11/08/2024: My corner of Trentino in the heart of Rome. I have been taking refuge in this characteristic restaurant for years when I feel nostalgic for mountain flavours. As soon as you enter you are surrounded by typical smells and the environment takes you into a Tyrolean stube. The food is excellent and don't forget to end the meal with strudel.

16/06/2024: Perfect! We visited in May. Who would have thought that one of the best dinners in Rome would be in an Austrian restaurant? Great food, excellent service and it still reminds us of our dear Pope Benedict XVI. Thanks

24/08/2024: We had lunch yesterday and had a very good meal on the cozy terrace. The service was very friendly and also helped me choose a gluten-free dish. Unfortunately, the menu only had "vegan" and "vegetarian" marked on it. That surprised me for a star restaurant, as celiac disease is a food intolerance and leads to health problems, although what they specifically marked was just a way of life/eating I can now even find gluten-free dishes marked in alpine huts. The list of allergens is right at the back of the menu, but it's of no use if these symbols (indication of ingredients) are missing for the respective dishes. Someone probably has this “important” concept not understood??????I just find it sad and unfortunate

01/07/2024: It's always a pleasure to return to this restaurant. When you cross the threshold you find yourself in a typical Bavarian inn. The menu is also in style, but also features typical dishes of Bergamo cuisine and beyond. The beers are excellent and the staff are all very friendly and helpful

21/03/2024: Pane di una volta, preparato con amore da una coppia gentilissima, insieme a tante altre specialità (es. barrette) fatte tutte da loro. Si respira tutta la tradizione altoatesina. Lo strudel è davvero eccezionale, senza contare le altre torte/crostate!

24/08/2024: It’s a very nice place on route from upper part of the valley to Meran. There is a picturesque path along a small artificial stream that leads almost to the restaurant. The hostess was very friendly and polite; „non-German“ service which we enjoyed a lot. There is also a beautiful view from the tables on the terrace

10/07/2024: On the manager's recommendation, we took the shank. What can I say?...very tender and perfectly cooked meat. You can choose a single side dish or a little of everything (like we did. Potatoes, green beans and sauerkraut). The owner's smile was greatly appreciated. We wanted to try the burger but we were full... the shank was really large and rich in meat pulp. What can I say?? Stop by for lunch or dinner and you won't regret it

10/07/2024: I stopped twice, the first time I ate a cheeseburger certainly not comparable to McDonald's...excellent and a more than reasonable price which is why I came back a second time... The second time I ate DELICIOUS ribs, soft, juicy on the inside but grilled and flavored in the correct way on the outside... I highly recommend making a stop when you pass by, the manager is a friendly and nice person, for me he's a 10 in general What matters the covered item is not there!!

13/07/2024: Servizio veloce e preciso. Pizze buone e piatti tipici gradevoli. L’unico neo, ha molto del ristorante turistico. Forse farei qualche modifica al dehor.

10/08/2024: For a pab, in my opinion the music was a little too low, practically inaudible, the sauces on the plates were a dropper, and the air conditioning was on minimum, it was very hot, the beers were very good, if they would solve these small inconveniences it's a nice little place.

11/08/2024: I had a more than decent chicken cutlet sandwich. The pizzas are also good, I recommend the ones with stracciatella. The staff is friendly and helpful. They kept our place even though we were half an hour late 😬, which was not to be taken for granted and which they were absolutely not required to do. I appreciated it very much. I also really enjoyed the appetizers, especially the meatballs. The environment is not the best because Catanzaro Lido is very crowded and the places almost all have tables close to the street, but it wasn't a big problem.

19/08/2024: Beautiful place with specific Bavarian cuisine, very appetizing and abundant dishes. The staff was very welcoming and available for any request or suggestion. I will definitely return!🤗

19/08/2024: Refuge reached on foot from Campitello following path 529 (challenging with a backpack). We stayed two nights at the refuge which I had booked well in advance. Double room with shared bathroom, everything very clean, small spaces but privacy of the highest level for a refuge. We eat well for dinner and breakfast. What is missing is the air of a refuge and conviviality both with the managers and with the other guests... the welcome is more of a hotel. We will go back anyway because we really had a great time 🌟

30/08/2024: I thought, I'm in Italy... delicious spaghetti... I received it within 5 minutes of ordering... lots of water at the bottom... microwave work... with a lot of parmasan.

25/08/2024: Beautiful place to taste some typical dishes. Delicious and plentiful dishes, very fast service and very friendly employees. Large and very typical environment. Prices are normal. I will definitely be back! Advise!
