02/11/2025: Stayed at a near by all inclusive hotel. Without getting transport to closest tourist places, Cefalu or Palmero, there is nothing outside of the hotel complex. 2 weeks ago there was a Ferrari car tribute event so had a walk out along the road to watch AND stumbled on this GREAT LITTLE CAFE. Having already eaten, Just stopped for a coffee (and beer🫣😂). Looks to be run by a family, with a great selection of authentic food and drink. Also very reasonably priced. A good break from an all inclusive hotel, experiencing more culture. Very polite and welcoming. English isn't great so like a game of sharards but that was the authenticity we liked of true Sicily 😃. Overheard others who had a meal saying how nice the food was. Even if it's only a walk out of the hotel and a drnykike us, support this great independent

29/06/2026: Warm welcome, friendly staff. A unique atmosphere reminiscent of times gone by... The cold cuts were good, but the steak was perhaps a little too dry; we didn't fully appreciate the flavor of the meat. The boiled vegetables were good, as were the potatoes in tecia. We'll definitely be back.

28/03/2026: Wonderful evening! The place was warm and welcoming, and the staff was truly kind and efficient! The young lady who welcomed us (we thought she was the owner) was incredibly kind and friendly! We found out about them through a Wonderbox! A unique experience... Prosecco to welcome us... a true Bavarian beer hall, with excellent food and beer! Five stars more than deserved!

16/07/2026: A typical Bavarian place to escape the daily grind, immersed in nature. Good food, friendly staff. The only thing I'd do is make the table space nicer. A place that's also suitable for dogs, who are treated very well.

22/06/2026: A terrible evening, the warehouses outside were dirty, the Christmas lights stuck to the guests' backs, all dirty. A foul smell inside, but the service was courteous. The tavern-like checkered tablecloths outside (red and white is not Bavarian) were in need of replacement, all faded. Horrible! The road to the restaurant was unpaved at certain points, it seemed almost impassable. The food was terrible, far from Bavarian cuisine. Never again!

02/07/2026: Nice place to eat, the food is good, the only thing that puts you off going is the disorganized service and if they make a mistake they pass it off as normal.

28/06/2026: The place is really cute, with soft lighting and music at a pleasant volume, allowing for easy conversation. I also appreciated the arrangement of several tables separated by small walls, which provide a bit of privacy. A very convenient detail is the coat racks near the tables. The service was friendly and attentive, with average wait times. As for the food, there were two of us. My dad had a pizza and was thrilled: he said it was one of the best he's ever eaten. He appreciated the sweet cherry tomatoes and the soft, well-leavened dough, and in his opinion, the place deserves a 5-star rating. I instead ordered the "Roma" sandwich, inspired by carbonara. The bread was really excellent, but I found the filling a bit too salty, making it difficult to finish. Furthermore, the carbonara cream was sparse and concentrated on one side of the sandwich, so the flavor was unbalanced. The dish came with fries, which I found very good. What left me a little perplexed was the price: €18 for that portion seemed excessive. Personally, I would have found it more appropriate at around €14. This, however, doesn't detract from the quality of the ingredients, which I still appreciated. Overall, it's a restaurant I recommend trying: the atmosphere is pleasant, the service is good, and the quality is there. There are just a few aspects that, in my opinion, could still be improved.

I would especially like to highlight: - the friendly and attentive morning, lunch, and dinner service (special thanks to Jana and Leonard) - the competent and accommodating reception staff - the incredibly attentive spa team (especially thank you to Alessia and Martin) - the shuttle service to and from the train station provided by Walter We found the entire team to be so empathetic and attentive, with a great sensitivity to guests with special needs. Thank you for making our stay such a relaxing highlight of our year.

28/05/2026: I had a wonderful day spa experience at this property near my home, a charming, classic hotel. The highlight is definitely the panoramic pool with a beautiful view of the castle, flanked by a lawn perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. The relaxation areas are also welcoming and offer a splendid view of the forest. The saunas are useful and very pleasant, and I really appreciated the convenience of the pool, which is open from 8:30 a.m. I also enjoyed using the fitness room, which was truly wonderful. The machines are new, clean, and very easy to use, even for me, a beginner. Considering the very friendly staff and the excellent price, I highly recommend this property.

21/12/2025: What a magnificent refuge! Nestled in the middle of the Corvara ski slopes, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Dolomites while savoring excellently prepared and delicious dishes. The service is quick, efficient, and very friendly, making you feel at home. I recommend the desserts, which are truly special. Thank you, Michela and all the staff. We'll be back.

09/12/2025: The best eggs, spelt, and potatoes in the Dolomites! I've eaten them everywhere, even at the mountain hut famous for this dish, and there's no comparison; these are hands-down winners. The tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù and the ones with venison ragù are delicious. Top! We'll be back.
