21/09/2025: I had the pleasure of discovering L’Arte del Gusto, and I must say it was a wonderful experience! A place where Sardinian tradition is celebrated in every dish, using the freshest ingredients, crafted to order. I tried the ricotta ravioli: simply delicious, with a generous portion that was completely satisfying. The owner is a fantastic person, welcoming and passionate about her work: she even showed me how she makes fresh pasta, right there in front of the customers. A detail that makes the difference is the open laboratory behind the counter, allowing you to observe the care and authenticity with which the products are made. A genuine place, where you can feel passion and tradition in every bite. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to savor the true flavor of Sardinia.

24/11/2025: If you’re nearby this is definitely a must. Views are spectacular, food is amazing, I tried raw fish for the first time here and it was delicious. The pasta was AMAZING. Highly recommend going around sunset time! It is quite expensive so definitely a treat

22/02/2026: At Sardinian agritourism establishments, the customer comes first. Here, however, we were treated with little or no honesty and zero respect. We had booked for eight adults and three children, but two adults and one child couldn't come. When we received the bill, we were still charged a fee of €50 for one of the absentees, without anyone having informed us beforehand. When we asked to take away the menu we had already paid for, the owner turned away arrogantly without even replying. The prices were completely unjustified: €50 for adults and €25 for children, for an overall menu that was anything but memorable. In Sardinia, you can easily find much better options for less and with completely different treatment. A negative experience; we won't be returning.

31/10/2025: Excellent food, the best in Sardinia, friendly staff, very good and pleasant hosts, skilled chef, hats off! Prompt service, no one feels neglected, accessible parking spaces, close to the sea, for a pleasant walk after dinner.

16/02/2026: A small restaurant on the main road of the small village. From the outside, it looks like a small village pizzeria. Indeed, it is. But the menu also boasts traditional Sardinian first courses. We tried at least four, all of which were spectacular. Efficient and super friendly service. More than fair prices.

04/03/2026: A family-run trattoria that has been around for centuries. Friendly staff with the exquisite, unique Sardinian hospitality. The food, with its homemade, local flavors, stands out, varying in quality throughout the various courses. Very good local cured meats and cheeses. The pasta of the day is exceptional. Everything else could be improved. Excellent homemade desserts and digestifs. Fairly priced. Thank you for everything, you are truly talented.

04/10/2025: I had dinner here my last night in the island and it was excellent. I have the feeling I wasted all the other nights in other touristic places. This place is very local, food typical from sardinia, very nicely cooked, perfect place.

02/10/2025: A very pretty location surrounded by greenery, excellent food, friendly waiters, explaining all the dishes, offering wine recommendations, etc. I would have given it 5 stars for the wonderful experience if it weren't for the fact that, once all the other tables had left, they turned off the music and some of the lights (we still had to finish our wine) when we were alone. I would have understood if it had been late, but it was 9:45 pm, and the waitress was kind enough to invite us to finish slowly. We didn't like this, especially since the set menu included coffee and a digestif, which we weren't asked for. We didn't ask because they were literally closing the restaurant and we didn't think it was appropriate.

07/12/2025: A must-see if you're visiting Castelsardo, ideal for an aperitivo overlooking the sea after a day at the beach or visiting the castle. Here you can order a drink and a nice charcuterie board or pizza and enjoy a spectacular sunset. Highly recommended!

19/11/2025: A place with spectacular views, I love the light that illuminates the Castelsardo coast. The staff is informative, friendly, and their smiles warm your heart. The mixed fried vegetables are a real treat, with fried vegetables that at first glance look like French fries, but the wonderful surprise is that they are local vegetables bursting with flavor. The local charcuterie has a harmonious and robust regional flavor. They explain how to dip Sardinian bread in extra virgin olive oil, which reveals its fruity notes in every bite, bringing you closer to heaven.

The dishes are truly delicious and beautifully presented, and above all, the quality of the raw fish is rare to find. The wine list is simple and very honest.
