04/01/2026: I'm sorry there are only five stars, because Trattoria degli Abbatazzi deserves many more: the ingredients are top-quality, the atmosphere is small but extremely comfortable and welcoming. But the service is the highlight of this little masterpiece nestled in the Baroque town of Acireale. The kindness, helpfulness, and attentive service make it a place you absolutely must try...and then fall in love with it, as we did.

28/12/2025: A very welcome discovery In the heart of Acireale, without a reservation, we were able to enjoy an excellent pizza and wine, one of the best both for the type of dough and the top-quality ingredients. We were surrounded by a relaxing atmosphere, with pleasant lighting and warmth even outside. We were pampered by the discreet and extremely kind staff, who, despite the holidays, were prompt and attentive. Recommended for any occasion given the variety of spaces.

Truly friendly staff; the owner, Maurizio, is very helpful and friendly. This is an absolute must-see in Capomulini. Highly recommended.

06/01/2026: What can I say? We return every year to this restaurant, where professionalism, quality, and customer service are paramount! Maurizio and his two sons are simply wonderful. They welcome us and pamper us, allowing us to enjoy all our favorite dishes, cooked to order and presented with care. For us, it feels like home; it's a must-try every time we're in the Catania area. We highly recommend it to anyone who loves good seafood; it's definitely worth a try! Congratulations, Maurizio, to your team. They certainly had a great teacher, but I was delighted by their grace and kindness!

07/12/2025: Variety and quality. Of course, there are many customizations, meaning it's adapted to the market, but the ingredients are top-quality. The service is quite fast and attentive. We'll definitely be back.

31/10/2025: I searched for pasta shops in the Acireale area among those mentioned online and analyzed their reviews (which I don't believe because they're almost always biased). Not satisfied, I asked a colleague in Acireale for advice, and he recommended "PASQUINI" as the best. I checked their reviews and discovered they were fabulous. I wondered if it was all true, and since I'm like Tommaso (who doesn't believe it until he sees it), I went there to buy a small amount of fresh pasta to test it out. Well, my colleague was able to give me good advice, and I have to admit, in this case, that the reviews for this place are based on truth. I won't add comments like "fabulous pasta!", "goodness and freshness!" They're pointless and repetitive. The only way to judge is...TRYING IS BELIEVING!!!

02/01/2026: This is only half of my spaghetti with sea urchins: I had to share it for the sake of my relationship. The food at this gem of a restaurant is worth that much. I ate the freshest and tastiest fish here. The mixed seafood antipasto was impeccable, with oysters as fresh as if they were just picked, opened and sucked on the spot. Creamy spaghetti with sea urchins, expertly sautéed. The price was more than fair. Thank you for being who you are!
