I migliori ristoranti di cucina tedesca

13/04/2025: Due punti. Solo perché il primo scelto alla fine era buono (anche se, a dirla tutta, il menù prevedeva poche specialità locali ed elaborazioni discutibili, oppure piatti non tipici, come i miei strozzapreti, che sono trentini...). Su tutto il resto stendiamo un velo pietoso perché è evidente che la gestione del locale è in mano a personale totalmente inadeguato, incapace di gestire i picchi e a rapportarsi con la clientela in modo cortese e professionale. Prima di tutto: il tavolo me lo sono creato da solo, spostando barili e sedie. Dopodiché, anziché ringraziarmi, il caposala ha pensato bene di farmi ordinare e ammonirmi di non scappare senza pagare perché ci sono le telecamere a sorvegliare. Ma io mi chiedo: ma che modi sono? Additarmi come un ladro così, gratuitamente? Vergogna! Quantomeno, avrei gradito un servizio impeccabile, e invece in una giornata da tutto esaurito, il personale era ai minimi storici, un'ora per un primo piatto e, a mia domanda su che fine avesse fatto (stavano mangiando tutti i tavoli che avevano ordinato dopo di me che ero da solo, primi piatti compresi), la prima risposta è stata "no non puoi chiedere", la seconda è stata "se hai ordinato arriva", e solo la terza volta magicamente è comparso il piatto. Ho quindi evitato il dolce e pensavo di bere un caffè al banco. Cosa invece non possibile e quindi l'ho dovuto ordinare. Stessa scena. A quel punto, avendo già pagato con l'ordine, sono entrato io al banco a ritirarlo in autonomia: era sul bancone che aspettava da chissà quanto. Che vergogna. E soprattutto, che imbarazzo: la Badia non ha bisogno di locali del genere, che si fregiano di essere rifugi storici e invece farebbero meglio a cedere il passo ad altri!

05/04/2025: 5/5! Good view, affordable and very tasty food. Highlight was their homemade tiramisu. Friendly staff and music on a good level.

07/08/2025: Bavarian-style cuisine. You can try both sandwiches and main courses. A wide selection of beers. There are also many desserts. The prices are not low. The place is furnished with great care and attention to detail. I'm giving it 3 stars only because, for personal taste, I didn't like the food.

23/07/2025: Far and away the only restaurant where you can eat. The restaurant was completely full, both the outdoor garden and inside. There was one waitress for the whole restaurant, really one man behind the bar, so you can imagine what it was like. We didn't get the menu, we had to take it, we ordered drinks at the bar, then the waitress arrived, we ordered a schnitzel for which we waited for about 40 minutes. Fortunately it was good. Prices high.

28/07/2025: A truly disappointing evening. The sandwiches we were served were of poor quality: undercooked meat, flavorless ingredients, and sloppy presentation. Some sandwiches were even out of stock, and when I asked about the alternative type of bread, the waitress responded in an annoyed and rude tone, which further degraded the experience. An even more disturbing factor was the deafening music coming from the adjacent restaurant: excessive volume, with out-of-place rap music, making it impossible to converse and enjoy the evening. The atmosphere, as it is, is not at all conducive to a relaxing dinner. To make matters worse, they served us an Amaro del Capo at room temperature: a grave mistake for anyone familiar with this liqueur, which is best enjoyed chilled. Served warm, it completely loses its flavor and becomes undrinkable. But the final bill was the icing on the cake: €109 spent on a mediocre dinner, without even a receipt. Unacceptable behavior that leaves a bitter taste in our mouths more than any dish. We definitely won't be returning.

10/08/2025: We ate wonderfully, the cheeses were delicious, the best goulash I've ever had, and the pork ribs were delicious. Impeccable service, and the view was breathtaking.

03/05/2025: Se si vuole passare una giornata in totale relax è il posto giusto! I bambini si divertono con l’animazione e i grandi possono godersi del buon cibo tra una chiacchiera e l’altra!

24/04/2025: Ottimo, siamo stati bene e i bambini si sono divertiti. Per essere obiettivo al massimo, però, devo aggiungere che alle porzioni darei un 4 su 5: l'antipasto un po' ha ritardato ad arrivare e il cacio e pepe sembrava non molto bene amalgamato, ma tutto sommato lo consiglio. Il personale è molto garbato e professionale, il locale è arieggiato e pulito, all'esterno c è molto spazio di intrattenimento per i bambini e una bella piscina. Non è la prima volta che ci vado con famiglia e parenti. Lo consiglio certamente!

27/04/2025: Because of the great review, we wanted to eat at Bittnerhof today. Hot food is only available until 3 p.m., says the landlord. We were there at 4 p.m., well then only cold dishes. Wanted a menu that doesn't do you any good. We have 3 types of cake, or a snack platter, he says. Ordered cake and snack plate. He forgot his snack. We paid quickly and had a nice meal in the town below. Unfortunately the visit was a disappointment.

12/07/2025: Inattentive service, bland pizza. We asked the waitress for dessert and she never brought it. They also charged us for something we didn't even ask for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

24/07/2025: We were looking for a nice pub in Corrado on a Saturday night. We walked past this gem, which, unlike all the other bars in the city center, wasn't dominated by stress, loud music, and crowds, but rather had a calm aura that immediately made us want to sit down. The service was very, very good, and they prepared several regional beers for us and put together a delicious snack plate. The waiters all spoke English, which was very refreshing. Prices are a bit higher than usual, but it's worth it.
