01/06/2025: Visit to Favara passing through with a couple of Tuscan Friends. Found this place for a lunch break, pleasantly satisfied. Everything good and plentiful, the kind and friendly owner immediately made us taste some oil to touch with bread, delicious. Recommended and if it happens again we already know where to stop.

Modern and welcoming place, very kind and helpful owners I have been to this restaurant/pizzeria several times and each time I have been impressed by the quality of the service and food. The staff have always been very welcoming and professional, and the menu offers a wide range of options to suit all tastes. The pizza is cooked just right, with a soft, fragrant dough and fresh, high-quality ingredients. The service has always been fast and efficient and the price is very reasonable compared to the quality of the food. The quality/price ratio is excellent and the staff is always available to advise and satisfy customers' needs. If you are looking for a restaurant/pizzeria where you can eat well and have fun, this is the right place! 5 stars without a doubt!

29/05/2025: Sitting here as I write this, because this cannoli is magical. I ordered a cappuccino and a cannolo. The cappuccino was great, but then I bit into the cannoli, and this is certainly the best cannoli I’ve ever had in my life. You don’t see them on display because they keep the materials in the back to prepare it fresh when you order. The shell is crisp and flaky, not greasy at all. The filling was still cool from being refrigerated, but very soft, and the perfect sweetness. The people are very friendly, the prices are, I expect, local prices, the cafe interior is lovely, and the patio views are wonderful. I will for sure be back!

The environment is warm and welcoming, with a rustic atmosphere but with attention to detail. The staff was friendly and attentive, a dish that I recommend is the calamatata, then you do it yourself but don't forget the cannolo at the end...

From the first moment, the atmosphere of the venue was refined and elegant, creating an ideal environment for a special evening or an important occasion. The furnishings with attention to detail, the soft lighting and the arrangement of the tables contribute to creating an atmosphere of pleasant intimacy and refinement. Another aspect that positively struck me was the friendliness and preparation of the staff. We were greeted with a genuine smile and accompanied to our table with professionalism. Throughout the dinner, the waiters were attentive to our needs, ready to answer any questions about the dishes and provide valuable advice. Their expertise in describing the ingredients and preparation of each course added a touch of value to the overall experience. A detail that I particularly appreciated is the attention that the Zamú Restaurant reserves for customers with specific dietary needs, such as the availability of gluten-free options. This demonstrates great sensitivity and inclusiveness, allowing everyone to fully enjoy the culinary offering without worries. Moving on to the food, our choice was based on two starters and two first courses, and I can enthusiastically confirm that everything was very good indeed. The quality of the ingredients was evident in every tasting, and the chef's skill in combining them resulted in tasty and well-presented dishes. The starters were able to whet the palate with delicate and refined flavours, while the first courses won us over with their richness and originality. You could perceive particular care in the preparation and attention to detail that made each course an authentic delight. In conclusion, my experience at the Zamú Restaurant was extremely positive. If you are looking for a refined place where you can enjoy excellent cuisine with friendly and prepared service, and perhaps you also need gluten free options, I can only highly recommend you try this restaurant. I am convinced that you too will be pleasantly surprised by the quality and attention that Zamú dedicates to its customers.

17/05/2025: Excellent food at honest prices. Excellent formula complete menu appetizers + two first courses at 25 euros. Shame about the service, which needs to be reviewed. A lot of tension was felt in the dining room due to poor coordination between the dining room and the kitchen. Very late even for a coffee. Spartan location, but complete with everything. The first courses are delicious and perhaps the best eaten in Sicily. Pasta cooked to perfection, spectacular al dente. Abundant and tasty seasoning. Without a doubt a culinary reference. One star less from the maximum due to the service.
