19/05/2026: I managed to get a room at short notice for one night. It was in the annex, which was perfectly fine. I'd overlooked it when booking. They readily refunded me €50 for the half-board I had booked but couldn't use – very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was extensive with attentive service. My only criticism is that the small reception area can get congested when several guests are arriving or departing at the same time. But we weren't exactly in a hurry.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The service was simply perfect: the entire team was extremely attentive, polite, and professional. We were also treated to culinary delights of the highest caliber – the food was of absolutely top quality. The whole experience was topped off by a wonderful atmosphere and a breathtaking view.
28/06/2026: The hotel is in a truly beautiful location, and we had a room with a direct view of the mountains. We especially enjoyed being able to have breakfast and dinner outside. The cakes served at afternoon tea were always fresh and delicious. Another highlight was the new sauna area in the basement – the sauna with its stunning panoramic mountain views was particularly inviting and perfect for relaxation. The food was always delicious and more than ample. The staff was extremely attentive, regularly checking on our well-being and truly accommodating every request. We were completely satisfied.

Quick and fine typical Tyrol luncheon or dinner. Frendly atmosphere from owners.
05/07/2026: Steinbock was great! Lovely and quick service by Michaela! We got the Goulash and it pulled apart beautifully as well as the salad fresh from the kitchen garden - great to experience South Tyrollean food!

06/04/2026: This is the best lasagna I know. The dumplings are also excellent. Everything is fresh and homemade. The view is fantastic.
However, only guests of the house on the hillside can fully enjoy the sunbathing lawn under willows, the jetty, stand-up paddleboards, and the football field away from the hustle and bustle of the lido. That house is also highly recommended.
05/04/2026: By far the best restaurant with lake access in the area. The service is very friendly and attentive, and the food is extremely delicious and fresh. Highly recommended.

11/05/2026: Calling for information was enough to understand the kindness and respect shown towards customers (special praise to the waitress, who was very kind).
I was traveling to Liguria with a friend and we wanted to watch the game, so I booked a table. When we arrived, they greeted us with a smile and sat us down. The sandwich, drink, and dessert were excellent.
If I returned to Savona, I wouldn't hesitate to choose where to eat. It's just a shame the place is a bit small, but it's worth stopping by.
Exceptional hospitality and excellent food!

24/07/2026: Very nice place both inside and out. The staff is somewhat inattentive, and the food is frozen and poorly prepared. A shame.
It's worth a visit for a good beer and perhaps to discover different aspects of the food. The rosti should be avoided, however.

12/04/2026: The entrance is opposite the LEONE with the beer... so there's ample parking, wheelchair accessible, and a very spacious entrance hall. To get to the restrooms, I took the stairs, also crossing the room with the billiards table and the children's play area, so I don't know if there was an elevator.
Another room upstairs.... lots of people, but overall not too chaotic.
The goulash was amazing, the meats cooked to perfection, even the tagliata or entrecote.... The white and red sauerkraut were sublime, as were the various sauces.
The atmosphere was young, but very pleasant even for me, over 50!
03/04/2026: I've been calling non-stop for a week now, no one ever answers. Last night at 8pm I managed to wait for 30 minutes and get no response. It's obvious they don't want customers. The website doesn't allow reservations (it says the tables are sold out on Tuesday evenings two weeks ahead - impossible).
