24/05/2025: Definitely recommended for breakfast. Super friendly, fast, and reasonably priced. The only downside: paper dishes and wooden cutlery. We still went there twice.

06/06/2025: I have been coming to this place for a few years now and it never disappoints. Suitable for all ages: both for a dinner with the family but also for a quick lunch with friends. The staff is helpful and ready to put guests at ease and the place is perfect for those who love being surrounded by nature. Another plus is the convenience of parking. In particular this evening, as shown in the photo, I ate the Maccarones de Busa alla Carlofortina: the portion was abundant and they were excellent.

19/05/2025: So much to say... What a wonderful discovery! My partner and I were visiting Castelsardo. He speaks fluent Italian and I speak French. We were treated to a presentation of the menu and the fresh fish in Italian AND French, and I really enjoyed it. Everything was excellent, and I mean it carefully. This is the first time in my life that I've been made to like the original carbonara (without crème fraîche), even though I usually don't like it at all. My partner had a starter made with five different fish, and it was exquisite. The tuna tataki and the beef tartare were delicious. And what better way to end the meal than with their tiramisu? Honestly, this restaurant gets a huge 10/10. The staff was adorable, smiling, and attentive. We loved it. Thank you so much! Margaux and Anthony

28/04/2025: The stars are not enough to review L'Incantu. We were surprised by the kindness and friendliness, even though the place was very chic. Spectacular views of the village of Castelsardo and Corsica. Delicious food, plentiful and with great attention to presentation. Price in line with the quality and location. The closest thing there is to a starred restaurant we have been to in the past. Unforgettable!

16/05/2025: For breakfast or a snack it is always my first choice since it has a good variety of pastries, the service is quite fast despite it being a rather busy place. I like it less for the aperitif which is instead a bit poor.

03/06/2025: I got a grilled mix of fish, but it was fried. It was a very regular dish and 24 eur is overpriced. We also wait for a table like 20 min, maybe because many tourists as we read so many positive reviews and wanted to enter, but it really is not worth it.

05/05/2025: Cibo prelibato in una location collinare molto suggestiva a pochi kilometri da Sassari con uno splendido panorama. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo i prodotti dell’orto cucinati in maniera eccelsa. 6 antipasti, 2 primi, sua maestà il maialetto cucinato perfettamente, dolci, caffè e digestivo. Tutto impeccabile, anche nostra figlia di 8 anni ha mangiato tutto molto volentieri, ci torneremo presto

28/04/2025: Per il pranzo del 25 aprile abbiamo scoperto questo splendido agriturismo a Tissi, a davvero pochi minuti da Sassari. Solo per farvi capire come abbiamo mangiato riferisco le parole di mio figlio, in genere non grande forchetta: "il cibo è stato cucinato dagli dei". Ecco, si è mangiato davvero da Dio. Tutto squisito, eccellente, a partire dal pane fatto in casa di diverse qualità (la focaccia nera credo resterà per sempre nei nostri cuori), ai mille antipasti particolarissimi (i tortini di peperone rosso allo zafferano o il pane fritto con una crema di formaggio stratosferica o le polpette di fregola per tutti... Ma erano tantissimi credetemi) ai primi squisiti (fregola ai carciofi e zafferano e maccarones 'e busa con ragù di pecora) ai secondi classici ma ottimi (maialetto e agnello arrosto con patate) ai dolci buonissimi. Il tutto poi reso migliore da un'accoglienza perfetta e gentilissima, da delle cameriere sempre attente e col sorriso e da un conto che per quel che si è mangiato era davvero irrisorio (45€ a testa e 25€ il bambino)

04/04/2025: È tutto impeccabile: pulizia, cortesia, professionalità e qualità del cibo. Vasta scelta di piatti, tutti ottimi. Le melanzane alla parmigiana sono in assoluto il top! Per noi è un appuntamento fisso ogni settimana. Davide è sempre gentile e sorridente come la mamma, il fratello e il personale. Buoni anche i prodotti sardi come formaggi, salsiccia, mozzarelle, yogurt, etc... Bravi! Continuate così.

08/06/2025: Very nice, minimal and elegant place in the center of Alghero. We ate very well and the dishes were presented with extreme care. The bar area is very nice. Reasonable prices. I recommend it

31/05/2025: Absolute #1 in Alghero and one of the best pizzas we've ever had. We rarely return to the same restaurant on a trip, with the intention of seeing and tasting as much as possible - we came back here. The pizza is absolutely delicious and if we ever return to Alghero - we'll be there too :-)
