12/09/2025: 30-08-25 an unforgettable day... it all started a year before with preparations, how can we forget the first chats with Alessandra and Antonello, the main architects of this dream that was coming true... thanks to them it was a perfect day, taken care of down to the smallest details, from the ceremony to the final greetings, throughout the day we received and return only compliments to the staff... professionalism and kindness are at HOME here... thank you so much from Andrea Ilaria and Sofia ❤️❤️❤️

13/08/2025: Excellent gluten-free and lactose-free products

12/08/2025: We relied on Pasticeria Domi's Sweeties to prepare the cake, sweets and savory dishes for guests with lactose and gluten intolerance. What can I say? It was magnificent, everything perfect, delicious even though we had only made arrangements 3 days before the wedding. Everything was impeccable. We recommend it. 10/10/2025: Truly an excellent experience. This isn't your typical pizzeria, but, as they rightly point out, a tasting pizza. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch and perfectly complements the star of the show: an extraordinary dough, flavorful and light as a cloud. The variety of dough options is interesting, and they're all delicious. For me, another great strength is the wine list, which reveals careful and original research into pairings: there's no shortage of sweet wines (hallelujah) to accompany dessert, a rare and much-appreciated detail. Impeccable service: friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive staff, clearly caring about both the customer and the products they serve. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly superior pizza-related gastronomic experience, not just a simple dinner, for the same price.

01/09/2025: Not your average agriturismo. As a Sardinian by adoption, I was looking for an agriturismo that, while focusing on traditional dishes and flavors, offered something different from the usual menu. S'ena Frisca met my expectations perfectly: six appetizers, a first course featuring excellent cured meats, and the others reflecting the chef's creativity and skill (but always with a keen eye for tradition, as demonstrated by the cannoli with fried mazza frissa and the stewed lumschine). Two first courses (not the usual ravioli and malloreddus) and finally, a must in Sardinia, the porcetto (pork suckling pig): lean but not dry, tender, fragrant, and with crispy rind: one of the best I've tasted in years. A choice of two desserts (not necessarily the traditional seadas) and a wide selection of digestifs. Everything is produced on-site, including the excellent wine, which is the fruit of a small estate vineyard. What else can I say? The setting, surrounded by greenery, with the subtle background sound of spring water (S"ena Frisca means, in fact, the fresh spring) is extremely evocative. The rooms are simple yet refined, and the staff is attentive, kind, and always available. The price, despite the superior quality, is in line with the competition. Highly recommended.

11/09/2025: It’s such a nice, family-owned little place in Castelsardo! The staff if so friendly and welcoming! This place felt like really a local one, not tourist-based. The owner is also actively serving the food and wine, but not really speaking English, but it’s not a problem. We felt very good here and the view from the terrace was magical. The food is also good, but simple - it is more of a local, authentic place, nice, simple food - more of a vibe. You always choose from a few options for the day as a menu. But you feel, they made the food with care. :)

16/09/2025: A return to the Soviet canteen – that’s how I’d sum up this dreadful experience. The food: for starters, two decent fish patties, two awful ones. Then came the “risotto with cuttlefish.” Good luck finding the cuttlefish – but hey, at least you’ll get plenty of rice. The evening’s “highlight”: a boiled fish, complete with head, bones, and remnants of its insides, plus a few leftover potatoes tossed on the side. €150 for this. The service: I’ve never experienced anything worse. They make you feel like you’re not welcome. Breadbasket and cutlery are literally thrown onto the table. Don’t expect music – the only soundtrack is staff occasionally wandering through the dining room to check how you’re chewing their food. Don’t expect anyone to explain what kind of fish you’re about to eat, either. And if you dare ask for wine, the grumpy daughter will snap back with: “Go ask my father.” Excuse me? I’m just asking for a glass of wine, not your hand in marriage. And the finale? They simply forgot there were still nine people left in the dining room. For 40 minutes, no one bothered to come back. Probably hoping the guests would give up and leave without the promised digestif. And all this, mind you, not in some forgotten backstreet, but in Sardinia – the much-praised jewel of Italian cuisine. The irony writes itself.

14/09/2025: All the dishes were excellent. Agostino, who was apparently gruff, proved to be sociable and very passionate about the fish tourism project.

23/08/2025: Excellent Sardinian dinner!! In the silence of the countryside, we enjoyed excellent traditional dishes. The quality of the ingredients was evident in every dish. Everything was truly delicious, but the suckling pig was SUPERB! Perfectly cooked and with super crispy skin! Kudos also to the super kind and welcoming owners! A truly excellent evening. Thank you ❤

17/08/2025: A fantastic experience. If you want to experience a farm stay where you can savor the authentic flavors of Sardinia, this is definitely the place for you. Giant portions prepared with ingredients of undeniable quality, and a super welcoming and helpful staff.

29/09/2025: It's a pleasant place for breakfast in the morning and an aperitif in the evening. The appetizers that accompany the cocktails are truly generous and delicious.

28/09/2025: Highly recommended!! The service was very attentive. I ordered scallops, and they were excellent. The view of the surrounding countryside is beautiful and calming—I'm really glad I went there.

16/08/2025: Very nice place with an outdoor terrace. Very good food. I recommend the appetizer with 8 tastings and the spaghetti with clams and bottarga. Prices are average. Friendly service. I recommend it.

15/08/2025: Yesterday we were at Sale e Peppe 14/08/25 We ordered Fregula, a very tasty dish, costs 18 euros. The portion is quite large and there are a lot of shellfish. For dessert I ordered Millesfoglie con la crema (layered cake with cream) 8 euros. I was disappointed! I didn’t feel any cream there, there were only two thin layers. And all of this is covered with jam, which is very sweet and cloying. The portion is small and the most expensive for dessert. I don’t recommend it!

13/10/2025: Superb pizzas! We had a Rachele and a contadina, both white, light, with quality ingredients and a thin, crispy dough! The staff was kind, friendly, and helpful; despite the many reservations, they seated us right away. The location is simple but very elegant and refined.

10/10/2025: Way too expensive for this region. Small portions and nothing special. I wasn't satisfied with the dishes and the amount of food on my plate.
