01/07/2026: An amazing bakery and one of our favorite places in Noto! The cannoli are absolutely delicious, but honestly, everything we tried was excellent. We ended up tasting almost every item on display because we came here twice a day throughout our stay. Everything was fresh, high quality, and full of flavor. If you’re visiting Noto, this place is a must. Highly recommended!

22/06/2026: A well-deserved 5 stars for "La Mezzaluna"! A truly exceptional pizza, original and incredibly generous, perfect for those who love rich yet well-balanced flavors. The idea of ​​a pizza folded in half is tempting in itself, but what really wins you over is the quality of the ingredients and the balance of flavors. The prosciutto crudo is excellent, perfectly flavorful, the burrata is fresh and creamy, while the pistachio pesto adds an extra kick with an intense and distinctive flavor that pairs perfectly with everything else. The fresh cherry tomatoes, crispy lettuce, and Grana Padano shavings are also delicious, making this pizza not only tasty but also fresh and enjoyable to eat right down to the last bite. The dough is well-made, light, fragrant on the outside and soft on the inside, and with the addition of oregano and extra virgin olive oil, the end result is truly top-notch. A gourmet pizza unlike any other, beautiful to look at and even better to eat. You can sense the attention to detail in selecting the ingredients and the desire to offer something delicious and high-quality. If you love the combination of burrata, prosciutto, and pistachio, La Mezzaluna is a must-try: one of the tastiest, most complete, and satisfying options I've ever tasted. Highly recommended!

19/08/2026: After a long and arduous search for parking, we finally managed to park right in front of the restaurant. We were greeted and decided to trust them and go inside. They quickly found us a table for two, and initially, everything seemed to proceed normally: they brought us water and we sat down. We had intended for a quick dinner, ordering a seafood appetizer and a first course, tagliolini with clams. Unfortunately, the wait immediately became very long: we waited quite a while for them to take our order, and the same situation was evident at the neighboring tables. After another long wait, part of our appetizer finally arrived, even though we had specifically requested that it all be brought at once. During the dinner, the appetizer actually arrived at three different times. The last course, the raw fish, arrived after we had already left the table. At that point, considering it was just one appetizer and that about 30 minutes had passed between the first and last course, we declined the last course. Despite this, when it came to the bill, the price remained unchanged, with no consideration for the poor service and for a course we hadn't even eaten. A decidedly negative experience, especially regarding the wait times, the service management, and the total lack of customer service. It's a shame, because our initial expectations were anything but negative.

11/08/2026: A pleasant evening spent with friends we meet up with annually during the summer. Ample and convenient parking, air-conditioned dining room with a pleasant, yet not excessively hot, reasonable wait times—we were all served at the same time, and the pizza was excellent, with an easy-to-digest dough (a combination that unfortunately often doesn't work). The price? Well, perhaps a little higher on average, but considering our age, neither I nor my friends had any digestive issues, and that—as far as we're concerned—is priceless. I'm not giving 5 stars just to encourage them to always do better and better. Compliments to the owners.

17/08/2026: We arrived to order five cannoli, waited over 20 minutes, and then returned home to find that there were only three in the package. And of course, we also paid for the ones that didn't arrive. In the end, the cannoli were very good, but the service was inefficient.

29/05/2026: We had dinner this evening at La Trota, and overall, the experience was excellent. Starting with the food, both my girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the tagliolini and carbonara. We also had the opportunity to try three appetizers (bruschetta with dried and grated trout, trout carpaccio, and hot-smoked trout with mayonnaise). The appetizers were excellent. The gin and juniper-marinated carpaccio is highly recommended. We finished with trout in Saor, which was slightly too salty (personal opinion), but the combination of trout, onion, raisins, and pine nuts really impressed me. The dessert was also good, as was the carob and persimmon combination. The location is charming; you eat in a cave. A special thanks to Corrado for his kindness and exceptional attention to service, and, of course, for the appetizer samples. Unfortunately, we live quite far away, but we'll try to return. Considering the quality of the ingredients and the sophisticated pairings, the price for dinner was very fair.

25/12/2025: A charming place with a family atmosphere. We arrived on Christmas Day, and Mrs. Ewa welcomed us right into her home. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and for dessert, we also tried the excellent homemade cheesecake and poppy seed cake. We highly recommend it and send our best regards!

23/11/2025: So this is a home kitchen, we stopped here on our way back from Cavagrande and I am so happy we did. It was after 7pm, so we were the only ones and their 4 super friendly dogs ❤️ some selection of pasta, Sicilian foods and fishes, the old guy - probably the owner who lives there - was super kind. There are pigs in the garden, local gatto, a wonderful experience to close our wonderful day. I had tagliatelle with ragu and my girlfriend gnocchi with mushroom, they were both delicious and heartwarming like from home.
