03/03/2026: Restaurant with outdoor seating facing the harbor. Also equipped with a veranda. The indoor dining area is well-kept and original. The menu features fish and meat dishes. The seafood is fresh. The pasta is also good. Dishes are beautifully presented. Very friendly staff. A positive and pleasant experience. Recommended.

22/02/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant. The service was poor. The staff were friendly but not in tune with the food. We had a long wait before and after, with a dirty plate in front of us for far too long. Two and a half hours for two appetizers and two first courses. Off-menu dishes include daily specials, which are announced by the waitress, so be careful with the price. Pici with lobster cost €32, with a cover charge of €3 for two cutlery and paper napkins. I don't recommend it.

01/02/2026: Yesterday, three of us went to this restaurant for lunch because we'd heard good things about it. We ordered two tagliolini cacio e pepe with shrimp tartare, one tagliolini allo scoglio, and a fried dish. You know when you drain the pasta and leave a little water in because you're supposed to stir it in? It was like this, with a little oil, maybe a teaspoon of pecorino, and pepper? Well, basically, pasta drained badly, with oil, and overcooked to boot! The worst pasta we've ever eaten! Oh yeah, but there was a teaspoon of shrimp tartare! The fried dish wasn't bad, but nothing special. There were two shrimp, I swear two, and the rest were just calamari. The service wasn't even a smile—fast, yes, but zero courtesy! As far as we're concerned, NEVER AGAIN!

The rooms, dining room, and relaxation room overlook a breathtaking panorama. Its beautiful swimming pool invites you not only to dive into the water, but also to immerse yourself in the midst of unspoiled nature, where on the horizon you can admire the entire sea from Castiglione della Pescaia to the island of Giglio. The restaurant is highly regarded for its excellent cuisine, both fish and meat.

15/10/2025: We spent eight days in a stylishly located hotel, set atop a mountain in a charming historic town. The view from the hotel and the well-kept garden with pool is impressive and inviting. The restaurant also offers a wonderful panoramic view. The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating – we received a warm welcome. Our room was quiet and had a balcony. However, at approximately 12 square meters, it was quite small, as was the bathroom. For guests who need more space, we recommend booking a larger room. The parking lot is about 300 meters from the hotel. We booked half board. Dinner consisted of a set menu with two choices per course (starter, main course, dessert). Unfortunately, the dishes were repetitive during our stay, which was disappointing given the diversity of Italian cuisine. For future stays, we would forgo half board and instead take advantage of the culinary offerings in the surrounding towns. Unfortunately, the breakfast did not meet our expectations and differed significantly from the images on booking platforms. The buffet was very simple: mostly baguettes from the day before, fresh croissants, one type of sausage, and one type of cheese – with no variation throughout the week. This somewhat tarnished the otherwise positive overall impression. Overall, the hotel offers a fantastic location and a pleasant ambiance, but there is room for improvement in the dining area.

27/07/2025: Se Vi trovate in Toscana, tappa assolutamente da fare è al Ristorante 'IL CACCIATORE', a Tirli (GR). Sono stata particolarmente colpita, l'esperienza è stata davvero ottima. L' atmosfera è accogliente e il personale molto attento. Il cibo è delizioso, con ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la Famiglia che lo gestisce, perché ti fanno sentire 'a casa'. Consigliatissimo!! P.S.: Forse l'unico difetto è che trovate 2 figlioli , belli come il sole ☀️ che vi fanno perdere la concentrazione!!!😂😂. Complimenti a mamma e babbo 😂😂, e grazie a Nicholas e Thomas.

07/09/2025: While vacationing at the Baia Verde campsite, we discovered this restaurant. What can I say? The fried fish with battered vegetables melts in your mouth. Among the best we've ever had. The seafood mezze paccheri are exceptional. Fresh, quality ingredients. The service was in line with the dishes; the staff was helpful and very friendly. It's sad to see reviews from a few years ago referring to another management lower the rating. The prices are perfectly in line with the quality offered. Highly recommended!

06/09/2025: Delicious food and friendly service, although the dessert (cheesecake) was a bit small. Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitoes on the terrace, so don't forget your mosquito spray.

The service was incredibly friendly, and the food was fabulous. The price was more than reasonable. Thank you so much, you saved our evening!

14/09/2025: I WON'T MENTION THE BATHROOM BECAUSE I DIDN'T USE IT. My review is for the restaurant. I'm relying on the staff's advice (very kind) when I was hesitant about two dishes on the menu and when choosing a glass of wine. The wine arrived with a full explanation (which is much appreciated), but unfortunately it was probably a bottle that had been opened a long time ago or stored poorly. The dish I chose on the menu was marked as possibly frozen (which is fine), but the problem is that I was served a lobster that was still frozen and practically inedible. I didn't tell the staff what had happened, so as not to start "useless" discussions in front of other customers, but I left the frozen piece in plain sight on my plate. The coffee arrived in the beautiful cup as pictured, and there were no spills from the coffee maker, but rather caked-on. I paid and was given a small discount, which was certainly appreciated, but it smelled of something more. Nice setting on the beach, but alas!!!
