27/11/2024: Molto buono. Personale molto accogliente, disponibile, preparato ed affabile. Pesce fresco e di ottima qualità. Conto in linea con quanto mangiato. Se passate per Sassari andateci.

21/11/2024: Colleghi del luogo mi hanno descritto questo ristorante come uno dei migliori di Sassari e l'aspettativa non è andata delusa: abbiamo iniziato con una serie di antipasti di pesce fresco, tutti di qualità elevata, e poi una portata principale a testa. Io ho optato per i calamari alla griglia, che mi hanno sorpreso per la loro delicatezza. Il tutto è stato accompagnato da un ottimo vermentino sardo. Quando ho pagato il conto mi attendevo di spendere di più.

19/08/2024: Cool pizzeria. Here you can watch how your pizza is made. Mega interesting, like on an assembly line. Also good value for money and tasty. But it can take a while if there's a lot going on.

17/08/2024: Unfortunately we couldn't try the pizzas... Terrible delivery service, we called at 8:45 p.m. and they gave us an appointment for 10:00 p.m., it seemed late but we accepted. At 10:15 p.m. the pizzas had not arrived, we called and they told us that they had delivered them to other guys...to make matters worse, they did not take responsibility, I think they should check who they deliver the order to.

18/08/2024: L’Incantu resta sempre il ristorante migliore della zona. Pesce freschissimo cucinato in modo elegante e particolare, assortimento di vini veramente spaziale. Il MAITRE E SOMMELIER VINCENZO e’ una persona splendida, umile, PREPARATISSIMA. Riesce a creare un rapporto di altissimo livello con i clienti, accompagnandoli per tutta la cena con simpatia, tanta umiltà e prepazione rara. Tutto meritatissimo, esperienza magica .

17/08/2024: Servizio e soprattutto qualità del cibo scadenti considerati i prezzi del menu: ad esempio, la prima cacio e pepe “rivisita” con seppioline croccanti al profumo di mare aveva la consistenza simile alla gomma. Le seconde cacio e pepe rivisitate invece sapevano soltanto di lime e panna (uno scempio per la cucina italiana). La fregola, piatto sardo locale, conteneva soltanto 2 teste di scampi e il sapore era piuttosto sgradevole. Il fritto misto di mare, vorrei esimermi dal commentare, ma proprio non ci riesco, estremamente unto e gommoso (è stato rimandato in cucina). Le aspettative per questo ristornate erano alte, ciò non toglie che il cibo non fosse adeguato. I crudi di pesce come antipasto erano soddisfacenti, come l’aperitivo in terrezza e la vista. Va comunque precisato che dopo aver parlato con i titolari il conto è stato giustamente rivisto. Detto questo, mai più.

12/08/2024: I booked 5 takeaway pizzas, considering the super positive reviews I trusted them. When ordering by phone we ask for a radicchio and bacon pizza but they tell us that they don't have the ingredients to make it. When asked for a capricciosa they literally ask us in what sense. We opt for traditional pizzas but it is clear that they have a gourmet pizza menu and they don't make traditional pizzas. I wait beyond the requested time even though the place only has one table for two to serve. At the time of the bill the first surprise: 51 euros for 5 simple and traditional pizzas (I attach a photo of the receipt). At the moment of tasting the other surprise. Definitely one of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten. The dough would also be good, the ingredients are not excellent and the tomato is very acidic. Plus the pizza is small.

04/09/2024: Breathtaking place, with attention to every detail and from which you would never leave. The food is excellent, organized in a tasting where they continuously bring you samples of different types of meat (plus appetizers and side dishes). The price is justified, you eat a lot and you can have more if you want. All the staff are friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. The only advice I would give: say how many types of meat will arrive and in what order (it can help the eater to manage dinner better). Anyway I would recommend it, it's a special place and really good. Compliments!

10/10/2024: Muy buen desayuno, ofrecieron opciones sin gluten , sin duda recomendable. Está muy cerca de la parada de autobús a la que se llega desde el aeropuerto de Alghero.

05/10/2024: Bra service och ett stort fräscht utbud av frukost. Stället ligger intill en park och gata med lite rörelse vilket är trevligt. Varit där 3 gånger på en vecka. Blir nog fler tillfällen.

15/12/2024: I passed by the place several times, promising myself that sooner or later I would try it. I finally managed to go there and I can say without a doubt that I tasted the best sushi in Sassari! The owner was extremely kind and helpful, describing the various dishes on the menu in detail. The fish is very fresh and I recommend trying the tartare, mixed sushi and oshisushi.

13/11/2024: My husband and I went to eat at this restaurant recently and found great expertise in the dishes offered, a quiet and welcoming place with a super relaxing atmosphere and excellent food! I would return to Sassari just for this restaurant and for the service offered and the delicious food!

24/10/2024: Il Cormorano had been the best restaurant I’ve been to in Sardinia. I arrived a bit earlier than their opening hours but was welcomed in by and was given some bread for the wait. I had the beef filet which was great. Great quality of meat. Followed by their coconut and chocolate dessert. Everything was just delicious. The service was excellent. Super welcoming, friendly and attentive. 100% recommended!

13/08/2024: Abbiamo portato 3 coppie di amici in vacanza per un aperitivo ( orario 19-20) appositamente per fargli assaporare la vista mozzafiato, ma le tende erano abbassate in tutto il locale ..Abbiamo fatto un aperitivo abbastanza costoso con vini e cocktail e un quarto d'ora prima di andare via abbiamo chiesto gentilmente di sollevare le tende per potergli almeno far vedere il panorama. La risposta è stata negativa in quanto ci fosse troppo caldo, specificando che il panorama si vedeva benissimo anche con le tende abbassate ! Ovviamente sapendolo prima , avremo fatto il nostro aperitivo tranquillamente in spiaggia o al porto!!

25/07/2024: But what can I say, it's worth seeing, there's little to comment on: you can see all of Alghero and its port from above. It's not terribly expensive, but you can still find the menu online. A must if you come to Alghero. Indescribable in words. Please note that you must always book.

05/12/2024: I totally agree with the best reviews I've read. EXCEPTIONAL restaurant for sure, but now in 2024 we spend practically double compared to a few years ago.

12/11/2024: Small place! Nothing special, we were there years ago and the food was much better, for being a restaurant they expected something more, à la carte menu with little choice, no menu for vegetarians.

01/08/2024: Went to try the famous Alghero paella. Intense flavors and good quality raw materials. Excellent for a quiet and hearty dinner.
