05/06/2025: Authentic Italian shop. Mainly visited by locals. Delicious food, friendly staff and good service. Wanted to share a starter and the different dishes were served on different plates. Then you really go the extra mile for your customers. Too bad it's remote. If it had been in a more central location, this place would have been completely full every night.

05/05/2025: A charming bistro located at the entrance to the medieval part of Anghiari. Open to guests even during the traditional Italian pause pranzo. A big attraction is the possibility of choosing a seat outside of bistro in the walls of the historic loggia. The menu is modest but substantial. This is simple, local cuisine, far from the opulence of Tuscan restaurants aimed at foreign customers. During my visit, I decided to taste the parmigiana which was served more in the form of a goulash than lasagna. For secondo, I got the popular Tuscan pici pasta with an onion-based sauce and crumbles. A praise of simplicity and a truly authentic experience that gave me energy before the Anghiari tour. These are not refined flavors, but for various reasons they will be remembered for a long time.

30/04/2025: Wine bar with a romantic and very suggestive atmosphere located in a renovated historic bastion. The garden on the lower floor overlooks the valley below and offers a beautiful view. Excellent wines accompanied (included in the price of the glass) by exquisite typical Tuscan appetizers. The staff and owner are really kind and professional. If you come to Anghiari you absolutely must stop by here

02/05/2025: A rude waiter with glasses in his sixties who, when I asked for clarification about the price of the coffee (on the menu displayed outside it was €1.50, charged us €2 and another gentleman who passed me in front of €1.20 during the queue) replied that "we set the price". As the lady I am, I paid without saying anything and then asked for clarification. Asking is a right and the price is not made by liking. For asking, he shouted at me in front of the whole square that I won't go far in life and that I'm rude. Without even knowing me and for just asking for clarity. I ignore the other insults that have been directed at me. However, we will not return because at those prices you can eat better, with more education and above all CLEANLINESS. Bad manners.

30/03/2025: Accepted and seated within 10 minutes even without having booked, while waiting my wife and I had a good aperitif and as soon as we placed the glasses on the counter the table was ready, after ordering we were served in a few minutes. Baldaccio appetizer (croutons + cold cuts) baby pizza and small oatmeal for the little girl, leaving after the appetizer our two pizzas which I must be honest are different from usual having a thin dough similar to puff pastry but good and filling with water and coffee plus a takeaway dessert we spent less than €60 in total. We will return because we had a good time and the people are friendly and nice and deserve customers who reward them for this too. Thanks see you next time!

15/05/2025: I returned to this restaurant a month ago, blind, after twenty years. The tables in the ground floor restaurant were dirty and a bumblebee was flying around, very serious due to the risk of potentially allergic customers. I pointed this out to the waitress who laughingly took me up to the floor above. The view was wonderful, shame about the dirty windows that didn't allow us to take a picture of the panorama. The menu was expensive, I asked for a side dish of meadow herbs but they brought me boiled spinach. For the first time, my partner left the tagliolini behind. I'm sorry to have to be so direct but given the prices, honesty must be respected. It's a shame because the place is spectacular and it would take very little to bring it to worthy levels.

12/05/2025: I was there yesterday for a meeting, we were 40 people. Terrible experience. Terrible service after 1 hour and a half we had only eaten the starter and a first course We requested the silly gnocchi with salt and parmesan, the passable tagliatelle and the limited roast with good but few roast potatoes. The dessert was a tasteless and hard donut and the vinsanto was good. We were told that the cantuccini were finished. There were 3 celiacs and they had packaged lasagna then we asked them if they had polenta and they brought it but also the silly one. It's a shame because many years ago when the ladies were there to make the pastry and the roast was cooked in the wood oven it was a completely different story!!! It's really a shame because the place is beautiful with a nice view of the Tuscan countryside

17/05/2025: In the historic village of Anghiari I had this beautiful experience in this restaurant where I tried delicious Pappardelle with white Chianina ragu, also very good the typical dessert Pocce di Anghiari with dark chocolate cream. In addition, the service is excellent and the place very beautiful and intimate.
