30/07/2025: Panificio trovato per caso, posso dire che i prezzi sono giusti per il luogo, anzi preciso che a livello del centro sono più bassi, inoltre la cortesia la velocità e il gusto di casereccio non ha prezzo. Pertanto lo consiglio vivamente e se dovessi ritornare (con auto) farei il pieno delle leccornie.

28/07/2025: I've dined at Liberty more than once, and each time I'm amazed by the exceptional quality of the cuisine. Chef Angelino has a rare talent: his dishes are balanced, creative, and always impeccable in both flavor and presentation. The maître d', who welcomes you with kindness and a genuine smile, is attentive and knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant is elegant, with meticulous attention to detail, and a style that combines refinement and Sicilian soul. One of the best restaurants I've tried in Sicily. Highly recommended. Lorenzo

22/07/2025: A place not to be missed! Magnificent decor in a superb stone-vaulted room. The dishes are delicious and the service impeccable. We received a very warm welcome, even with four children! Wide selection of wines, excellent grappa, and probably the best vongole I've ever tasted. The tiramisu was also excellent, as were the seafood appetizers. A truly delightful experience!

09/08/2025: Belated review having eaten here multiple times in May. The food was universally excellent, inventive and beautifully presented. We still talk about the wonderful Flavia who looked after us so well, and Stefano who introduced us to some fabulous Sicilian wines.

18/08/2025: It's like eating seafood at sea! The freshest fish...salmon swordfish rolls, octopus with homemade grapefruit jam, busiata pasta with sardines... UNFORGETTABLE!!!! And to top it off, homemade liqueurs (wild mint and bitter orange)! What can I say, I can't wait to go back!

03/08/2025: A sublime experience. The warm entrance to the restaurant says it all. The location is beautiful yet relaxing, and you can almost forget you're dining out, eating amidst the trees and the town lights. And the pizza? A gem, something inexplicable. The dough is beyond excellent, especially if you try their "dark 7-grain" version, the ingredients are exceptional, and the dessert is truly delicious. The staff, too, is friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. This place is definitely worth a visit, and it's definitely worth treating yourself to a culinary experience with these guys. 08/08/2025: An experience you absolutely must try if you want to savor the flavors of Sicily. I highly recommend this place at least once in your life (you'll never stop at just one, haha). The staff is friendly and ready to assist you with your requests, and the wines are also very good. Top!

14/07/2025: An incredible outdoor Sicilian vibe, with the notes of live piano music decorating our ambience. The service was attentive, and the food very well thought out in every dish. The cappuccino was also good. Perfect alley breakfast/lunch stop.

06/08/2025: A dinner full of emotions. Not just any dinner, but a sensory journey that captivates all the senses. A relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. A beautiful location. A dinner featuring fresh fish, expertly cooked to enhance each individual ingredient. And then there are those accompanying us on this "journey": the dining room staff. Professional and courteous, ready to fulfill every need of the "traveler." A special mention goes to Fatima, whose enthusiasm introduced us to this wonderful journey of flavors. Highly recommended.

04/08/2025: Marcel - the host - welcomed us perfectly, recommended us a perfect white wine (Rama - Catarratto), with some small bites and we immediately felt at home. Grazie mille!

19/08/2025: Terrible experience. Dinner for four with high expectations, unfortunately completely unmet. When I asked if the tuna bottarga was freshly grated, the waiter replied yes. Instead, we received pasta with bottarga from a jar, greasy and inedible. The risotto with shrimp was watery, served without even being properly drained. The octopus, besides being tough, was explained by the owner as a "symptom of freshness" due to rigor mortis... a truly absurd explanation. In short, very poor quality of the dishes and no attention to the customer.
