WineBistro Gries 13 In Bolzano

Today, on the advice of Judith from the Schmid Oberrautner winery, we had dinner at G13 Gries Winebistro. It was very good! Tasty dishes and a great choice of wine, mainly wines from Alto Adige. Very friendly service 😊

Very tasty Valentine's Day menu...good value for money

We recently stayed at Bistro Gries 13 in Bolzano and were happily impressed by the dining experience offered by this restaurant/bistro/wine bar. The menu offers a variety of dishes that reflect the freshness and quality of the ingredients they use. I opted for one of their meat dishes (in addition to the first) and I must say that it was a pleasant surprise, the quality of the meat was excellent! I must also mention the staff at Bistro Gries 13, who were incredibly courteous and attentive throughout the dinner, demonstrating excellent knowledge of both the dishes and the wines, also considering the fact that it is a wine bar!

I had dinner with three friends...and Wow! The service is a great gem: a young and cheerful sommelier who also offers off-menu dishes... perfectly matches dishes and wines, jokes and courtesy.... The chef and his wife are the soul and the sommelier the smile! I can't wait to visit you again...

We had lunch as a family in the igloo outside the restaurant... it was magical for my girls!! The menu is eclectic and ranges between tradition, typicality and curious combinations. Above all we were "welcomed".... both by a smile from the owner that remained in our minds and pampered by the service of a really nice young sommelier. We personally complimented the chef... Congratulations we will definitely be back!
