05/06/2025: A place you'd only wish for. Everything was wonderful. Top-notch food at a more than fair price. The atmosphere is typically Italian, cozy and inviting. The service is super friendly and competent. The wine is excellent. Highly recommended. It would be my regular Italian restaurant at home. I'd go back anytime.

27/05/2025: This isn’t just a "famous name" – Fiasconaro truly lives up to its reputation. A fantastic pastry shop offering excellent coffee and outstanding desserts. We tried their signature panettone served with a variety of spreads – the pistachio cream was absolutely delicious. We also sampled a traditional local dessert, Testa di Turco – rich, creamy, and unforgettable, somewhat similar to crème brûlée but with a Sicilian twist. Great atmosphere and top-quality service. If you’re anywhere near Castelbuono, don’t miss it – this is a sweet experience worth going out of your way for.

11/05/2025: In April 2025, with my family, I had dinner at the "Antico Baglio" Pizzeria Restaurant in Castelbuono. Very nice place, large, tastefully furnished. We focused on the pizzas and chose three different flavours: sfincionella (toasted breadcrumbs, caciocavallo, anchovies and tomato and onion) excellent, inebriating aroma, well-leavened dough, good cooking, Napoli pizza and gourmet pizza (Madonna mozzarella, Nebrodi pork loin, potatoes and ferla mushrooms). All excellent. Friendly staff, good service. Honest prices. Advised

05/04/2025: I purchased both the salted caramel colomba in this pastry shop which I have yet to taste. I will write a review later as soon as I taste it. However, I have just eaten their truly delicious desserts, an excellent custard and a good ricotta in the cannoli whose zest was crunchy and fresh... even the babà. it was very good, the syrup was sweet and liqueur-like in the right quantity..... the desserts were really excellent..... it's a pastry shop that I recommend... .. Well done

02/05/2025: Definitely positive experience. Excellent cuisine with competent and friendly staff. Wide choice of wines from other regions too. I took a piadina and a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, accompanied by a coke and an excellent wine recommended by them, which I hadn't drunk for a long time. I highly recommend it

27/04/2025: Excellent giant sandwiches with top quality burgers! Excellent local raw materials. Comfortable environment, on a medieval alley, in the historic center. Rustic style, wood, stone, wine barrels, and various references on the walls to rock, pop and blues music by international big names. The Ichnusa beers on tap are also good. 4 of us had dinner and we had a good time. Cheap prices, good even for a family.

01/10/2024: Historic shop in Castelbuono that produces simple and delicious biscuits. One leads to another. My favorites: riccioli, excellent for dipping, and cannellini beans, also valid as an end to a meal with coffee

19/04/2025: excellent courtesy and service, welcoming and clean room, very convenient car park. Excellent quality croissants and appetizers fresh daily. Above all the Cornetteria own production, ready from 06:00 in the morning.

03/06/2025: Yesterday my Dudu and I had lunch at this restaurant in the historic center of Castelbuono...we ate really well...the pizza was soft, light and tasty...even the second course of meat...everything was of excellent quality...very kind and attentive staff...I was feeling ill yesterday due to a reaction to cortisone and antihistamine and everyone was incredibly helpful and kind...❤️
