16/11/2025: We went there on a recommendation during our autumn holiday and didn't enjoy it very much. We had to wait a while because it was very crowded – if you haven't made a reservation like we did, that's fine, but we didn't feel welcome and nobody paid any attention to us. Once we were seated, the service was okay. Junior was happy with his shepherd's macaroni, which was more like Bolognese pasta, but we adults found the food rather average. In short: You can eat better in Schenna.

02/11/2025: Stayed at a near by all inclusive hotel. Without getting transport to closest tourist places, Cefalu or Palmero, there is nothing outside of the hotel complex. 2 weeks ago there was a Ferrari car tribute event so had a walk out along the road to watch AND stumbled on this GREAT LITTLE CAFE. Having already eaten, Just stopped for a coffee (and beer🫣😂). Looks to be run by a family, with a great selection of authentic food and drink. Also very reasonably priced. A good break from an all inclusive hotel, experiencing more culture. Very polite and welcoming. English isn't great so like a game of sharards but that was the authenticity we liked of true Sicily 😃. Overheard others who had a meal saying how nice the food was. Even if it's only a walk out of the hotel and a drnykike us, support this great independent

19/10/2025: We had a Törggelen experience here. Simply fantastic! Fantastic service and first-class food. They even offered seconds. Törggelen at its finest. The journey to the Ratschings valley station is great – after that, the road becomes single-lane, but still easily passable. We'd love to come back!!!

14/09/2025: Really nice place, professional and very kind staff, fantastic pizzas... the only downside was that we ended up near the kids' area... we had to escape because it was too noisy. It's a shame because we would have been there for a dessert and a liqueur... next time we'll remember to book a table away from the kids' area.

24/08/2025: Extremely slow service. The pizzas didn't arrive, we asked, and they didn't let us know. The place was very noisy, and some tables were even close to the kids' area, which didn't help. The food was very greasy and hard to digest. We were still sick the next day.

29/09/2025: We had a wonderful week at the Waldhof². Excellent service, a very nice wellness area. The fitness area could be more modern. The food was delicious, and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

20/10/2025: Nice place, the fried food I ordered was good, but the price on the menu was misleading in my opinion. It said "fried food for two - €6" or something like that, thinking it was €6 total, €3 per person. In reality, it was €6 per person; my friend and I had misunderstood. Plus, we were sitting outside. It was late October, it wasn't hot but not cold either, and the group of friends had smokers, so we chose to sit outside. If we hadn't gone in to ask for our order, they never would have come to take it (but that's okay, it's fair to draw attention to ourselves in a situation like this where all the customers are inside), but even after handing us the menus, they came to take it after another twenty minutes, after having to push the staff again. And the beers also arrived very slowly. All this after almost making us feel bad for being outside; I'm not sure if it was an attempt to be nice and considerate or what. All of these things, as you can see, don't ruin an evening. Besides, it was my first time there, so maybe I just happened to be there on the wrong night (a friend of mine who goes there more often says they're usually not that slow, in fact). I hope I change my mind next time.

17/10/2025: Family atmosphere Excellent food quality. A wide selection of beers to suit all tastes.

04/10/2025: We had lunch at this Bavarian-style restaurant with a lovely Bier Garten. They seated us and brought us our menus right away. We opted for sausage and hamburger platters accompanied by potatoes, sauerkraut, and beer. The service was quick and friendly, and the dishes were excellent. I really enjoyed the sausages. I also had a little dessert. And when it came to the bill, they gave us a few glasses and a nice straw hat.

Today, after years, I returned to eat here, a little hesitant because I knew it had changed management a few years ago and I hadn't had a chance to go there again. Well, what can I say... Everything was delicious, generous portions, exceptional service, and a clean place. Thank you so much, I'll definitely be back.

24/11/2025: A historic restaurant nestled in the natural setting of the Natisone Valleys. It overlooks a waterfall, hence its name. Perfect for a Sunday lunch with friends, this old-fashioned yet very clean and well-maintained venue. The beautiful fireplace inside creates a truly wonderful atmosphere in the winter!

10/11/2025: Lunch "Invitation to Lunch 2025" An intimate yet super welcoming atmosphere, the fireplace creating a perfect, relaxing atmosphere. The flavors of each dish were perfectly balanced, the ingredients incredibly fresh, and the portions generous. The service was impeccable; the young owner was an excellent hostess, always present and attentive to guests but never intrusive. Kudos to her hard work and dedication! Excellent value, accessible to all budgets 😊 Well done 👏

22/10/2025: We went there for dinner; the food was delicious and regional. The apple juice was freshly squeezed, and the menu was seasonally updated. The service was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant was decorated like a proper pub, and accordingly, many locals enjoyed their after-work hours there.

19/09/2025: We stayed at the Schloss Hotel Korb for our honeymoon. We had indicated in writing in advance that we would like to spend it there. Unfortunately, nothing had been arranged. At breakfast, we discovered that other tables had been specially decorated. The situation was, of course, extremely unfortunate. What was really good: - Breakfast/dinner and the service (a very friendly, "on-the-ball" waiter) - The meal was really enjoyable - The main building, as well as the restaurant, are really chic and beautifully decorated What was unfortunately disappointing: - Both outdoor pools were in very poor condition (severe discoloration, peeling film, etc.) - The room is no longer of an acceptable standard (considering the hotel's classification and the price). Baseboards were broken, the curtains had stains, etc., and the furnishings seemed mismatched. - Information (general hotel information) about the hotel and the surrounding area was virtually nonexistent. Overall, I have to say that some of the recent reviews quite rightly emphasize the condition of the rooms and the outdoor area. It's a real shame, because the hotel has real potential. And we can't really recommend it. Nevertheless, the friendly receptionist was helpful at the end of our stay, which we really appreciated. Thank you again!

18/09/2025: Just a stroll, not a visit to the hotel. But it's a classic car meeting place. There were a few treasures and a new McLaren in the garage.
