16/11/2024: Per festeggiare sia il compleanno di mio marito che il ns anniversario di matrimonio, abbiamo deciso di cenare qui per la seconda volta. Complimenti per la varietà delle proposte culinarie e per il servizio, abbiamo mangiato e bevuto splendidamente, ritoreremo sicuramente per festeggiare altri eventi importanti. COMPLIMENTI SINCERI.

05/10/2024: Very funny bartender mixed us delicious drinks, the atmosphere is good and the cocktails aren't too expensive. A lot of teenagers from the area there somehow speaks for the place, I think.
27/09/2024: Very tasty cocktails. Sometimes very unusual, but really well prepared. The staff is very accommodating and friendly.

24/09/2024: partiamo dal titolo "IMPERVIO" , effettivamente cè una salita ripida, ma si tratta forse di 70/80 metri. Mettete la prima marcia e salite .... nulla di trascindentale. Il cibo è cucinato ottimamente. Vale la pena di provarlo. I prezzi mi sono sembrati leggermente superiori a quelli della zona, ma alla fine nulla di eclatante e la qualità va pagata.
21/09/2024: Splendido locale rustico in cui assaporare la cucina tipica maremmana immersi in una suggestiva location nel verde.
Consigliato soprattutto nelle serate estive per potersi godere gli spazi esterni.
Il menù ha diverse opzioni e i prodotti presenti sono a chilometro zero, preparati secondo la tradizione toscana.
Il personale è stato cordiale e molto disponibile nei nostri confronti.
Consiglio di assaggiare il tagliere misto con salumi, formaggi e bruschette accompagnate con condimenti locali: eccellente e abbondante.
Come primo piatto ho optato per i tortelli maremmani ai funghi, che mi sento di consigliare. Da provare anche i dolci.
Nel complesso è stata una piacevole esperienza, ritorneremo sicuramente.

18/02/2025: We went to this restaurant for a lunch with friends. The environment is welcoming and the service was impeccable, even though we were at one table. I'm sorry not to have photographed the dishes but both the seafood starter (superlative crostini, breaded squid and octopus on fried polenta, both soft with a captivating flavour) and the tortelli, also seafood, with a strong but not cloying flavour, deserve a mention. And how can we not mention the frying, which is truly special! The next time we return to Castiglione we will certainly know where to go!

Due Ombrine al forno con cappella di porcino in padella aglio e nepitella e dei porcini fritti e
Per finire sorbetto al limone e cioccolatini fatti da loro.
Tutto annaffiato da Cà del bosco e due Chardonnay francesi.
Andrea in cucina trasmette ai piatti tutta la sua passione e Lorenzo in sala ti accoglie con grande calore. BRAVI
se passate da Castiglione vi consiglio di andarli a trovare.

Competent and very kind staff.
Starters: crostini with ricotta and anchovies and cod with caramelized onions... both very good... followed by a catch of the day in this case I chose the strawberry and a plate of pasta with clams, all good...
In my opinion the bill is high...a glass of white wine and a bottle of water must be added to what was said before...spent 85 euros for two people

Marinated anchovies with Tropea onion, tartare, mixed starter, spaghetti with clams and.... everything was truly fantastic. Very fresh fish and unique flavors all accompanied by the friendliness and friendliness of the waitress. So I would say... top evening and absolutely recommended

Every time I come to the seaside I can't help but stop by this delicatessen that lets you savor the best of Maremma cuisine!

The staff is very friendly and tries to meet every guest's wishes.
The parking lot has well-maintained canopies, and they also have their own charging station for electric vehicles.
If you are a golfer, the course is about 5 minutes away by car.
There are also tennis courts right next to the hotel.
I definitely highly recommend it!

09/03/2025: Disappointing. The waitress, even before leaving me the menu, tells me that among the dishes of the day there are lobster tagliolini, I ordered them with a glass of wine. I spent 50 euros for a first course and a glass of wine. The lobster is fine but perhaps a little excessive.

29/09/2024: Very nice place for dinner, unfortunately not only were we hungry but so were the mosquitoes! The owner quickly prepared the only table in the restaurant for us and we were somewhat protected from the mosquitoes. The menu turned out to be very small, but the dishes were very good. The restaurant is highly recommended.
