03/03/2025: As soon as we arrived they told us that they messed up the reservations and therefore they hadn't reserved a table for us. They then put us in the corridor and told us to offer ourselves a digestive at the end of the meal, which is always done, even without having made any mistakes. The food is good, but not great, with some errors (for example, some pieces of meat were hard and impossible to eat). As a first course you have to choose between the soup and the crescents and both are not served. The service was not very kind and the price was very expensive compared to the average.

09/01/2025: Very good, freshly cooked food. Very good wine, very friendly and accommodating innkeepers. We have been to the Putzerhof twice now and the food and service were excellent. Only recommended. The slaughter platter with boiled meat, sausages, cabbage, bacon dumplings and roasted potatoes was excellent. Spareribs were very seasoned. The donuts afterwards were great too.

26/02/2025: Nice place, good pizza but cover charge 2.50 euros and for a bit of mayonnaise 1.50 euros......in my opinion it is very exaggerated having paid the cover charge I don't find it right to pay for the mayonnaise

22/01/2025: Sono molti anni che veniamo sull’Alpe, avevamo sentito parlare bene di questo rifugio e quest’anno che finalmente siamo riusciti a pranzarci non possiamo che confermare il passaparola positivo in merito. Qui troverete autentica gentilezza, gusto, qualità, ampia scelta del menu’, ottima presentazione delle portate e una bella atmosfera. Al momento per noi è la migliore esperienza culinaria sull’Alpe. Speriamo di potervi tornare in futuro.

20/03/2025: My friend and I went to spend an evening in a different place than usual, I have a couple of things to report: the service was a bit slow, from when we sat down to when they took our order a good half hour passed, and we also had to stop a girl from the staff because otherwise it was almost as if we were invisible. The staff seems a bit disorganized, I don't say this with malice because it's certainly not their fault but perhaps the lack of preparation on the part of those who follow them. (Be careful with the bathroom door because when I was leaving I almost got it in the face from a girl who was coming back into the room and she opened it as if there was no one on the other side😅) The environment is very nice, I don't really approve of sharing a table for 4 people with another couple, but for that we hadn't booked so it's perhaps also our fault. On the other hand I ate a very good stuffed calzone, compliments to the pizza chef, usually I also have problems digesting but instead this was well cooked and light. I didn't get along very well with the meringue, it was too frozen and therefore difficult to pick up with the fork, but here too it's a personal taste. If the organization had improved it would have been a perfect evening!

02/02/2025: Five stars are few. We can't say enough good things about this place: excellent pizza, vast choice of flavours, impeccable and courteous home service. Truly everything was perfect and recommended to everyone.

07/02/2025: I live in the area, I frequent the same Wiener Haus venues in both Udine and Villesse. Clearly, for logistics, various personal purchases are better in Portogruaro with a break in your venue. In recent months we have noticed that the food we usually order is always COLD!!! The first time I justify it.... I'll try again the second... ditto, but before writing this review, which I address to the manager, the third time the food continues to be cold and not really pleasant!!! Kindly point out that it's very hot... nothing to do, we're not there!!! The wait for the order and the arrival of the dishes, with less than half of the seats occupied, reaches approximately 30 minutes!!! Not exactly the best. The staff: (in dialect) "work jump on me and I'll move"

01/01/2025: Nice place that recalls Austria, very friendly staff, excellent alternative to the fast food restaurants nearby. Very extensive menu with the possibility of tasting different courses in the special menus. good dishes, not too abundant, but worth it, several choices also for desserts and drinks/beers. average prices advised

09/01/2025: Large and welcoming venue suitable for social dinners and small parties. The kitchen isn't exactly what I prefer. I would have expected less banal beers in a place like this.

01/03/2025: For several years, I have always eaten delicious pizza. Since this summer it has almost become unimaginable. Before releasing an unfortunately very negative comment, we went back three times... it continues to be beyond (A LUXURY) in price, but the pizza leaves a lot of disappointment. Has the pizza chef changed or has the dough changed!!! We friends, we will never set foot there again.

23/02/2025: I am very sincere like all my reviews, the food disappointed me. I came on the recommendation of a friend. Mozzarella and fried potato croquettes that are cold, dark and taste like a lot of used oil. Vegetable club sandwich cold inside and quite tasteless, the only saving grace was the pizza and an excellent Blanche beer. Fairly attentive service, an environment that perhaps comes close to a Gasthof, coming from someone who lived in Germany for 8 years.

10/03/2025: Small family-run place, with generous portions but a quality that leaves something to be desired. Prices are cheap, but commensurate with the level of the food. If you are a tourist passing through, better look elsewhere.

30/03/2025: A place halfway between a restaurant and a fast food: decent quality, fair prices and really friendly staff. It may not be haute cuisine, but for an informal meal with family or friends I absolutely recommend it.

29/03/2025: Terrible experience at this restaurant. When I first arrived, I had to wait half an hour before anyone deigned to ask me what I wanted to order. After finally placing my order, it took another 20 minutes to receive a simple chicken cut. The service was poor: slow, inattentive and not at all friendly staff. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a minimum of professionalism and respect for the customer.

07/03/2025: Beautiful place, good food and good beer. It's a shame that the waitress was not very kind due to a mix-up on the orders, it really felt like being in Bavaria due to the kindness of the staff..... Instead resolved by the owner in a more professional manner....

03/03/2025: First time couple's lunch in this place happened by chance. The restaurant is located in the basement and recalls the classic Bavarian inns. Really great quality food. Excellent prices for being in the historic center of the city. I highly recommend
