, was rather average, 3 stars.
20/09/2025: Good is very good and you have the chance to try pretty unusual seafood recipes. Service is support fast, staff very friendly and kind. Portions are really small though, hence the place is really really expensive (couple of shared starters, one course per person and drinks -no fancy wines- 40 euro per person). Worth a try but not going back.
