20/08/2025: A spectacular location offering an unparalleled view of the sunset between Alicudi and Flicudi...and for that alone, it deserves top marks. But they didn't stop there; they offered a wonderful culinary experience, and I'm not exaggerating. Each course was better than the last. I personally loved the tuna. Furthermore, the owner and the waiters were incredibly friendly, which never hurts. If you want to spend an unforgettable evening, this is the place to be.

26/07/2025: We've been completely satisfied with Franco's new and excellent management of this bakery, delicatessen, and wine shop. We enjoyed his fantastic pancunzato and delicious sandwiches during our excursions, and in the evening we drank excellent local wines. Trust his recommendations and you won't be disappointed.

14/08/2025: Three of us went to this place after seeing the pizza menu displayed outside. Once we sat down, we were told the oven was off, so I was forced to order a fish option since they had nothing else, and the spaghetti with clams wasn't the best.

13/09/2025: Osteria Liparota was an excellent find! The pasta alle vongole was perfectly balanced and full of flavor, while the pistachio and prawn pasta was truly exceptional — rich, fresh, and unforgettable. A wonderful spot for authentic, high-quality dishes. Highly recommended!

11/09/2025: Food was nice enough but really let down by the service! The food tasted good but a somewhat small portion that was overpriced for what it was. A big gap between appetiser and main but not sure why as it was just 2 of us. We waited about 30 minutes for them to clear our plates and they didn’t offer us the dessert menu. We ended up having to go inside to pay as they just didn’t come back to serve us at all and we got dessert elsewhere (for a much more reasonable price) 1 appetiser, 2 main pasta dishes, and 2 Cola drinks were €84 and not really worth it

19/08/2025: An extraordinary culinary experience, where the excellence of the food is combined with perfect service. A true gem for lovers of good food. However, as lovers of live music, we were literally captivated, fascinated, and transported to a world of special emotions by Maestro pianist Pino Portelli, whom we had previously heard play. The evening began with a quieter, more elegant atmosphere, perfect for conversation and enjoying the company. Late in the evening, when we had all almost finished our dinner, the climax occurred. Great music, the pianist gave his best. A pure spectacle, engaging for all the guests present. Everyone listened to his wonderful performances of classical music, famous pieces, from challenging jazz to rock to classical, all with extraordinary arrangements and the addition of incredible virtuosity. This was the first time, and I'm not just talking about Lipari, that we witnessed such an extraordinary event that captured our minds and hearts. Everyone, including the chef, was in the dining room applauding the maestro, including some youngsters, undoubtedly budding musicians. A wonderful experience that was priceless and, above all, one we will never forget. If you're looking for an excellent restaurant that also features a first-rate musician and a talented pianist, look no further, Chimera is the perfect choice! We will gladly return. 100% recommended

10/07/2025: Cena al tramonto con vista mozzafiato: i tavoli fronte mare rendono l’esperienza già speciale di per sé. La cucina si distingue per l’approccio monoproteico per piatto, con sapori netti e ottimamente bilanciati. Menù degustazione (noi quello da 10 portate), accompagnato da bollicine siciliane. Piatti di carne e pesce tutti centrati. Finale sorprendente: il dessert si compone al momento, davanti al cliente, scegliendo tra vari ingredienti. Esperienza tecnica, elegante e coinvolgente.

04/06/2025: Es gibt auf den Äolischen Inseln sicherlich günstigere Flecken als Panarea. Aber wenn die Qualität passt - wie hier im wunderbaren Cusiritati, dann investiert man gern auch ein wenig mehr in einen superben Lunch. Und wenn dann auch noch 3 exquisite Grüsse aus der Küche kommen vor dem Hauptgericht und danach ein phantastisches Eis, dann verlässt der Gast das Lokal einfach sehr zufrieden. Beigetragen hierzu hat auch der aufmerksame Service und der Prime View auf die Bucht. Das Cusiritati auf Panarea - eine echte Empfehlung!

29/05/2025: Best meal in Italy so far! We had the salad with buffalo mozzarella and the seafood pasta. Nothing was left! Perfect setting and wonderful family on top of the food.

09/08/2025: Deeply incorrect behavior: The menu lists allergens, which we used to order a dish marked gluten-free. We were served an assortment of fish, three out of four of which were stuffed or breaded. We pointed this out to the waiter, who kindly apologized and asked if we wanted another dish. We gladly accepted, and since the food would otherwise have been thrown away, I also ate part of the dish that my companion couldn't eat. All good so far. The surprise came when we received the bill: all courses were due! Considering that the mistake (potentially very serious if there had been a celiac at the table) was theirs, I find it highly unfair to charge for all courses as if nothing had happened. P.S. Be careful with allergens; it's very risky.

25/08/2025: Gelato shop on the main street offering generous portions of gelato and granita. I especially found the gelato to be very good: creamy, flavorful, and doesn't melt. The brioche is good, but I've had better (the crust is a bit hard). The granita is good, but I've had better here too. 5 stars for the generous portions of the brioche and the free cream. The prices aren't bad considering the quantity: brioche with gelato €5 plain brioche €1.50 granita €3 to €6 depending on the size. I didn't appreciate the extra €0.50 charge for a two-flavor granita 👎
