10/02/2025: My partner and I spent a wonderful long weekend. Past excellent ratings have proven true. Clean and spacious apartment. Excellent products in the hotel bar/shop and present at breakfast time. But the thing that really leaves its mark is the kindness of the staff, available to give advice and to help the customer, if possible. Thank you very much and if possible see you soon.

09/01/2025: We stayed at the Hotel-Residence der Bircher for 4 days, we had a nice apartment with a bedroom and living room with a kitchenette, it must have been recently renovated as everything still looks pretty new. The breakfast is a dream, we definitely spent half an hour longer at breakfast than at other hotels, and the cake in the afternoon was also really tasty.

26/03/2025: Very nice restaurant with very good food - no problem with preparing gluten-free versions. Quite busy, you usually have to wait a few minutes for a table, but it's really worth it. Very nice service.

26/12/2024: Characteristic little place, to get there you have to travel along narrow streets on the Termeno ridge, but once you arrive the calm and tranquility combined with a breathtaking view are worth the journey. The cuisine is typical, the dishes cooked at the moment are succulent, the portions are generous, the raw materials are of high quality. If you are looking for a no-frills restaurant, but where you can experience the typical South Tyrolean life while tasting quality products, this restaurant is undoubtedly the right choice. Excellent value for money. To go there, and come back!

26/12/2024: Posticino caratteristico, per arrivare si devono percorrere delle stradine sulla dorsale di Termeno, ma una volta arrivati la calma e la tranquillità unita a una vista mozzafiato vale la strada. La cucina è tipica, i piatti cucinati al momento sono succulenti, le porzioni abbondanti, le materie prime di alta qualità. Se si cerca un ristorante senza fronzoli, ma dove poter respirare la tipica vita altoatesina degustando dei prodotti di qualità questo ristorante è senza dubbio la scelta giusta. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Da andarci, e ritornarci!

02/03/2025: Ordered with Deliveroo Brezel, bresaola, brie. Just a handful of brie crumbled in one corner of the container; chips not even lightly salted and without sauces; tiramisu finished (written on a piece of paper attached to a container instead of updating the system menu as other restaurants do correctly (I would have avoided the order), replaced by them with strudel, terrible, not appreciated.

12/01/2025: Always pleasant, very vintage and comfortable place. Excellent food from Stube Germanica, with some "creations" such as special club sandwiches, excellent selection of bruschetta, piadinas and sandwiches, generous portions and excellent beers. The service is attentive and pleasant, it takes a little patience at peak times for the kitchen. Prices are normal.

08/03/2025: After the demolition of the old building it is now in a much more panoramic position over the Dolomites with a high level construction. Always commendable dishes.

24/02/2025: A well-worth seeing and successful spatial concept for the restaurant in the new Lanzenschuster: panoramic views and a large outdoor terrace. Inside there are different seating areas, including the “Alte Stube” or a barrel, which are designed with old and new wood in different surface structures. Colored chairs and upholstery pick up the colors of the larches and lichens. The service is friendly and super fast, the menu has standard dishes, but also something different (chestnut pumpkin dumplings). The price/performance ratio is very good, the portions are good, e.g. €15 for pork schnitzel with outstanding (!) fried potatoes or €11.5 for the house noodles. Lots of locals come and that speaks for itself! A real recommendation and enrichment for the local catering industry.

20/01/2025: We would like to warmly thank the saleswoman who was kind enough to let us taste a delicious raisin roll because we did not understand the meaning of the word raisin in German and/or Italian. We came back today and were pleasantly served by another saleswoman whom we thank for her calm and patience. The raisin rolls were gone so we split with an equally delicious olive roll! We will keep excellent memories of this bakery and its pleasant saleswomen.

20/03/2025: The interior space is large, neat and clean. I went to eat the shank and I was not disappointed. Accompanied by roast potatoes and cabbage. The shank was well cooked. I left satisfied.

19/03/2025: Very pleasant atmosphere. Large and airy environment, even when it is full you don't feel oppressed. The smoking area is correctly arranged outside, on the veranda. The room is well heated in winter and cooled in summer. The service is very good. The waiters are kind and patient, they know what they're doing. The typical Tyrolean uniforms are fun. They also organize themed evenings (karaoke, quizzes with prizes...) They have a loyalty card with points collection and therefore discounts. The food is very good and there is a lot of variety. Excellent beers on tap, including artisanal ones. Of course the prices are not exactly cheap. Advised
