04/01/2025: Pessima esperienza. Abbiamo prenotato per pranzare alle 13, ordinando subito dei primi per i bambini che sono stati serviti alle 14.30. Solo alle 15 hanno servito gli antipasti, tra cui la caponata che in realtà doveva essere di pesce spada, ma di lui neanche l’ombra. Passiamo ai primi. Linguine allo scoglio immangiabili. Pesce avariato, cattivo odore e, in un piatto, è stato trovato un pezzo di rete, “la rete verde delle cozze” così ci ha detto la proprietaria, quasi come se fosse normale!!!!! Per finire un amico, aveva ordinato, ad inizio pranzo, una fetta di pesce spada e, solo alle 16 gli hanno detto che era terminato. Del menù neanche l’ombra, la signora comunica i piatti a voce. Sorpresa finale 92€ a coppia per antipasto, primo, e una bottiglia di vino. Unica cosa positiva, la vista! Che delusione!

01/01/2025: Bad experience, New Year's Eve lunch ruined, food of both poor quality and quantity, shame about the location, this is not catering but improvisation, after all the saying is never wrong who pays first eats badly.

24/02/2025: Fantastic lunch in a very beautiful place in the sun. You have to be patient, but then you eat the tastiest marinara pasta ever. A very tasty lemon sorbet. Good price-quality ratio. We would love to come back!

05/10/2024: I ordered 3 takeaway pizzas, burnt, hard pizza, it couldn't even be cut with a knife. Poor quality condiments. Very slow service.

13/04/2025: Favorable traffic situation as it is close to the Acireale motorway exit. The espresso tastes good here and is so cheap that you almost want to order several. Unfortunately, it is overcrowded here at rush hour, making the parking situation rather difficult.

11/04/2025: For the 10th time in a row, at mc drive, they made a mistake in the order I had processed, often finding, at home, unfortunately, a smaller quantity than the one ordered and paid for. Since most of the time I go through no less than 4/5 menus, I was wondering what I should do in these cases, because it is impractical to check everything in the car (especially hygienically)!

22/03/2025: Cozy place, very quiet, you can chat with your friends at the table without shouting, excellent focaccias and sandwiches, compliments for the attention of the owner and collaborators who do not "abandon" you, but are ready to satisfy your every request even after having already served you.

01/03/2025: VERY SLOW service. IT NEEDS FAST AND CUTE STAFF. They brought us the bread with the salad, the bread was broken (not cut) and also stained red, we don't know if it was blood or lipstick. However, I don't think we will go back again, I'm very sorry because once upon a time the food was good.

05/10/2024: Spit chicken was an inedible rotisserie chicken. French fries without salt. The baked potatoes inedible without spices and without salt. Baked cannelloni there was only the ragù of the cannelloni they were so overcooked that there was no trace of them. Not very convenient for disabled access. Parking is not always available.

22/09/2024: I was sick all night and this only happens to me when I eat bad food. The dishes were dry and burnt, the pistachio horse meatball was salty. The pistachio roll and the seasoned sausage are good (unfortunately this too burnt for my tastes). The portions were excessively large to justify the cost of the dish, but it is unthinkable that someone would actually eat all that stuff (especially if it doesn't taste like anything or tastes burnt... only the salad was saved). The bill was for a restaurant. The waiter was kind.

11/09/2024: Strange restaurant, everything almost cold. Many things come from a jar and are not freshly made. Didn't enjoy it. Fries limp, potato croquettes cold. Better start cooking yourself.

23/03/2025: Very poor food and confusing personal pity, terrible hygiene in the bathrooms first time gone and never again too disappointing.

17/03/2025: Positive experience. Good food, good music but after a certain time the music changes and becomes disco, so everyone is satisfied.

09/03/2025: Quando da Palermo vengo nelle zone, questo ristorante è una tappa fissa. Location bellissima e pesce ottimo, prezzo adeguato alla qualità offerta. Lo consiglio vivamente.

07/03/2025: Se cercate un ristorante dove il mare e la buona cucina si fondono in un'esperienza indimenticabile, La Bettola dei Marinai è il posto giusto. Il cibo è semplicemente strepitoso. Il personale è impeccabile. E poi ci sono i proprietari, semplicemente squisiti. Se dovessi consigliare un ristorante di pesce, La Bettola dei Marinai sarebbe senza dubbio il numero 1.
