03/03/2026: I'm in Caltanissetta for work and found this place on Maps. The place is cozy and well-decorated. The owner and waitress were very kind and friendly. We ordered a breaded black pork rib, a tagliata with arugula and parmesan, and an appetizer. Everything was really good, and you can even choose directly from the butcher's counter.
The prices are fair and reflect the quality. I recommend it!

05/07/2026: I had an excellent experience at Calanotto. The food was truly delicious, with carefully prepared dishes and quality ingredients. The atmosphere is beautiful, welcoming, and pleasant. Kudos also to the service: the staff was kind, attentive, and professional throughout the evening.
The only issue I would like to mention is the road to the restaurant. Especially at night, after dark, access can be a bit awkward and poorly lit, so be careful.
Overall, a very positive experience: it definitely deserves 4 stars, and I would gladly return.

05/07/2026: Good pizza. Their pizzas with stuffed crusts are unique—you never get bored! I must say the service was efficient. The girls were polite and friendly, especially one who was really polite even though she was very young.

12/07/2026: The restaurant is located in Butera's main square. There are no tables inside, but you can sit outside. The owners were very kind and let us park at La Moto in front of their bar, allowing us to explore Butera on foot. I recommend the artisanal mulberry granita.
