13/07/2026: We came from Palermo to the small village of Delia specifically to try their tasting menu.
We found a place that stands out from the typical village pizzeria. Welcoming, clean, and elegant inside.
The staff were truly exceptional: kind, friendly, and ready to accommodate our requests, offer advice, and, above all, explain the dishes we were served. I was pleasantly surprised to find such skill.
Light, crispy dough, a little more structured, and combinations ranging from the simplest to the most complex, delicious and varied in texture. Attention to every detail. Dishes that are truly eye-catching. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend it!!!
I'd give you 10 stars. Excellent!

21/03/2026: Beautiful, welcoming, and clean location, a good choice considering the commercial area and proximity to the hospital. Plenty of choice and variety of food, from the bar counter to the self-service deli, and good value for money. Considering it's self-service, basically, two main courses with a side dish and a 50cl bottle of water for two cost us €36.00, not even including fruit, dessert, and/or coffee.
It's basically the same price you'd pay for the same dishes at any trattoria in Sicily, but with table service.
14/03/2026: While passing through Caltanissetta, I stopped here for a break. The service was friendly, courteous, professional, and the quality of the products was truly top-notch. I highly recommend it.

16/07/2026: After frequenting this place about twenty times and speaking highly of it, even to friends, tonight I had to change my mind. Beyond the good food, you shouldn't treat customers this way just to ask about the bill, as it's highly questionable. You wouldn't expect that from a chef and owner who, when you ask for clarification, tells you, "This is the bill if it's okay," only to then turn his back (even to a customer his age, if not older), leaving you with a waitress who was also very annoyed by the clarification.
P.S.: This time, you didn't even offer us a digestive, as you usually do, perhaps to help us digest the €160 bill, which is quite questionable.

03/06/2026: We went there on a weekday on June 3rd during our vacation. Despite being away from the center, it is so worth going up to the restaurant for dinner. The waiters are excellent, we felt very welcomed and recommended by them. The pizzas were delicious and for the quality they have, they are very well priced. Totally recommendable in all aspects: food, service and atmosphere!! 10/10

08/07/2026: I want to give this pizzeria 5 stars, praising the owner's dedication and the excellent quality of the ingredients. I have to make a point about the service: it needs to be improved in terms of speed and quality. I also have a point about the pizzas: they need to be cooked just right; two arrived overcooked. I'll definitely be back because the atmosphere and the courtesy deserve recognition. It's under new management, and they need to give it time.
