19/01/2025: The best cannoli we had during our entire trip to Sicily were at this place. We also had the opportunity to try their panettone since they were offering samples. However, we were not impressed (a bit dry). In the end, panettone is from Milan, while cannoli are a Sicilian specialty - and the cannoli here, along with other delicious local sweets, were absolutely amazing!

02/01/2025: honestly, artisanal pistachio panettone is very overrated... personally to my taste it is too soft and not very honeycombed... it looks like pandoro... good spreadable cream... but not exceptional for the price of the whole product; On top of the icing is white chocolate, not pistachio, so I'm a bit disappointed

29/12/2024: A truly delicious lunch in the heart of Castelbuono. The dishes are delicious, the quality of the products unquestionable. However, what really makes the difference is the staff with their smiles and kindness. And you pay very little too!! I would have given 10 stars because those who know how to work really deserve top marks.

15/12/2024: Locale molto carino, personale cortese. Abbiamo ordinato una piadina e un panino con prosciutto (avendo specificato l'intolleranza al lattosio). Abbiamo ricevuto un panino(al posto della piadina) e il panino al prosciutto con il laterale pieno di formaggio. Nessuno si è scusato per l'accaduto. Consiglio di stare molto più attenti e non sottovalutare eventuali intolleranze.

04/12/2024: Last Sunday I was in this place and we ordered the fixed menu for everyone... Everything was excellent from starters to dessert, highly recommended.

05/01/2025: Try them -> • citrus panettone: dry and charred underneath; • pandorato at Kinder Bueno: dry and with very little filling (with the guns 4 out of 5 slices didn't have it); Both with an annoying yeasty aftertaste. This quality is expected from industrial products, certainly not from artisan ones. Two stars instead of 1 only because the creams were actually good. Never again. 01/01/2025: This year we decided to give our closest friends a Sferruzza panettone (about ten): it was a success. Everyone, absolutely everyone, appreciated the quality and taste of the panettone that we gave them. Thank you for the good impression you made us make. See you next year.

25/11/2024: There were 15 of us who had to have lunch and in the end there were 15 of us who didn't have lunch. Never eaten so badly, indeed never seen that 15 people, who had the "chance" to order all the few courses on the menu, gave up eating what was in fact inedible, 15 first and second courses, all cold. The pasta is overcooked, not mixed with the very limited and poor seasoning and all at the hefty sum of 19 per person thrown down the toilet. Even though all the dishes were brought back "intact/only tasted", the bill did not suffer a shred of reduction and in the end the owner even offended us. But congratulations!!!

24/11/2024: ONE STAR BECAUSE IT IS MANDATORY TO LEAVE A REVIEW. Today I went with my whole family, a group of 20 people, to Castelbuono to taste the very famous Fiasconaro panettoni. Fantastic day, until our day was ruined by the terrible choice we made by deciding to have lunch at this terrible restaurant. It's human to err and it's human that sometimes you may not cook food in the best way. But INEDUCATION towards YOUR CUSTOMERS in my opinion is not acceptable. The menus are made up of very few types per course, we could only choose between 3 first courses and only 4 second courses. Everything arrived cold, both the pasta and the main courses. The pasta with pumpkin and sausage, in particular, was not edible, it was all one and the little pieces of sausage were almost imperceptible. The meat was cold and very tough, in my opinion everything was prepared beforehand. When we expressed our disappointment they didn't try to understand or "pamper" the customer, on the contrary the owner called the girl in our group who bothered to book ignorant, telling her exactly to "go and study". This is because it was pointed out to him that what they show and propose on their online pages is the opposite of what they actually offer: the menus were reduced, contrary to what is reported online and the pizza was not indicated as being only for dinner. Furthermore, we paid 293 EURO and even though the Owner saw that all the dishes were healthy, he didn't even remove the 3 EURO, perhaps making it easier for us by giving a minimal discount. Disgusted

05/01/2025: Abbiamo mangiato benissimo pizza ottima e misto fritto super con patate di casa fatte a fettine, veramente ottimo, Peppe veramente gentile ci ha anche regalato 4 bottiglie di acqua da portare al b&b...veramente tutto buono anche il tiramisù ed abbiamo pagato veramente poco.

14/11/2024: Bellissima giornata, sbagliato il momento dato che era la sagra dei Funghi, non lo consiglio quando c è il menù fisso, ma vi garantisco che il cibo è buono i camerieri bravissimi, ma lo ZIO li supera tutti. Ottimo locale, pulito e consigliatissimo
