06/04/2024: Informal but refined place. We had dinner with friends after the spa. The service was courteous, impeccable and very kind. The unsurpassed Maremma tortelli. Very soft boar. Delicious homemade tiramisu. The glasses are beautiful. In short, a triumph. Definitely coming back

02/04/2024: Fantastic Experience! I went with 3 friends for Easter Monday lunch. The place in its simplicity is warm welcoming with a simple spirit, a house of tradition. Welcomed with kindness and friendliness by all the staff, always polite and kind. Rich menu. We start by tasting delicious bruschetta with lard, and liver and onion crostini...a true delicacy, the latter literally WON me over. Next we obviously choose homemade tagliatelle with wild boar sauce, and AMAZING ravioli with butter and sage, a thinly rolled pasta that melts in your mouth. We continue with grilled pork… each piece of meat cooked to perfection with remarkable quality and flavour. What to say about the sweet tiramisu Excellent, noteworthy! The trifle served in a jar is also very good... not to mention the puffs filled with pistachio cream chosen as an extra, because we absolutely wanted to try them too... wine from a winery recommended and carefully explained by the very knowledgeable girl, coffee water and a good passito to conclude a really high level lunch. The biggest surprise was a bill that surprised us positively and pleasantly. Very friendly and kind in offering us passito for everyone and the extra dessert. Experience that I will remember, EVERYTHING RIGHT, highly recommended. The plus was the owners who often came to make sure that everything was going well and to exchange a few words at the table with us, with a kind, calm and smiling manner... stuff from times gone by. 07/04/2024: On the advice of a dear friend, we came to this restaurant for lunch... We couldn't have ended up in a better place. Excellent food, excellent service, fantastic view. Definitely coming back.👍

03/01/2024: In Maremma, la competizione per il "mangiar bene" è ad altissimo livello E' quindi difficile spiccare, spuntando un 5 stelle, da chi le ha provate tutte o quasi in 30 anni di frequentazione ... Eppure, nel delizioso borgo rinascimentale di Montemerano, questo ristorante riesce ad inserirsi di prepotenza tra i migliori ... Location country chic, ma senza gli artifici e le velleitarietà di certi locali da radicalchic che si trovano da queste parti ... Traspare subito il calore di un locale accogliente e ben arredato, con vista mozzafiato sulla vallata e sulle colline che circondano Montemerano Menu classico maremmano (crostini, prosciuttino, pappardelle, maialino, ecc), tutto eccellente e a Km zero, con vino rosso della casa di buon livello ... il conto è nella media dei migliori locali della zona .... Bravi ! Ci torno la prx estate con gli amici, anche per verificare come si sta nella terrazza al piano di sotto !
