18/08/2025: The restaurant's location is beautiful, as it's the only one on that side of the island, very close to Zimmari Cove. The pros end there. MENU: Nothing exceptional, but not bad either. Many cold dishes and a few first courses are priced above the Panarea standard, which is already expensive (a €5 cover charge without bread, which they only brought at our request). LOCATION: Excellent view, although there are definitely better options in Panarea. SERVICE: The young man (I think he's a seasonal worker) was very attentive and friendly. The owner and right-hand man were much less so. PRICE: In line with what Panarea offers, perhaps a tad higher. Other restaurants at this price point, however, offer much more. A heartfelt recommendation from someone who's been coming to Panarea for a long time: if you're docking at Zimmari and arriving by tender, take a few extra steps to the port. You can find much better.

18/11/2025: Unfortunately, I live far from this shop, where I would be a loyal customer. They have everything I consider a treat and that gives me peace of mind. Luckily, online orders exist. I was really pleased with the service, very fast, and the package was well-packaged. Thank you.

29/10/2025: Amazing coffee and delicious pastries with a view of the sea and Stromboli. Loud, but relaxed and laid-back.

12/10/2025: I haven't tried all the bars in Lipari, but this is DEFINITELY the best for spectacular breakfasts and aperitivos!!! The prices are truly Sicilian, not the exorbitant tourist fare you'll find on most islands. We've tried the pastries, the granitas with cream, and the croissants; everything has always been delicious and served in the best possible way. Not to mention the aperitivos!! The price is incredibly low for everything they serve! If you go to the island, you MUST stop here at least once; besides, there's a bus stop right in front.

13/12/2025: Pizzeria restaurant on the main street in Lipari, a genuine, down-to-earth place, but with fresh ingredients prepared to perfection! The staff was truly superb, extremely kind and knowledgeable!! A truly pleasant experience! Recommended!!

19/09/2025: I discovered this ice cream maker through work on the beautiful Panarea island. At a wedding I organized, Francesco won over all the guests with his excellent granitas, artisanal ice creams, and cakes, all served with such professionalism. Highly recommended if you're stopping on the beautiful Bougainvillea island.

18/09/2025: Chosen by chance for lunch, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes and their freshness. Friendly welcome, tables on the terrace, impeccable sanitary facilities and excellent value for money. We returned the next day and the pleasure was the same. We recommend this restaurant with a small menu but quality products.

26/10/2025: Definitely do not recommend. Rather place that should have rating 2-3/5. We came based on the good rating and the availability during siesta. We didn't get the menu, lady offered two types of pasta, which was reheated (Most probably in the microwave). Eventually, we could accept this fact, but we paid 40 euros! Definitely they saw we are tourists and increased the price (As there was no menu). If you have to eat, better to go to the Panini bar - that's complete opposite of this place.

25/09/2025: Delicious and affordable, with a great ocean view. The staff, though they don't speak English, are very friendly. Highly recommended! A true Chinese person who doesn't lie to other Chinese people.

08/09/2025: Beautiful place right on the beach. Service a little slow, but probably because it's the end of the season. Pizza was so-so, a little undercooked.

12/11/2025: "Where's the Calamari?" My friend asked me when we ordered the Calamari pasta. This is the best way I can sum up our visit to Ingrid. For €18 it was terrible value and student quality food with barely any Calamari. The waiter told us there was no menu, which I found quite strange, felt like a way to invent a price on the spot and see if people will pay it. Left with with bad vibes from this place. Should have trusted my initial instinct, don't really get the good reviews.

18/09/2025: The food was very good, no doubt about it. However, I still don't understand why, despite having made a reservation and having at least four free tables (two of which were later filled by people without reservations), we had to wait 15 minutes for a table with other diners still chatting. No offense, but the service needs to be significantly improved.

14/09/2025: A great restaurant. Tasty, delicate and well-served meals. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. It's a place I would return to with my eyes closed.

14/09/2025: What a hidden little paradise! It was recommended to us, and we went there on our last day of vacation on Vulcano…luckily! Since it was the end of the season, it was very quiet. It's a small, hidden, and not very convenient beach (best reached by boat). We were there by car and had to park the car at the top by the road and walk down the steep road, but it was worth it. A small, beautiful beach, delicious schiacciata, and, above all, very friendly staff! They even gave us a lift on the way back out of kindness. Highly recommended!

20/09/2025: Like everything on the island, it's rather expensive. The salad was very good. The pistachio cookies were a bit dry. Friendly service. Good outdoor seating. Large selection of dishes and breads.

07/10/2025: Well...my friends reading this, my expectations were high, in the sense that when they tell you about a gourmet restaurant, you don't just expect a beautiful plating but something more. Punta Lena is a charming restaurant, nothing extraordinary, right on the sea. Perhaps the downside was that when we went for dinner, it was already dark, and we couldn't tell we were right next to the sea. In any case, the dishes were well-cooked, but like pretty much everywhere else in Stromboli. It didn't stand out compared to the rest in terms of food quality. One flaw I absolutely didn't expect was the peppered mussels, which were so salty it tasted like seawater. And we Sicilians know how to cook mussels...when we pointed this out, we were simply told: oh...strange... Anyway, my calamari was good, but it was frozen. Maybe it's because I'm used to eating fresh fish; I can tell right away. The flavor was very good, anyway. That said, I can't give more stars because, guys, it's truly impossible to mess up a Pepata... The prices are truly outrageous for the type of food.
