12/10/2025: We arrived there by chance, but what a joy, a typical, home-cooked restaurant. The staff and owner were super friendly. The owner let us taste the bread dipped in salted oil and the homemade piperade. We found ourselves chatting with two other couples on the terrace. It was a great evening.

16/10/2025: Food was excellent with generous portions, fresh ingredients and reasonable prices. Proprietor was welcoming and very friendly and took the time to explain the dishes and translate menu items into English. We had the eggplant Mille-feuille as an appetizer, beef ragu with bigoli pasta and veal filet with porcini mushrooms. For dessert, their tiramisu with chocolate- thick and creamy and delicious.

01/10/2025: Absolute excellence! Tyche is a true gem for lovers of good food. The menu offers a winning combination: the pizza is nothing short of spectacular, with a light crust and the freshest ingredients. But the real surprises are the "Margherita Napoletana" and the excellent tagliata and fillets, tender and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, and the service is impeccable, attentive, and friendly, completing a top-notch gastronomic experience. A place to return time and again to enjoy both the pizza and the meat specialties. Highly recommended!

13/10/2025: We stopped by here today for a spontaneous dinner. At first, we were a bit skeptical, but seeing that it was only locals, we thought it must be good. We started by ordering two sandwiches. One with anchovies and one with tuna and salami. Both were delicious! First, the lady of the house brought us something to try: Sicilian chickpea pancakes. A specialty that really comes from here. Very, very tasty. All the locals got paninis topped with these rectangular pancakes. Then the chef asked us if we wanted to try the aranchinis, and we said yes. They were incredibly delicious. Freshly made, filled with lots of cheese and ham. Really, really good. And only €2.50. Finally, the chef asked us if we wanted to try a typical dessert. We did. It was getting hard to find room in our stomachs, but we couldn't turn down such a friendly offer. There were dumplings with a delicious ricotta filling, sprinkled with powdered sugar and cinnamon. For us, it was a wonderful culinary journey through Sicilian specialties. Including a drink, we ended up paying an unbeatable €15. We wholeheartedly recommend it and would gladly return. Goodbye!

21/10/2025: I'm honestly not sure why the Google Map ratings are so high for this place, or why it was recommended by our lodging host. It was one of my least favorite restaurants on our visit to Italy, the food was average - at best. They made a big deal about their squid ink bread sticks, but I found that mine were moldy, yuk. My entree of mackerel was just OK, rather small and not exceptional, the sauces had no particular flavor. My husband liked the sea bream he ordered. The clientele is all visitors, no residents. I'm sure there are better options in Agrigento.

30/09/2025: Well, there's always room for improvement at this place, especially in the menu presentation when it's delivered, so the customer knows what they can and can't order. You hand over the menu and display what's ACTUALLY there! Not having a glass of white wine in Sicily 🥶 what's the point? Otherwise, the grill is plentiful and varied, the service is good, the guy who tries to satisfy the customer and the owner is great! 💪

09/09/2025: Well, what can I say? Simply enchanting, absolute silence, attention to detail, from the service to the location, to the presentation and flavor of the cocktails, all accompanied by a friendly atmosphere. Well done! The icing on the cake of Lampedusa.

05/10/2025: Panino of dreams. Lovely service. I ordered a Panino con panelle e crocchette which is a vegetarian sandwich with chickpea fritters (wow) and potato croquettes (yum). The bread was perfection. Fresh, with a crisp crust and delightfully soft on the inside. The fillings were magic - although fried, it tasted fresh and flavourful. This is possibly the best sandwich you will ever have.

24/10/2025: A centrally located restaurant with a refined atmosphere. The staff is extremely professional and attentive, always friendly without being intrusive. The food is truly excellent: beautifully presented dishes, fresh ingredients, and balanced flavors. The only small flaw is the menu, which remains relatively unchanged over time and offers limited choices, especially when it comes to desserts. It would be nice to see something new every now and then.

07/10/2025: Absolutely delicious pizzas served in a brand newly decorated room. very generous pizza (one of the best I had with mortadella). If you don’t finish your pizza you can take it away. Service was Quick and efficient. They have a high chair for kids !
