06/11/2025: Ristorante Manna Noto, discovered on our last day, was easily one of the best dining experiences of our entire Sicilian vacation. It is a true hidden gem, tucked away just a short drive from our hotel (only 9 minutes!), nestled beautifully among olive and mandarin fields. Ambiance and Hospitality: As soon as we drove in, the setting was stunning; the outdoor courtyard was beautiful, and the interior was the perfect blend of rustic and stylish. We were greeted warmly at the door and immediately felt like we were entering someone's home rather than a restaurant. The waiters were incredibly friendly, professional, and natural. We even chatted and laughed together! They provided personal, thoughtful recommendations for both wine and food and genuinely did not try to upsell us on the most expensive items. The Exceptional Food: The menu is wonderfully diverse, offering excellent choices of antipasti, pasta (including gnocchi), fish, meat, and plenty of vegetarian options. What sets Manna apart is that the menu included delicious dishes not only from Sicily but also from other regions of Italy—my husband loved his special of Tuscan Beef Stew. I ordered the superb Caponata and Gnocchi, and my daughter enjoyed the Pasta with Lamb Ragu. Every course, from the antipasti to the mains, was exceptionally delicious. A special shout-out must go to the bread: it was the best I've had in Italy—fresh and perfectly made of sourdough! The desserts, with their intense taste of local fruits, were also fantastic. And the Arancina—the flavor was so incredibly intense it lingered for hours. Despite having a close-to-fine-dining, slightly poshy ambiance, the staff's warmth and natural manner made us feel completely at ease and comfortable. If you are anywhere near Noto, you must make a reservation to eat here. You will not regret it!

25/12/2025: A charming place with a family atmosphere. We arrived on Christmas Day, and Mrs. Ewa welcomed us right into her home. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and for dessert, we also tried the excellent homemade cheesecake and poppy seed cake. We highly recommend it and send our best regards!

23/11/2025: So this is a home kitchen, we stopped here on our way back from Cavagrande and I am so happy we did. It was after 7pm, so we were the only ones and their 4 super friendly dogs ❤️ some selection of pasta, Sicilian foods and fishes, the old guy - probably the owner who lives there - was super kind. There are pigs in the garden, local gatto, a wonderful experience to close our wonderful day. I had tagliatelle with ragu and my girlfriend gnocchi with mushroom, they were both delicious and heartwarming like from home.

08/04/2026: I had the Ionian-style sea bass, and it was delicious. My son had a mixed grill (with spicy sausage, which he didn't eat). My husband had a really good pizza. The wine list is fantastic, and there's music, too. However, even though there were seats available, they made me sit near the bathroom, so I can't give the ambiance a high rating. I'm used to good wines, and I never choose Inzolia or Grillo, because they tend to overpower the flavor of the fish. I prefer fresher wines: I usually choose Etna Bianco, Sauvignon Blanc, Carricante, or a Chardonnay with vanilla notes, not too fruity. I chose Urrà di Mare 2023 from Mandrarossa and was very satisfied. I recommend it with fish dishes.

25/03/2026: Went last month before leaving. The staff is professional and extremely friendly, and the quality of the pizzas is truly exceptional. The fried food platter is also excellent if you're with friends. The parking lot is huge, and you can even find parking for a semi-truck. I hope to return soon.

21/11/2025: Absolutely amazing! A real authentic place in the touristy Noto. Top notch lasagna and their house wines are definitely great with any type of dish you pick from the menu. Last but not least, if you're lucky, the owners brings out his guitar and plays you some real Sicilian tunes!!! Don't miss out on this gem

18/03/2026: The location is nice in some areas, but the tastes aren't the same for everyone, some less so, but the food is decent. The main dish is trout, and there's always something for everyone, whether you love it or not. I didn't mind.

23/10/2025: Rina and Gaetano are wonderful people, along with their daughter, who helps in the kitchen and makes a huge contribution to this business, which started purely by chance, thanks to a location highlighted on the map by a German tourist. A wonderful place, it's practically like coming to your aunt/grandmother's house, who welcomes you warmly and offers you good, wholesome food, prepared with love—I can't explain it any other way. Not only do they use produce from their garden, but they also put in a lot of work and dedication, especially considering that farmers no longer enjoy the benefits they once did, and it's a profession that's slowly disappearing. You arrive at their house, there's even space to park your car, and you find yourself in a beautiful, pristine setting. Next door, you can visit their goats, chickens, rabbits, and many other pets. If you're traveling with children, they'll be delighted. We adults were amazed, let alone the kids. The dining room is simple, but what matters is the company and the good food. Inside the dining room, there are six tables. Both times we came, there were other diners, and the atmosphere created a welcoming atmosphere, where we chatted and even joked. Rina offers exquisite appetizers: we tried olives in oil from her garden, delicious dried tomatoes, caponata, scacciate with potatoes and very fresh ricotta from their own production, or scacciata with spinach and ricotta, delicious bread, fresh ricotta cheese served on the side, and focaccia with their own tomatoes. What can I say, everything was perfect. All the food was prepared that day, starting with the bread dough, scacciate, and ending with delicious cannoli made on the spot. I'll just say that the first time we came, we said we wanted to try the coponata, and Rina promised to make it. Imagine the surprise when we came the second time! 💚 For our first course, Rina had rolled out the ravioli dough just beforehand, so everything was made to order, with their delicious tomato sauce. We were also lucky enough to try the rabbit stew. The meat was tender and flavorful. It's worth going and having this unforgettable experience; you won't regret it. You can also order takeout, just let us know in advance. Thanks again for everything, and see you next time.

19/10/2025: Mrs. Rina welcomed us warmly and served simple, authentic food. We felt right at home. The ricotta served at the table was still warm. The tomatoes were delicious. Everything was delicious. It was like going to eat at a loving aunt's house... Highly recommended!!!
