The brioche with ice cream was okay. Pistachio granita definitely needs a rethink. A granita like this isn't acceptable in Sicily... it's lacking substance and full of ice crystals.

We found ourselves in Castelbuono for a weekend motorcycle trip and on that occasion we had the opportunity to stumble upon the Sferruzza bar. We were struck by the friendliness and attention to customer service, then what can I say? I ate a spectacular panelle and crocche' sandwich and a delicious puff pastry dessert 😍 in the morning I then tried the pistachio and strawberry granita with brioche and I loved it too, and then on the waiter's advice I returned in the evening to try their pizza, I found it delicious 😍 crunchy, with excellent products and digestible dough, we had one with sausage and the diavola, both delicious 😍😍 if we happen to find ourselves in those parts, we will definitely return. Highly recommended place ❤️

Well... Truly the best artisanal products. From cassatas to cannoli and all the pastries... The staff is courteous and kind... I highly recommend it... 👍👍

I chose a cake with chocolate sponge cake, a layer of white chocolate, and a crunchy caramel center, covered in white chocolate shavings: a deliciousness that left all the guests, always numerous at my parties, speechless. From that moment on, it became a must-have at my family's birthdays and important events: a cake impossible to forget. I also had the chance to taste the realistic fruit: mango, coffee, pistachio, peanut, strawberry... each piece is a true explosion of flavor. The coffee was unforgettable, the peanut sublime: each fruit seems like a small orchestra of flavors. And then the hazelnut ice cream, my favorite... simply special. Kudos to all the staff for the passion, care, and quality you put into every creation. A pastry shop that truly deserves five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have ordered cakes, ice creams and various desserts from this pastry shop many times. Recently, for my nephew's first communion, a cake with crunchy biscuits and white chocolate cream was served. What can I say, a spectacular cake; all the guests were satisfied with their choice. Congratulations to the Sferruzza pastry shop. If you find yourself in Castelbuono, I highly recommend it.
