26/07/2025: This isn't your typical Bavarian restaurant; you're truly in Germany! The atmosphere is meticulously crafted, the staff wears Bavarian attire, and the food is delicious and plentiful. There's a wide selection of traditional dishes to suit all tastes, and a great selection of beers to enjoy at the outdoor tables or indoors. I've been here several years ago and found it much improved.

12/08/2025: Second visit to this restaurant, on a Tuesday evening, after watching a movie at UCI. Outside, a sign advertises a 15% discount Monday through Friday for those with a movie ticket. We give in and go in. We order at 7:43 PM. Regarding the food: the cutlet was very good, the baked potatoes definitely not up to par; we'd better settle for the classic French fries. The surprise came at the cashier: the waitress informed us that, to receive the discount, we had to pay by 8 PM. It's a shame this rule wasn't stated when we ordered, nor is it written anywhere, let alone in the small print at the bottom of the aforementioned sign! I find this very unfair and recommend greater transparency.

12/08/2025: Excellent beer and perfect fried food, the atmosphere is reminiscent of a Bavarian inn, highly recommended, the staff is helpful and very kind, definitely worth a try if you like this type of food.

02/08/2025: Tried it for lunch while staying in Vigo di Fassa. Various traditional dishes, including gluten-free options. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

25/07/2025: We stayed at the castle hotel for one night. We really enjoyed it! The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the view was breathtaking. Overall, every member of staff, and of course the owners, made every effort to fulfill every guest's wish. The outdoor area was a feast for the eyes; you can tell it's been lovingly maintained and decorated. Our room was older, but it was clean and very quiet...we slept very well, so we slept very well. We'll definitely be back!!! Keep it up...

21/07/2025: Review: Disappointing stay for our silver wedding anniversary – unfortunately, not recommended We were really looking forward to our stay at the castle hotel and wanted to experience something very special for our silver wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met – quite the opposite, we were disappointed. With its 4-star superior status and correspondingly high prices, the hotel was our conscious choice for an exclusive experience. However, upon arrival, we noticed that the service was not up to par. The staff was at times unfriendly and unprofessional – so much so that we sometimes felt uncomfortable just going there for dinner. The room was also anything but contemporary: clearly dated, with worn furniture and little charm. The hotel complex itself, while generally beautifully located, appears unkempt and neglected – again, it lacks the standards one would expect from this category of hotel. The food was also disappointing. Neither the taste nor the presentation met the standards of a 4-star superior hotel. Overall, the value for money was disproportionate. We had hoped to spend our wedding day in a stylish and high-quality setting – instead, we were left with a bitter aftertaste and the certainty that we wouldn't visit this hotel again. A real shame.

31/07/2025: Locale alla buona, ben gestito, servizio ok e tutto molto buono. Magari è più interessante nel periodo invernale che in quello estivo; sono molto meglio gli interni, dei tavoli all'aperto.

24/07/2025: A very characteristic place. We had lunch outside during the village festival, and the service was excellent. The menu has a QR code, and you can also view photos of the dishes. The price is average.

21/06/2025: We sat for dinner on the beautiful terrace – the service was exceptionally attentive and warm. The menu offered a wide selection of regional specialties, and the wine recommendations were expert and perfectly matched our tastes. We had an excellent meal, far from the hustle and bustle of the town. Parking was easy right at the entrance. We highly recommend this restaurant. A perfect evening for all adults, children, and dogs.

08/06/2025: Come here for the authentic Tyrolean cuisine, superb location and amazing food plus you get the view of the Sassolungo. It stated as 3 star so we were expecting more rustic setting, but is actually more fine dining. We found many restaurants nearby with 4.5+ ratings however all seemed not genuine. We tried one nearby and turned out to be a tourist trap. The waiter recommended the 3 dumpling for starters which was amazing. Partner ordered the goulash but I had the pork knucle which was so good that we ended up sharing. Highly recommended 5*

07/07/2025: Uno dei locali da non perdere per chi visita la versilia. Personale sempre disponibile e gentile, birre spettacolari e cibo ottimo. Location top lungo il fiume ed al fresco anche quando il caldo si fa eccessivo. La competenza del proprietario e dello staff nel consigliarti le birre è notevole, si vede proprio l attenzione per il cliente. Da ritornare di sicuro per provare tutte le birre. 24/07/2025: The environment is saved, the food is purely industrial, which comes out like the typical pretzel bread baked in the oven from frozen, not to mention a shockingly pre-cooked shank served after a few minutes in boiling water like any cotechino bought in large-scale retail outlets... then the final touch... the elderly waiter... friendly as a hedgehog in his underwear... good beer at least... not worth returning to...

20/07/2025: Nice place, very spacious, good quality, typical Bavarian food! Top-notch sausages, a must try with the classic pretzel! The Nutella omelette is good, but it's worth a whole meal on its own! 🤣 The apple fritters are also good. The Kaiserschmarren is spectacular!
