08/12/2024: Locale accogliente , personale gentile . Il menù fisso in un giorno di festa ha probabilmente penalizzato prodotti che comunque erano buoni . Da riprovare con menù alla carta e la pizza.

18/11/2024: Excellent products, with DOC raw materials, we can only boast of this company which now manages to export our Sicily and Castelbuono to the whole world. The kindness and availability of the Fiasconaro brothers are the flagship of this company and there is none of the employees who does not have the same requirements.💯💯💯

15/12/2024: Locale molto carino, personale cortese. Abbiamo ordinato una piadina e un panino con prosciutto (avendo specificato l'intolleranza al lattosio). Abbiamo ricevuto un panino(al posto della piadina) e il panino al prosciutto con il laterale pieno di formaggio. Nessuno si è scusato per l'accaduto. Consiglio di stare molto più attenti e non sottovalutare eventuali intolleranze.

27/08/2024: We went to eat at this restaurant during our holiday in Cefalù. Unfortunately we were not satisfied at all! We ordered spaghetti with basil pesto, but unfortunately a plate of spaghetti arrived with lots of oil and chopped basil, inedible! It really had nothing to do with basil pesto! We had also ordered two Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe with mushrooms, but we must say that unfortunately these also only had the name of a real cacio e pepe. When we politely complained (especially about the Basil Pesto), the chef with arrogance and presumption did not even have the humility to accept our criticism. Not recommended restaurant! We won't be back again!

04/12/2024: Last Sunday I was in this place and we ordered the fixed menu for everyone... Everything was excellent from starters to dessert, highly recommended.

22/08/2024: You discover the shop almost by chance. I tried the hazelnuts: delicious. Even the elaborate breadsticks are a real pleasure. Returning to Castelbuono it will be my first stop! 😍

31/07/2024: A lovely place with excellent pizza and excellent appetizers. We had dinner in the courtyard outside and the atmosphere was pleasant. It's a shame about the total absence of music, it made the place a little too quiet, however we spent a nice evening.

01/11/2024: Previdenti abbiamo prenotato un tavolo il giorno prima del nostro arrivo. Giunti a Castelbuono, ben accolti dopo pochi minuti veniamo invitati a raggiungere il nostro tavolo. Michele, giovane brillante, consapevole di esserlo, in poche battute chiude l'ordinazione. Soltanto pizze, varie, vengono comunque servite in tempo più che ragionevole. Una di queste è versione " celiaca " . Sorpresa, è davvero squisita. E qui la differenza: Michele senza esitare un attimo fornisce tutti i dati necessari per ordinare on line il prodotto. Non tutti l'avrebbero fatto. Ancora, a fine serata, sempre Michele è davvero prezioso nel risolvere un' altra problematica. Noi tutti ci accorgiamo che è lui la chiave principale del successo di questo locale che " vive " nel cuore di questo prezioso e rinomato paese. Dimenticavo... tutto bene il resto!!!

22/08/2024: A restaurant that I plan to try again, to date my rating is not very positive, I won't go on a Saturday evening, the place is very full, good on one hand but to the detriment of both the service and the dishes, a lot of confusion. The starters were good but not exactly the two spaghetti with clams which were more like two garlic and oil with clams. I repeat that I will definitely go again not on Saturday. At the next Jazz festival.

22/08/2024: Ristorante che mi riprometto di riprovare , ad oggi la mia valutazione non è molto positiva, non andrò di sabato sera, locale pienissimo , bene da un lato ma a discapito sia del servizio che delle portate, molta confusione. Buoni gli antipasti ma non proprio i due spaghetti alle vongole che più che altro erano due aglio e olio con vongole. Ripeto che sicuramente andrò di nuovo non di sabato. Al prossimo Jazz festival.

21/08/2024: We waited a whole hour for the food and it didn't taste particularly good, especially the lobster was "well". Toilets were dirty.

15/08/2024: I'm here.....and now...... delicious pizza.....it's worth it....trust me!!!!
