13/07/2026: We came from Palermo to the small village of Delia specifically to try their tasting menu. We found a place that stands out from the typical village pizzeria. Welcoming, clean, and elegant inside. The staff were truly exceptional: kind, friendly, and ready to accommodate our requests, offer advice, and, above all, explain the dishes we were served. I was pleasantly surprised to find such skill. Light, crispy dough, a little more structured, and combinations ranging from the simplest to the most complex, delicious and varied in texture. Attention to every detail. Dishes that are truly eye-catching. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend it!!! I'd give you 10 stars. Excellent!

08/07/2026: I want to give this pizzeria 5 stars, praising the owner's dedication and the excellent quality of the ingredients. I have to make a point about the service: it needs to be improved in terms of speed and quality. I also have a point about the pizzas: they need to be cooked just right; two arrived overcooked. I'll definitely be back because the atmosphere and the courtesy deserve recognition. It's under new management, and they need to give it time.
