02/10/2025: I don't like writing negative reviews, because it means that what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend in the mountains turned out not to be. We arrived and after a very long wait, they took us to our room, with the understanding, as we climbed the stairs, that we could change rooms the next day. Arriving on the top floor of the bar/restaurant building, we entered this cold room. We went in and began to notice the poor level of cleanliness, the small bathroom. We immediately pointed out that it was cold, and the receptionist replied that they would turn the heating on at 9:00 PM. We had dinner in a beautiful restaurant, both the first and second courses were good. Once back in our room, we noticed that the radiators were still cold, as was the room. It was 9:30 PM, so I pointed out again that the room was cold, the usual response from the receptionist. Moral of the story: a cold night! The next morning, they got married in the new building. The room was small, still '90s style, but at least well insulated. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! Room rating: 1 Breakfast: 6 Dinner: 7 Spa/pool: 7

27/09/2025: Dated rooms and a windowless bathroom. Superb wellness area, basic but authentic food, pets allowed, family-run, reasonable prices.

15/06/2025: Typical Bavarian pub, typical dishes and beers from southern Germany. Fast service, perfect atmosphere. Recommended

02/07/2025: Bier Himmel is one of my favorite restaurants/breweries. Excellent food and Bavarian beer. The staff is friendly and always helpful. I always recommend making a reservation. Unfortunately, parking is limited around the place.

22/11/2025: Non-existent service. We arrived at 9 PM on a Saturday night, ordered at 9:30 PM, and by 11 PM we still hadn't eaten... There was only one waitress in the dining room, embarrassing, highly inadvisable.

18/11/2025: A huge lapse in style! The Esselunga chicken was stringy and dry, with no flavor whatsoever! It was enough to cause an intestinal blockage.

27/10/2025: The food is a bit more expensive than some other restaurants in town. Otherwise, the portions are very large, which is definitely a plus. Unfortunately, the taste isn't quite as good, but rather average. For this price, it's more about quantity than quality, but it was still okay. A street vendor came in who seemed to know the staff and was talking to them. He also tried to sell us something and was a bit pushy, which is completely unacceptable in a restaurant.

14/10/2025: I was happy and completely satisfied with what I ate, but what filled me most was the friendliness and kindness of the owner Vladimiro and his staff, without too much affectation but sincerity and humility, rare things these days. It was my first time passing through Belluno for work, but if I go back I definitely plan to return. Thanks to those who still make their work a passion.

22/09/2025: Very nice accommodation with great hosts, very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and very clean. The bathroom was also top-notch and very clean. The pizza was excellent, and overall, the pizzeria with the millstones had a very nice atmosphere. Why only 4 stars? Because we always needed a car to get to our planned vacation destinations. But if you want to explore the nature park, this is an excellent place to stay. We would still be happy to come back, just with different destinations :-)

29/08/2025: Very nice service! We were here for dinner. The pizza was amazing! One of the best and biggest we've ever eaten! We'll definitely be back.

10/08/2025: After a long time I returned to have lunch at this place and I must say that the dishes are always super excellent and super abundant. If you have no idea what to eat, well here you have no problem, you will find something for all tastes and palates: appetizers, first courses, second courses, pizzas, hot sandwiches, piadinas and desserts. The biggest difficulty is choosing because unfortunately they are all good. What can I say if you go there, have a good meal! Ps if you want they also do take-away.

04/07/2025: It can be said!!! when the pot is dirty with used or fried oil, the environment suffers and especially the guests...etc.... I strongly do not recommend it..

18/10/2025: I had shank with potatoes and sausage, my wife had pizza, and my daughter had nuggets! Everything was excellent. Very kind staff! I recommend it.

14/11/2025: Fantastic location, a fairytale castle. We had a wonderful time, thanks also to the help of Michela at the reception, who is always available and extremely kind. We don't understand how there can be eternally dissatisfied people who write about everything and expect the services of a Dubai hotel from a 3-star hotel. We will definitely be back. 19/07/2025: Locale molto accogliente e con ottima cucina. Consiglio i ravioli tricolori, che oltre a ispirarsi ai colori nazionali, sono effettivamente anche molto buoni. Conto nella norma, considerato il contesto turistico.

18/07/2025: Servicio amable, deliciosas raciones locales, acompañadas de excelentes vinos. Servicio amable, visitamos dos veces durante nuestra semana en las dolomías, y nos sentimos muy bienvenidos. Excelente personal y buenos precios
