26/07/2025: I recently ordered two takeout sandwiches: the first with panelle, meatballs, fries, ketchup, and mayonnaise, and the second a Caprese version. During the phone order, the operator was very friendly and thorough, carefully confirming all the requested ingredients. Upon collection, which was slightly delayed by about five minutes, I unfortunately encountered some issues. The first sandwich was completely missing fries, an ingredient explicitly requested and confirmed. Personally, I believe that the omission of agreed-upon ingredients significantly compromises the experience, especially when it involves essential ingredients. Regarding the Caprese sandwich, I noticed that the lettuce was devoid of any seasoning, and the amount of mozzarella was so minimal that half the sandwich was unbalanced and missing its main ingredient. I should point out that the quality of the ingredients used seemed good, but I believe that greater attention to preparation and respect for customer requests is essential to ensure a service consistent with expectations.

17/10/2025: Having dinner with family on vacation, I expected more, nothing special or exceptional. How could you not have stigliole and spring onions in San Cataldo? The waitress took our order three times because when she got to the kitchen, what we'd ordered was gone.

23/09/2025: A marvel!!! We took a trip to Sicily looking for, among other things, the best pasta dish, and we found what we were looking for right in the heart of the island. Many times, in movies that talk about Italian cuisine, a cozy, family-friendly and homely restaurant is shown where the protagonists meet a lady who cooks and delights with food, because it really exists! From now on, we love Maria not only for cooking us extraordinary dishes (we repeated several days), but also because she told us many things about the island and life. Thank you very much and see you soon, friend!

02/01/2026: Nice place, but seating inside is practically impossible. It's freezing outside, and the mushrooms (after three visits) were limp. Oh well, I ordered a Margherita anyway (I was alone), and unfortunately, I can't say enough about the pizza here. Personally, it arrived with a typical pronounced but burnt crust. The dough underneath was undercooked, but not raw. Quality products, yes, but the difficulty of managing such a large crowd is noticeable. The choice to stock Belgian beers like Stefanus is a good one.

02/01/2026: The wait for food was incredibly long. We waited 2 hours for the pizza round, there were 27 of us. The service was poor, the waitress was very incompetent. It was freezing cold inside, even penguins were coming out of the bathroom. I had to wear my jacket all evening.
