I've been frequenting this place for a while, and each time it's a pleasant confirmation: you don't just come here to eat or drink, but to enjoy a complete experience filled with atmosphere, flavors, and originality. The first thing that strikes you is the unique atmosphere: a blend of vintage and modern, with refined furnishings, thoughtful details, and that old-world charm that makes you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. 11/03/2026: A few years on from our visit, I just recently commended this bäckerei to friends who moved to the region. I realized I never provided a review for what was a life-changing food experience for me. Everything we tried during our stay in town was truly amazing. I maintain that the croissants are the best I have and will ever eat, and yes, I’ve had Parisian croissants. Nice but not quite. We truly enjoyed our stay in town but Bäckerei Schuster would be reason enough for me to visit Italy again.

24/05/2026: Highly recommended. I've been to Wursteland Bistrot and had a great time. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the owner was truly fantastic: extremely kind, friendly, witty, and capable of making you feel at ease right away. You can tell when someone is passionate about their job. It was a super positive experience, and I'd love to go back! (I've been there four times already.)

23/05/2026: While passing through Lecco, I stumbled upon this German-style restaurant. The food was excellent, and the location and service could be improved. The sausages are delicious, especially for those who love that kind of thing like me. 😄

02/11/2025: Stayed at a near by all inclusive hotel. Without getting transport to closest tourist places, Cefalu or Palmero, there is nothing outside of the hotel complex. 2 weeks ago there was a Ferrari car tribute event so had a walk out along the road to watch AND stumbled on this GREAT LITTLE CAFE. Having already eaten, Just stopped for a coffee (and beer🫣😂). Looks to be run by a family, with a great selection of authentic food and drink. Also very reasonably priced. A good break from an all inclusive hotel, experiencing more culture. Very polite and welcoming. English isn't great so like a game of sharards but that was the authenticity we liked of true Sicily 😃. Overheard others who had a meal saying how nice the food was. Even if it's only a walk out of the hotel and a drnykike us, support this great independent

20/03/2026: We discovered this hotel a few years ago thanks to a friend's recommendation, and we couldn't have asked for anything better. The room was very welcoming and impeccably clean. The food was excellent: an honorable mention goes to the pork knuckle, truly delicious! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was a fantastic experience, and we'll repeat it as soon as possible.

24/03/2026: A Canazei classic: a hot dog break at Pippo's along the main road in Canazei, opposite the bus stop. I gave the service 4 stars only because of the queue that always forms due to the quality of the food, but that's certainly not due to the owners and staff who work tirelessly to satisfy every culinary request. Beyond the bus stop, the view of the snow-capped mountains is splendid, the air clear and crisp, the sandwich fragrant and warm—it's a must! But I'm sure you've already tried it, otherwise don't miss it, it's worth it!!!

12/04/2026: We were here over Easter – Esser was very sunny, ski-in/ski-out is no longer available, but there's a shuttle service every 5 minutes to the Ciampinoi or Danterpieces lifts. The food was excellent, and Alice in the restaurant was the heart and soul of the place.

08/06/2026: Dinner for two, restaurant empty. We proceed to order, and my sliced ​​steak arrives at the table ready 10 minutes before the other person's gluten-free sandwich. Excellent quality, but this doesn't exist in a restaurant for two with very few other people to serve. Otherwise, the place is clean and has a good selection of both food and beer.

22/02/2026: The food and hospitality were excellent. We stayed with Smartbox and had a great time. The restaurant offers truly fabulous, well-prepared dishes. The wellness area is beautiful, and we enjoyed the ritual with ice and essential oils in the sauna. The room was a shame: in addition to being a bit bare despite its generous size, the beds were close together but separate, not ideal for a "romantic" hotel. Another flaw was that the reception staff (for the Garni and Anderle areas) were never present during the day, and there was no way to call them without going to the Hotel Aurora. Perhaps an extra person for a few hours would make a difference.
