20/09/2025: It's a shame the bakery isn't open on Sundays like it used to be; it was our first stop when we arrived from Germany. Located on the main road, but with a roundabout and plenty of parking, it's always worth a visit.

02/10/2025: The pizza in the restaurant was a frozen pizza that probably didn't cost €2, and it wasn't cooked properly!

30/09/2025: Came in late after a long train journey and were warmly greeted and taken care of. Staff is polite and charming.

01/09/2025: Unfortunately, the schnitzel was mushy and smelled of old grease. My comment about this was met with a "I'll tell the chef." The Schlutzkrapfen (shrimp doughnuts) were okay. The pasta dish was very greasy.

16/11/2025: It was a nice evening, but it was a shame about a young, slightly muscular bartender who rudely asked us to leave a table that was reserved. When he pointed out his rudeness in the way he asked us to leave, he decided to show off by raising his voice, almost as if he wanted to argue. This message is for you: don't do this job if you don't know how to manage your emotions and how to deal with customers. You're ridiculous.

13/10/2025: A beer and sandwich bar in the center of Prato, right behind the Duomo. Good beers, and the food isn't bad either.

27/09/2025: The place is really nice! Irish style 🤩 Too bad about the waitress. I'll start by saying that the place was empty and she insisted on having us sit where she wanted, rudely. No separate bills. There were four of us, so we wouldn't have made her life difficult. Definitely avoid.

23/10/2025: Every time I return to Bolzano, one of my first stops is always the Franziskaner Bakery. It's one of those places that welcomes you with familiar aromas, genuine smiles, and that warm feeling that only things made with passion can provide. As soon as I enter, I'm immediately won over by the aroma of freshly baked bread and the display cases full of traditional pastries. The staff is always kind, smiling, and genuinely attentive—you can tell they love what they do and care about every customer. I can never leave without their best-selling strudel: it's simply perfect. The thin, fragrant pastry envelops a filling of fragrant apples, spices, and a touch of sweetness that captivates with every bite. It's the kind of dessert that tells a story, that tastes of home, of the mountains, and of authenticity. The E-type bread has also become a regular feature of mine—crunchy, aromatic, and full-flavored, perfect both on its own and as an accompaniment to any dish. Franziskaner isn't just a bakery, but a little corner of tradition and humanity in the heart of Bolzano. Every visit is a simple yet special moment of pleasure, always leaving you wanting more.

13/07/2025: A wonderful bakery in the center of Bolzano. We lived nearby and went for fresh pastries for breakfast. Everything was delicious. Very nice service. Thank you.

20/08/2025: Let's just say that for a fruit smoothie (which wasn't even that great), charging 6 euros is a bit excessive. Furthermore, next to the stall there were some rusty sheets of metal, and a child could get hurt. Improvable.

14/06/2025: Excellent and very friendly welcome. Another positive note is that they offer a wide selection of wine.

30/09/2025: A friendly, family-run hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a young man. However, he didn't really tell us anything about the hotel (e.g., where to find things). Check-in was therefore fairly quick. The rooms are well-equipped, with a renovated bathroom and a comfortable bed. The wellness area is very good, but there are a few limited spaces in the relaxation areas. The food is good, but we had the same cake in the afternoon three days a week, and none of them were that good. However, I felt that something was missing from all the above points to give it 5 stars for the price. We booked it through a different website and paid €70 per person per night for one night.

25/09/2025: We spent a wonderful weekend there as a couple and would love to go back! :) The food was delicious, our room was large and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the spa area had a nice, modern decor. Two tips: - We would have liked the towels to be larger. - The water temperature in the pool could be a bit higher. Thank you and see you next time! :)

29/10/2025: A super friendly innkeeper for many years. The food selection is great and plentiful for a grill place. Whenever I'm in the Brenner Pass, I always enjoy going to Luis's.

27/09/2025: Lukewarm food. Fries rock hard. Burgers frozen. Aside from that, I advise against eating here; if you sit inside, you'll smell like a deep fryer. Once and never again....

11/11/2025: They brought us a Kinder egg for our baby without asking for it. Once we got home, we realized they charged us €1.69. It feels more like a dishonest ploy to earn a few extra bucks than a mistake. Quite sad.

30/07/2025: Carino l'ambiente interno e quello all'aperto, buono il servizio, buoni i canederli e le tagliatelle al sugo di salsiccia. Prezzi nella media, clientela gradevole.

22/07/2025: È forse il posto dove ho mangiato peggio a Brunico. Gnocchetti completamente immersi nella panna, cavolo cappuccio asprissimo e canderli senza sapore e molto asciutti. Posto abbastanza caotico, prezzi medio alti…in pieno centro a Brunico c’è di molto meglio secondo me.
