I find the place on Maps and decide to try... Convinced I'll find the classic all you can eat... That wasn't the case... To my great surprise I find an Italian and eat à la carte, Japanese sushi!!! Excellent service, particular tastes, something completely different... The quality of the food is excellent... Obviously you pay for the quality and it fits... Excellent white wine, coffee and a fantastic Japanese whiskey 😍😍 luxury I would say.. Definitely coming back!!!

Una piacevole sorpresa questo ristorantino giapponese non lontano dalla piazza principale di Sassari. Ho potuto gustare il ramen di pesce, delicato e saporito al tempo stesso. E mi sono molto divertita quando è stato servito il sushi flambé, di cui però non svelo il segreto. Il tutto accompagnato da un buon tè verde. La cena si è conclusa in maniera poco giapponese, ma molto italiana, con un dolce favoloso a base di mele e, per finire, un bicchierino di limoncello. Bella l'accoglienza. Il titolare è molto cortese e ospitale. Estremamente consigliato a chi ama la cucina giapponese e vuole provare qualcosa di non convenzionale.

I chose this restaurant for a solo dinner. The restaurant is small and intimate, the music pleasant and light. Given the autumn climate that has now taken the place of the long summer, I was a little cold and I was tempted by a fish ramen with croaker, very good with a delicate and unobtrusive broth that left room for the taste of the fish. I concluded the dinner with a dessert with cream, almond biscuit, apple and cinnamon, very good, perfect flavors for autumn. Excellent value for money. Since I was alone I was able to exchange a few words with Donato, the chef, who was very friendly and good company. I always appreciate when behind a business there is a story, care and passion for what is done and this is not lacking at Nama sushi. A place to return to.

A very chic little sushi restaurant. The owner is both a chef and a service person and you can immediately see his love for Japan and sushi. Helpful and informative. The sushi is super fresh. Basic Shushi but at its best. Everything was right! If you need an alternative to Sardinian food. 1st Choice.
