27/11/2023: Cucina sciatta, una pasta con le sarde con condimento tirato fuori da qualche barattolo, senza sarde e senza pinoli. Funghi pleutros alla griglia insapori. Si salvano salsiccia e agnello con patatine fritte surgelate. In Sicilia si può certamente fare di meglio.

14/01/2024: I had the opportunity to try various pizzas at this pizzeria and I must say that in my opinion the parmigiana pizza is absolutely exceptional. The combination of cheese, eggplant and sauce is balanced perfectly, creating an explosion of delicious flavours. The crust is thin and crunchy, adding extra pleasure to the bite. Overall, a gastronomic experience that I highly recommend to anyone who loves well-made pizza.
12/12/2023: LGBT+ friendly. Had a wonderful time there after dealing with looks all day, I’m trans. Local beer Messina was great after day of driving in Sicily!

16/03/2024: La Mandragola is a beautiful ristopub that I have been frequenting for years, the most comfortable place (in my opinion) in the city of Gela. Excellent for drinking, eating and spending pleasant evenings with friends and acquaintances. Polite and sociable staff and management!
